A great tool that has increased our teamwork and collaboration across our company, and improved our staff's understanding and compliance with new process flows
Pros: We have used Lucid for over 4 years and have found it to be an incredible tool for mind-mapping and creating valuable process flows for our business. Lucid features a strong approvals feature, allowing us to track progress of each document we created, ensuring all of our stakeholders collaborate and agree before finalising the document. Lucid is a competitively priced application, offering great value for money with a huge amount of pre-made templates and shapes.
Cons: The customer support is often too intrusive, pressuring for further licenses and warning about the security of the users.

I like lucidspark because it is more flexible when drawing diagrams compare to lucidchart, also drawing are more smooth too.
Pros: Lucidspark is a total game-changer for project collaboration, making it feel like my team is in the same room even when we're miles apart. The features are surprisingly intuitive, especially the way it lets us turn a messy brainstorm into a structured plan with just a few clicks. It’s a massive productivity booster because we no longer waste time trying to translate "whiteboard photos" into actual tasks. While it’s not the cheapest option out there, the value for money is clear since it replaces three or four other clunky tools. Honestly, it’s the best investment we’ve made for keeping our creative momentum alive.

Cons: If lucidspark can provide a better AI way to generate diagram, that will be great, or have a template for use to use.

It has been okay for the price point it’s been set at though I do wish there was more meaningful integration of multiple screens windows or inputs such as a computer and laptop
Pros: I like how fluid the use of the whiteboard is for visualization of math concepts and helps improve some learning techniques of students who rely on the visual cues
Cons: Importing files to access on the whiteboard can be difficult and leads to weird sizing orientation or quality of the file

Very positive. Has helped us to collaborate and share ideas and brain storm far more effectively. Works great for our hybrid teams.
Pros: Its quick and easy to build ideas, diagrams and helpful to communicate especially for remote and hybrid teams. The quick ability to go into the "Lucid" mode to draw more complex diagrams and images is great. The team exercises is a brilliant features that helps collaboration massively.
Cons: Permissions and sharing is complicated and it isn't always clear which is the best way to share. Not everyone in our organization has lucid and its sometimes tricky to collaborate. Its possible but you have to use a specific share mode (with password) and so that can cause friction.

Pros: Lucidspark is a great app. I use the app for personal use and the documents are very secure, my data hasn't been leaked. I personally haven't had to use the customer support, but I'm sure its great. It's effortless to manage my projects. The features are very diverse and work as intended. The collaboration is by far it's best feature, works extremely well and has little to no bugs.
Cons: The subscription price is ridiculous, $108 per year. The worst part about the subscription service is that they limit you to three separate whiteboards on the free plan. That is redundant, how are you supposed to use this for work-related purposes on a free trial, for those who can't afford such a fee?

Using Lucidspark is a dynamic and engaging experience, especially for teams focused on collaboration and creativity. The platform offers a flexible digital canvas where users can brainstorm ideas, map out processes, and work together in real time.
Pros: Lucidspark is an intuitive, cloud-based virtual whiteboard that enhances team collaboration and brainstorming. It allows users to sketch, organize, and refine ideas in real time, making it ideal for remote or hybrid teams. With features like sticky notes, voting, comments, and templates, it supports agile workflows and creative ideation.
Cons: Despite its strengths, Lucidspark may be overwhelming for new users unfamiliar with digital whiteboarding tools. Its rich feature set can lead to cluttered boards if not managed well, reducing clarity. Performance can lag with large or complex boards, particularly on lower-end devices.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Integrates with all my company software seamlessly. Love LucidSpark!
Pros: User friendly. Easy to integrate with draw.io code file. I thought I would have a difficult time as my diagram was ion a draw.io file, but I just upload the file and LucidSpark did the rest! Highly recommend.
Cons: There is absolutely nothing I would change or recommend to make this a better user experience. LucidSpark is the best.
Holly H. · Consultant-Software Engineer · Information Technology and Services · July 14, 2025
Pros: Everything, the ease of functionality, the interface, the integrations. It's a well set-up platform.
Cons: The ability to export/import with other files, the overall look of the platform, and the customer support.
Charlie B. · Senior Consultant · Financial Services · June 23, 2025
Pros: I think while it wasn't the most intuitive to use at first, the ability to express my ideas visually, and the fact that it is so mouse-optimized is what I like best about it.
Cons: I'd say there's a whole lot of the UI that I don't use just because I don't have a use case for them, I would like to hide them in some way.

It is a great product. I'm still figuring out how to utilize it more for my business. Inspiration isn't always instantaneous. I know my employees have liked it but probably not as much as I have.
Pros: I think my favorite thing is the mind mapping capability. It also allows me to share my maps with other people in the office. Although the other people did not collaborate as I had hoped, they were able to see my thoughts on different topics for out business meeting.
Cons: In my other mind mapping program (X-Mind), I am able to collapse points down and expand them out easily. This can be done programmatically right now but I didn't want to create layers and program this.

Overall it's been great. You can do so many things with the software.
Pros: Lucidspark has been great for team collaboration and brainstorming.
Cons: Can feel a bit overwhelming for first-time users due to the number of features.
Jason B. · Operations Process Manager · Construction · March 26, 2025
Pros: I enjoyed Lucidspark’s interactive brainstorming features, which made visual collaboration feel really natural. Its clean interface and sticky-note style elements helped capture ideas quickly without feeling cluttered
Cons: Sometimes the board can become unwieldy if too many team members are adding content at once. Additionally, the cost might be a concern for smaller teams looking for more robust features without a high price tag.

Overall, lucid is great to work with. We transitioned from Miro to Lucid and have found the transition easy and love the features that lucid offers
Pros: It's a great way to collaborate as a team - lots of great features that are very intuitive to use. I especially like the activities feature that makes lucid interactive with users - allowing us to run surveys and get ratings in real time
Cons: The lack of community - having used miro in the past I really miss the bank of boards and tools you could use in the miroverse. Lucid has some templates, but not the same range that miro offers
Heather K. · Technical Learning Partner · Computer Software · November 26, 2024
Great, i enjoy that there is a free version.
Pros: Its very effective to share workflows in a business environment.
Cons: If too many characters are entered in a shape, the shape adjusts to fix the text. The other shapes do not adjust when this happens. I have to go back and match the shape sizes when this occurs.

Really love lucidspark, it is an essential tool for the remote working world. Allows you to continue to whiteboard in virtual meetings where everyone can see it, and it never has to be erased when the meeting is over!
Pros: Lucidspark is elite at making meetings collaborative and visual for everyone! Has great different features and visuals to keep people engaged and organized.
Cons: Lucidspark has a slight learning curve to it and can be a little awkward the first couple meetings when it is being used. Once you get over the hump, you engagement will be so much better than before though!
Aaron H. · Sales and Inventory Analyst · Consumer Goods · September 19, 2024
Really positive and has enabled me to work virtually more efficiently
Pros: The ease of interactivity and how it has everything you need in one whiteboard and the templates that can be used and amended to your needs
Cons: There's no simple cheat sheet for facilitators of the whiteboard to share with workshop attendees to have a quick lesson on how to use
Claudia H. · Innovation Manager · Consumer Services · September 2, 2024
I used it for online demonstration, to design devices for people with visual impairment, to organise brainstorming sessions.
Pros: The intuitive navigation, the integration of and within other software like video recording, export features.
Cons: Some basic templates are missing, like diagrams or grids.
Marco B. · Senior consultant · E-Learning · August 27, 2024
Amazing overall experience, not to brag but the project I've made with this software has gain more productive results. This review may serve as an inspiration to all
Pros: Lucidspark was a great and amazing experience of mine it's really a helping tools in creating simple and good ideas.
Cons: It's just that the pricing, but it is truly convincing to use this kind of tools.
Denissa E. · Administrative · Business Supplies and Equipment · June 26, 2024
Lucidspark was valuable to us at a time but ultimately was replaced by Miro.
Pros: The most powerful value proposition Lucidspark has is it is owned and built by Lucidchart. Being able to migrate a whole library of charts when Lucidspark came out was incredibly valuable for us when mapping become a lot more dynamic. Lucidchart collaboration is also excellent sharing lucidsparks and communicating over comments.
Cons: Lucidspark is a very expensive tool, when you take into consideration already paying for Lucidcharts. We liked the tools but it didn't match up to the agile fluid design and implementation of Miro. Miro quickly replaced Lucidspark as a more affordable solution that offered the same, if not more power, alongside a community driven map library.
Lucien H. · VP of GTM · Information Technology and Services · May 23, 2024
Alice H. · Customer Education Managerin · Computer Software · May 22, 2024
I love it, The ability to communicate ideas on the whiteboard, blew me away when I first saw/used it.
Pros: I like most, the ease with which you can communicate ideas onto the whiteboard. No other product I'm aware of, makes it so easy.
Cons: The pricing packages offered, render Licidspark a rather costly option.
Wes P. · Principal Software Engineer · Computer Software · May 3, 2024
A good experience in the past few months as we use to track the project status.
Pros: The ease of Development and the main reason that we use this is as part of our development is to track the project status.
Cons: We can improve the functions which we use to create a workflow and all, and can also include more icons to make a better UI
Lekhya D. · DevOps Engineer · Computer Software · March 1, 2024
Pros: The fact that you are free to do a lot of things, to express your ideas and help you with templates
Cons: probably it is less intuitive sometimes, I had moments when I searched a little bit for what I was looking for
Ovidiu B. · Manager · Information Technology and Services · February 15, 2024
Pros: Parfaite intégration et possibilités de partager des diagramme
Cons: Options de modèle limité pour le moment
Pinhas R. · Assistant · Computer & Network Security · January 14, 2024
