Pros: The entire staff from sales to ownership are friendly and accessible. Training is thorough and proactive. Product usability is intuitive and easy to implement and roll out.
Cons: I would like to see more API connectivity with other business applications we are using but as I understand it they are rolling out more such capabilities in the coming months.

Our overall experience with shop view has been great and the customer support is amazing!The program is fast and haven't experienced any tech issues. Huge thank you to our Client Success Manager [sensitive content hidden] , he is very attentive and explains the program in a way that is easy to understand.
Pros: These ease of use is great for someone who inst too tech savy. Customer support has been great thanks to our Client Success Manager [sensitive content hidden] (he's the bestest) So far the value for money has been great haven't ran into any bugs or issues. We havent used it much on mobile so cannot speak on that part. Invoice management has been a breeze and it is great for building estimates and getting customer approval on estimates. Great for keeping track of customers and fleet vehicles that we work on. Fast Program!
Cons: So far there are no cons really just a few features we wish they would implement, such as getting vehicle information from a License Plate and vendor connection so we would have to copy part numbers and prices.

Their onboarding team was in touch throughout the entire process and provided one on one training over a few different sessions. I worked with [sensitive content hidden] during my training sessions and that guy is an absolute Rockstar! He went over every detail from top to bottom with clear explanations and real life situations.
Pros: Shop view is the most user friendly platform I have utilized in a very long time. The search function within the platform is my absolute favorite tool.
Cons: That we didn't join sooner, This platform is going to streamline countless processes that we currently have in place and increase our productivity tenfold.

Overall experience 100% satisfied with the system. i have been using it for 2 months and so far im happy with it.
Pros: User friendly, Easy to navigate and easy to learn system. compare to other system shop view is much easier to learn.
Cons: Nothing really to mention about. i like most of the functions in the system itself. i find it easy to use.

So far so good. As stated above, lots of communication and new features it seems like every week to make the process as easy as possible
Pros: Coming from another shop management software the change was night and day. Great ease of use, customer service and tons of new features all the time!
Cons: We were an early adopter after launch. There were a few flaws in the beginning but tech support and customer service had updates rolled out very quickly to address any major issues.

Pros: It's easy to use and affordable for our business. We can keep track of all of our customers and have experienced no bugs or issues.
Cons: I did not know that you could use the intercom to communicate at any and all times with the customer service team or development team, this was a skill issue on my part, I was calling the sales team before I knew this, and still getting great results.

I can hardly run computer stuff and it is smooth. Very legit customer support. The stress relief here is tremendous. Easier the more you use it.
Pros: Mind blown awesome. Even computer hatin, change hatin, redneck mechanics are rollin with this! All the guys say, it just gets better the more you use it. I am tracking 40 heavy equipment an big truck projects with 6 guys and the stress is off of me.
Cons: That I did not have this years ago. No complaints. EVERY heavy duty shop needs to look into ShopView!

It just works, it does exactly what you want to do, exactly when you want to do it. Whether you need to toy with work orders in the middle of the night due to having feral children, receive invoices on the weekend and do an inventory recount during the closed hours, it doesn't matter. It's always ready for you.
Pros: It never breaks down, it's a well oiled machine that you can always rely on. I wish our vehicles were as reliable as shopview.
Cons: I really don't like that it took so long for our company to start using shopview, when we had heard about it a long time before we launched it. This isn't a problem of shopview itself, but maybe extra reviews will help people like our upper management make the right choice sooner.

Pros: What I like most about shopview is that it is user friendly. Its basic, straight forward and not easy to get lost in
Cons: What I dont like about shopview is that you cannot search up invoices, you have to go into the vendors separately and look through the invoices that are listed

Easy system to use, love having dark mode & being able to export inventory into an Excel spreadsheet. Excited for extra features coming soon.
Pros: The ease of use. The quick tech support. Dark mode. Clearly laid out screens. The ability to export inventory into an Excel spreadsheet.
Cons: Some features are currently in development. ShopView is currently geared towards service as apposed to parts features.

Before ShopView, I’ve spent more hours (and let’s not talk about the dollars) wrestling with clunky software and spreadsheet gymnastics just to get the right data to manage my team properly. Seriously, this thing is saving me time, money, and probably a few remaining brain cells. At this point, it feels less like software and more like a very competent coworker who actually shows up on time and knows what they’re doing.

Cons: Right now? I’ve got nothing bad to say about ShopView. Zilch. Nada. It’s the software equivalent of finding fries at the bottom of the bag—unexpectedly delightful and exactly what you needed. It’s genuinely filling a big gap in the industry. Before this, we were stitching together data like medieval monks with spreadsheets. Now, it’s just point, click, export, done. I don’t even get the chance to scream into my monitor anymore. And I miss that a little. But I’ll get over it. If I had one tiny suggestion—make it free. Completely, 100% free. I mean, if you’re already changing the game, might as well go full superhero.

Cons: The scheduler was not able to handle multiple service orders under one time slot, a feature request had the development team quickly add this feature. No complaints at all.

Our company ended up making the switch after seeing it used by another mechanical shop, and seeing just how fast it is to click between different screens and actions
Pros: How fast it is compared to every other program. If your internet speed can handle it, it wont slow you down
Cons: Its better than all the other ones Ive tried! I cant complain

Pros: I really like the fact that you can cycle count your inventory in only a few clicks. It makes inventory counts so much less burdensome

It only took me one day of training to get the hang of ShopView, and it’s been making my days so much easier ever since. Now I use it all the time on my phone and tablet while I’m on the road. It’s made scheduling, tracking, and delegating my daily tasks way more efficient—and honestly, I don’t know what I’d do without it now.
Pros: What really stands out to me about ShopView is how user-friendly it is. These days, picking up new computer systems isn’t always easy—but with ShopView, it just clicked. I was able to pick it up quickly and start working more efficiently that very same day. It’s made a big difference in how smoothly my day goes.
Cons: At the moment, I have to refresh the page to see updates on work orders in ShopView, but it would be awesome to have those changes show up in real time. Hopefully that’s something coming down the line.

System changeovers are always complicated. Learning how to use ShopView and training new staff on the system has been simple (which is rare with new systems, in my experience). The support team is available to help via the chat feature, which allows for less room for errors.
Pros: ShopView is easy to navigate! The team is receptive to feedback and works on developing features as requested.
Cons: N/A - The features I have requested are currently being developed.

Overall my experience has been positive, they are consistently working on any bugs that are reported and offer quick response time on any information requested.

I find ShopView easy to navigate through work orders. From setting up work orders to adding parts, managing inventory with the ability to cycle count to keep inventory up to date, and managing tech times and payroll timesheets makes tracking times for payroll a breeze. The ShopView team is quick to respond to any issues that do arise.
Pros: Very user friendly, easy to navigate from page to page and manage work orders.
Cons: Needs more exposure to the market, it's a great software and more people need to know about it.

If you want to grow, ShopView is your best option. Trust me, we have used the others.
Pros: ShopView really changed my perception of shop management systems. We used several in the past, all of which we became very frustrated with. It was as if we needed extra staff to manage the systems, it made no sense. Our company switched several times, always looking for the best. Now we are with ShopView, and we are confident we have found it. I don’t think we will ever switch again. Our entire team has never been happier. Thank you to the ShopView team! You guys rock.
Cons: Not much, to be honest, it is really good. In the early days, there were some minor little things that we had issues with, but they cleared it all up quite quickly. They are always adding awesome new things.

The ShopView team has been great in taking feedback, making changes and adapting the software to make sure that it is exactly what I need. It seems like they are doing anything they can to be better than the other guys we used to use at other shops.
Pros: I like how fast it loads in the browser, how there is a scheduler built into the software and how the techs are always clocked into a job. On top of this I like how the invoice is created, it helps my work look more professional to my customers which gives me the confidence to charge a little more for the work I do or at least collect what I quote. I like how the parts are put into the system as well and I can manage an inventory.
Cons: Every once in a while there will be a glitch in looking for my work orders as they don't show up in the search window but they do in the work order list. I do hope as well that they move the scheduler to a format that is easier to see everything in the shop at one glance and move things around. It's there it just could be easier.

Overall it has been great, from the start of a workorder to finish the is very streamlined. Easy for techs to use, easy for service to use. Everything you want to be able to see you can, and getting the information and dispersing it is not cumbersome. Invoicing and quoting options are great and easy to use.
Pros: The reporting on this software is great, in just a few clicks I can see almost any metrics I am tracking. We set a lot of goals as a team and having the reporting gives me almost immediate feedback on service writer and technician performance.
Cons: Small thing, but the scheduler took us a while to get used to. Our previous one was laid out differently and that made it slightly counterintuitive.
