Cons: At this point, I don’t have any significant complaints. The system is user-friendly, efficient, and performs consistently well.

Cons: the scheduling feature is not ideal. customers typically leave a vehicle for repair. this is a very fluid environment that doesn't work well with a 1/2 hour booking cycle

Pros: I liked torque360 for the value of the money and customer support. it was easy to use and learn how to navigate through the system.

Cons: i have no real issues with torque360 at this time, it has fulfilled all my needs for my shop from quoting jobs small and big

Pros: What I like most about Torque360 is how it streamlines day-to-day shop operations and keeps everything organized in one place. The Digital Authorization feature is especially useful. It allows me to easily send work orders to customers and get approvals back quickly without delays. It saves time, reduces back-and-forth communication, and makes the whole process more professional.

Cons: Honestly, there’s nothing I’ve disliked about Torque360 so far. It works exactly as expected. Everything runs smoothly, and the features are well-designed and reliable.

Cons: There’s nothing I dislike. There are a few features I haven’t used, but I don’t dislike them. The only thing I feel is missing is information about labor time.

Pros: Ease of use, the ability to order parts withing the software and digital vehicle inspections make my job quicker and adds transparency for my customers.

Cons: i have had no issues with torque360 in the year I have been a customer. The support team is always available if help is needed.

Pros: Torque 360 does a good job of centralizing vehicle data in one place. Things like mileage, service history, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules are easy to access.

Cons: Some users may find the reporting and alert settings a bit rigid. More customization options (custom reports, personalized alerts) would make the app more flexible for different workflows.

Pros: Its a one stop website, from parts inventory to invoices for customers. it is super user friendly for everyone in the shop to use.

Cons: there's nothing we can pin point within the website itself, if anything just waiting on integrations to work international but as of right now it still as every feature we could need plus more

Pros: I love that the software is able to do bi directionsl data streams. Most dont but this one is above the rest and is able to do that and so much more. Very easy to use. Great UI and easy to understand and customize.

Cons: Honestly i cant really say anything bad about this software. It works and it works rather well. And is able to do everything that my buiness needs and wants. Its super simple and laid out in a way that makes it easy to navigate to other parts of its platform. I look forward to see what comes next from these developers.

Cons: Having to refresh the page when data is entered, but it's the nature of the software. Not a big deal.

Pros: Cost for such a great software program. I can generate estimates and new work orders with in minutes

Cons: Not knowing how to navigate at the beginning. No being able to add more vehicles under one owner.

Pros: Very user friendly and easy to manage/ take care of and figure out. When there are questions, it's easy to get a hold of someone to help figure them out.

Cons: The only issue I've been having is with inventory count not being right after I add something to an invoice.

Cons: Vehicle tag is a required entry when adding vehicle. I work on used cars that have no tag.

Cons: SO FAR QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION THAT THE INFORMATION DOESNT TRANSFER THE SAME WAY APEARS IN TORQUE

Pros: Great, easy to use and customizable. Would definitely reccomend if you are looking for something different in terms of shop programs.

Cons: Small issues but have always been able to call and fix them.

Pros: The guys at torque are innovative and open to all types of feedback and are constantly making adjustments to suit my needs.
