Pros: Amazing simplicity, fantastic customer service, easy payouts, also offered us credit which massivly helped us in time of need.
Cons: Theirs nothing we least like about epos, we wish their was a easy loyalty card system for our customers.

Negative for sure. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Ruthless and well known now for being u ethical - I won’t be surprised if they are gone soon or rebranded.
Pros: Attractive easy to use system and they are great at pulling you in. The good reviews are all forced on you when you sign up
Cons: Customer service and unethical tactics to charge extra costs. Overall, a terrible company - avoid at all costs

Cons: The only difficulty I have experience is occasional interruptions in the transfer of funds, but they were handled quickly and efficiently. Also, the time difference between the United States and England required an adjustment when reaching out of help in the beginning, but my account manager, Hayden Greenhall, does a spectacular job of keeping in contact and resolving any minor problems we have experienced.

Experience has been excellent. We continue to work with Epos Now for another 8 years or more. Keep up the good work.
Pros: We have been with Epos Now for 9 years. It has been a great journey with good customer support. The payment processing has been seamless. The product just works.
Cons: There are no cons as far as I am concerned. I just hope that the service continues as is and even offers more in the future.

Pros: The system was generally functional when operating as expected and had been suitable for day-to-day EPOS and card payment processing prior to the incident. It integrated with our existing setup for a period of time without major issues.
Cons: Severe lack of communication regarding critical changes affecting payment processing. No prior warning or transition period was provided when functionality was removed, resulting in unexpected business downtime. Support documentation was also inaccurate, directing users to unavailable applications, which added confusion during an already critical situation. Overall handling of the incident demonstrated poor planning, inadequate customer communication, and insufficient support for affected businesses.

Wonderful. We loved it so much we added a second cash register. And the second one was cheaper than the first time around.
Pros: Easy to use, great for all kinds of businesses. Wonderful customer service. I like that I can add employees or delete employees with ease. And each employee has their own security pin so there is no having to change the whole system.
Cons: When we were out of internet due to a storm our Epos would not run without internet for more than 1 day. We had to go old school with paper and calculator.

Pros: I find it very difficult to say there is anything I like about Epos Now after my experience. If I have to, I'd say having a convenient till system and back office available in one solution made the managing sales easier.
Cons: They would make up anything to sell their product and would ignore any request to cancel your subscription then keep charging you even after your subscription has been cancelled. Epos Now are a very unreliable and completely untrustworthy company.

The best experience so far. I have not experienced any problems so far and If I do staff is always there to help.
Pros: Their payment system is well organised, no hidden costs as everything is straightforward. The system is simple and straightforward and has no complications, anyone can use it.
Cons: None as everything is tailored towards making the whole system robust. No loopholes identified so far..

Terrible, slow with response eothey by email or phone, staff always used the " I'll have to check with management " excuse
Pros: Easy to use difficult to load stock, worked well when running but never could do end of day reconcilliation
Cons: Almost no customer support, tech support always bkamed our internet which is perfect. Our replacemnt alternative has had no such issue. Company made promises of credits and refunds, nover honoured

Excellent, very easy to use and setup. Great reporting and customer service! Staff is literally trained in a hour to use.
Pros: Great security and customer support! Very easy to use and has clear instructions when errors are made. Training others to use was a breeze.
Cons: If used daily the screen wears and starts to burn image though in just 4 years use. To replace is much more expensive then the original.

With this tool information is clear and easy to be controled. I always know how sales are going on every time on real time.
Pros: Sales management es easy to control, information is clear. Reports are very useful and easy to get. In general usage is easy.
Cons: I have to turn off system to "refresh" when I add an item or change costs. It would be better if changes are saved on time.

Pros: Very easy to find or add products,change prices, card reader working very fast,very fast to retry a transaction.

Excellent. Been very helpful, easy to work with and reasonably easy to contact. When required I have had telephone assistance which has been excellent.
Pros: Efficient, good customer service. Knowledge of advisors is excellent. Quick pay over of takings. Very happy.
Cons: Ability to have the option to print a customer receipt or not. Sometimes a customer requires a printed receipt. Most of the time they do not.

I'm happy that I got it I was using another system and I could not get any support from them and if the guy came out to do anything he over charged me for anything he done.
Pros: customer support was very important to me because I was not very familiar with POS and I needed a lot of help which they gave me. The setup was easy and it has helped me to keep track of my sales better. It also helps me know what product is selling the best.
Cons: I am still learning the system and the things it can do. The only issue that I can think of is that I use I menu for all my streaming and it will not work on this POS.

It's been great. I have a small restaurant in a truck stop. We used to handwrite our tickets. The wait staff and our cashier would have to run back to the kitchen to place the order. Now press a button and help someone else. We used to hand-calculate all our checks as well. With this system, there are no more mistakes.
Pros: Works well for our needs at a great price! When I call (which is not often) for help, the customer support is outstanding. The reports are very useful in helping me run my business. It also cuts down on mistakes on the bill.
Cons: When first setting up our menu, it took a little getting used to the thought process of the program but, that was probably more of a me thing.

Pros: fast payment processing, low rates and good customer service support. every time you call for customer support, you get a human service rather than AI or self-guided FAQs
Cons: The rates could be better, and the till could have more product description features. I feel the Till is more geared towards fast-moving consumer goods compared to the clothing retail business

We signed up with Epos Now Payment Services (Account [sensitive content hidden]) on a 12-month agreement, based on a quoted 0.55% card processing rate during the sales process. During the contract term, this rate was increased to 0.8%, representing a 45% increase. This change materially altered the commercial basis on which we entered into a fixed-term agreement. We have raised this formally with Epos Now under support ticket [sensitive content hidden] and currently seeking clarification on: * The contractual clause relied upon for the increase * Whether termination is permitted without penalty * Access to the sales call recording where pricing was discussed This has been a frustrating experience for a small business, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering these services ensures all prices assurances are confirmed in writing, particularly for fixed-term contracts. Hoping this can be resolved fairly.
Pros: The original setup with the Epos Now sales team and the support team setting up the system was satisfactory.
Cons: Huge price increase during mid contract. Felt this was not justified, plus the turnover was more than the previous year.
