At this stage of implementation, All Funeral has exceeded our expectations in almost every area. We look forward to completing all modules including credit card purchases of both lots and services.
Pros: Although the price of the software was favorable, the most compelling drive was the comprehensive approach to total software management of the cemetery. In addition, our cemetery dates back to the Revolutionary War with old records and plot layout unconventional. All Funeral Staff worked closely with us to make sure that ALL records were accurate according to written records. All personnel that I have interacted with both in evaluating and implementing the software has been very positive.
Cons: Although we have not fully implemented all modules, our experience to date has been totally positive. I think perhaps the only negative is that they had not yet had a client with very old written records that didn't conform to standard documentation. This meant that the first iteration had considerable errors in the records. However, they responded very proactively to that issue and have made modifications to their standard software to accommodate these variations

I am truly relieved that Hutto Lutheran Cemetery is now digitized. Keeping paper documents up-to-date as well as copies of documents in the hands of others is a nightmare. I am very pleased with our own personal website and the link to the church website. The people who created all of that at Cemetery Work Station were the best!

Cons: There is a button at the bottom of the inventory screen that says SAVE CHANGES. You must scroll down to see that button and click on it. I have forgotten to do that several times. Perhaps some day, the program will automatically save changes

Pros: Everything is in one place (the same reason we use Hubspot). The software platform is customizable, so you get what you need in the layout you need--not the "product of the day." It's modular so you can buy what you need and you don't pay for features you wouldn't use. Clean "Apple-like" design. Value for the money--no comparison! Product buildout conferences are available for review during the planning & development stages--this was critical for us.
Cons: Haven't found anything that I don't like...it's totally customizable.
