Overall, we really do enjoy Orderry. So many things you can do, which eliminated other programs we paid for.
Pros: I really enjoy the fact that this program is very editable, so for the detail oriented person it's great that you can customize to your needs.
Cons: I wish it was easier to navigate in the sense of more user friendly. For the less tech savy it can be a bit challenging at times.

I started on the Hobby plan and pretty quickly upgraded to Startup so that I could benefit from the integrations & automations that Orderry offers. I've been very pleased with the performance of the tools and their continuous improvement of the platform. I love that it's everything I need (almost) to run my business, without being an overbloated & overpriced platform.
Pros: I was looking for a invoicing and ticketing system and was impressed with all the additional features that Orderry offers. Automated client notifications, inventory management, ability to print labels and forms, and integrations with my financial software and more. So happy I found quality software that actually does what I need it too. Customer support has been very helpful, and they are always releasing improvements to the product.
Cons: I wish the help documentation wasn't just "follow these steps to enable feature X." As a solo business owner, I want to better understand what's *possible* with the features and how it will help me save time & serve my customers better. I think their product marketing team could be doing a better job at this so that I can get the most out of this product.

Easy to use and always evolving to make the product better for its customers. It's encouraging to see updates every month for stuff. However I do with they would have all mapping and stuff in place before making integration updates mandatory.
Pros: It is a fairly easy system to use. They are very willing to work on our issues and get answers that we have had over the last year.
Cons: Sometimes it in inconvenient that they work in a different time zone/ over seas. Normally when we are in the office and I have questions depending on the time of day, I sometimes have to wait until the next day for answers.

When speed, detail, and workflows are a top priority, Orderry allows you to streamline your process and build a perfect workflow to help your business succeed!
Pros: The software gives an incredible amount of customization ability that it is impossible not to think it is GREAT software. Really, really impressive and intuitive. From new sales to repairs, Orderry covers every single workflow.
Cons: The accounting has a few glitches and Sales and Invoices do not yet work with Square but I look forward to the upcoming improvements to streamline the checkout process in my store.

I've been with Orderry a long time. I've seen it grow from a smaller scale program to being able to compete with all the top CRM and ticketing systems out there. The support staff have always been willing to help and quick to respond.
Pros: The ability to customise almost anything, has been it's greatest asset for me. There are constant updates, improving the features and the support staff are quick to respond.
Cons: There are a couple of features I'd like to add to the platform, that I've seen in other models. But there're not essential.

It has been very good overall. I still have a lot to learn. Just scratched the service. There are so many training videos.
Pros: I love how it can be customized to fit our exact needs. And our ustomers needs as well. It is forward thinking in its interface.
Cons: The language translation is a little vague. It was made in a different country and sometimes the translations are not as specific as I'd like. But the great customer service helps with that right away. Very fast response time.

I use Orderry specifically for my area of work as it keeps me organized and up-to-date with new jobs. Additionally, it manages the work orders and client follow-ups.
Pros: I like to stay organized regarding jobs and clients as it helps me work efficiently and without any issues. I have also used it to customize different templates and create invoices for company and client records.
Cons: I have no complaints about this tool; it seems excellent for a specific area or small jobs.

It's been great so Far! A great deal of our administrative and operational needs were met since using Orderry.
Pros: I love the ease of creating and adjusting work order, the ticketing features and the liberty to configure a work order form according to the nature of our operations.
Cons: I would love for the reporting section to include a Tax report component.

We could set it up ourselves and get going on it immediately. It has been so easy to use.
Pros: It’s customizable. Its affordable. Its easy to use. We can do everything we need to complete and invoice while out mobile. I love that we are able to enter in one time items, and then decide if they are going to be a part of the permanent menu or one time use. It is really helping with building out our menu quickly.
Cons: Its missing some features that we would like, such as making basic canned jobs that are made up of specific parts and labor, that we can reuse

We don't mind it, but haven't found anything better out there so we are happy staying with it for now.
Pros: We like that we are able to create work orders and easily push these over into invoices that we can print out for our customers. We also really like the fact that we could customize the different templates.
Cons: We don't like the how you are unable to organize line items within a Work Order. For example, if we are doing a full service, replacing a clutch, and replacing a shock, plus we buy a ton of parts, we ideally want to be able to organize the Work Order/Invoice into groups so the customer can see all the shop supplies used in the service, then see the parts used for the clutch repair, etc.

No major issues, and it works quite well, just a little on the expensive side.
Pros: It's everything in one package, crm, inventory & invoice management.
Cons: The price, the interface can be a little clunky (some of the terminology for Australia takes some getting used to), and emailing invoices/quotes can be hit and miss.

Pros: Its ease of use and accessibility to different areas with a click of a button. Everything is very straightforward and basically self explanatory. Very easy to train new staff and they quickly adapt to orderry.
Cons: There is not a lot to not like. Few software glitches here and there but they get sorted quite quickly. Sometimes the information and contacts get mixed up but that is not a common issue.

sí solo hablas y entiendes el español, no te recomiendo usar este sistema además de que tienen un pésimo servicio al cliente, no te resuelven y te contestan lo que ellos quieren, además de que no te ayudan en la implementación y en general es muy difícil y problemático de usar, porque la traducción al español es muy mala, y no entenderás muchas instrucciones.
Pros: tiene varias funcionalidades y app móvil, hasta ahí.
Cons: servicio al cliente y problemas técnicos en el sistema

Was gar nicht geht ist, dass der Preis nachdem wir für das erste Jahr (mit 50% Rabatt) 270€ bezahlt haben, der Preis für im nächsten Jahr über 1200€ betragen sollte. Inzwischen ist der Preis auf 1160€ gesunken, aber das ist eine Preiserhöhung, die sich mit nichts rechtfertigen lässt und an Wucher grenzt. Daher haben wir jetzt zu Hello Client gewechselt.
Pros: Generell ist es ein gutes Programm. Wir haben nur den Werkstatteil benutzt aber der funktionierte gut. Der Support dauert manchmal eine Weile, ist sonst aber ok. Die Felder in den Vorlagen der eigenen Dokumente verschieben sich immer mal wieder, aber das ist auch zu verschmerzen.

i started using it to keep track the devices i have to repair, but i ended up using the customer list and inventory list too. very easy and simple to use. never considered changing to anything else. i have used other similar products in the past in other shops i used to work so i know what else is out there. orderry covers all my needs in a smart and easy way.
Pros: simplicity, customization, speed, gui, price, scaling ability.
Cons: for the time being i have no complaints about it

All in all very good product with user friendly interface. Very easy to set it up from the start, my technicians and managers didn't need special trainings to start using it. All function is perfect for us except inventory management. It is impossible for us to have all the spare parts needed so we have to make special orders, but this software do not allow to add spare parts from product list if you don't have on stock, so all the time we have to add spare parts manually on order and after we receive and post, we have to open order delete manually added spare part and then to add the posted one from the warehouse.
Pros: Easy order management, easy order search, orders tracking, easy to create and post product, reports, easy to work on different locations, good support.
Cons: Inventory management: there is no option to add spare part from product list if you don't have it in stock, I would say insufficient stock option is must on software like this.
