The customer service is 11/10. No other vendor I have worked with will answer your call 24/7, pull in whomever is needed to troubleshoot with you. It's user friendly, team is exceptional, our experience has been amazing!
Pros: I like the accuracy and vetted alerts most. Trusting the information and easy dissemination to those who need to know is crucial.
Cons: The platform is an employee product and as a healthcare customer there are manual processes to adapt for our use.

Very customer service oriented, and great about taking new feature requests.

Very impresssed with the product and service and the 24 hour help desk! The product can be utilized in many different ways and the help desk is always around to assist. I have spoken to many of our clients and they feel that the product has chacnged the way they respond to emergencies and provides updated information that can be passed on to our clients.
Pros: Ease of use, very user friendly. THey provide weekly seminars and have also participated in conference calls for our admins
Cons: No Dislikes, project is a great value add for any organization that is concerned about threats, weather

Pros: AlertMedia is user-friendly, constantly adding new features to improve safety and emergency communication, and the customer service is the best!
Cons: I have no dislikes to report at this time.

AlertMedia has helped us notify employees across the network with ease and gain understanding of how the employees have been affected by natural disasters.
Pros: Always looking to the future to improve. Listening to customers wishes and challenges and willing to look for new ways to improve.
Cons: Nothing at the moment. We do not utilize AlertMedia to the full potential and would love to work with HR to do so.

Overall very helpful from a security perspective, especially in regards to violent crime and other life safety threats
Pros: Good reporting and analyst access 24/7 when we need additional details
Cons: This isn't a ding against AlertMedia as much as it is the NWS, but there are far too many "severe" weather alerts that have no impact on most businesses (i.e. heavy rainfall, gale warnings, etc).

Pros: Alert Media's ease of use has been instrumental for our organization and our very diverse pool of users.
Cons: Any issues our organization has encountered have been promptly addressed by Alert Media, so any issues that may have been noted here no longer apply.

I deploy Alert Media on behalf of my company and help other companies utilize mass notification tools in their organizations.
Pros: It's extremely simple, easy to use, and intuitive. It's also been incredibly impressive to see Alert Media's growth year over year. Their incorporation of AI capabilities is also cutting edge. The AI translator capability will be a tremendous value add to large global companies who will now be able to improve employee safety in a global and inclusive manner.
Cons: One area that Alert Media has made tremendous progress on, but still has some opportunity for improvement, would be to continue expanding into the global market place and aim to deliver their services in more countries.

Pros: Overall I love this product and the customer that is provided to me and the team at PosiGen. Day or night they are always ready and willing support us through any crisis!
Cons: I would really like the geofencing tools to be alittle easier to use so that I do not need to lean on the customer service team as much.

I think the platform is great and the team behind the product are really passionate about their mission. I have been using AlertMedia for about 5 years and I think it's an absolute necessity to have.
Pros: I like that it's constantly evolving. The user interface, custom admin roles and the maps are becoming easier and easier to use. The customer success team and the entire AlertMedia staff is simply the best you will ever work with.
Cons: Wish you could do everything from your phone or an iPad that you can do from your computer.

I've only worked with AlertMedia for 2.5 years and it is the second platform I've used to track employees and send alerts. It has been a great experience so far, however. I especially love working with the staff.
Pros: The AlertMedia employees are some of the most helpful and nicest people I've ever worked with. Customer service is great! The product itself is just as great (user-friendly, lots of practical features, and reliable).
Cons: It's still missing some features that would help make my job using it more efficient, but I know that they are always improving and adding features.

The customer support and the options to make this tool work for your specific need.
Pros: in a nutshell. ALL OF IT. From [sensitive content hidden]'s Intel and Threat reports, the weather threats, the podcasts run by [sensitive content hidden], the quick responsiveness and the tailoring capacity are fantastic. in a time when it matters the most, the tooling is helping us reach our employees in real time.

Sales experience with them have been good. Support also was superb and the product has been supportive.
Pros: Great User Interface and was easy to implement based on our QA team. Good customer service and renewal support.
Cons: Few bugs here and there, aside enhancement support. No poor experiences.

Extremely smooth and professional. Great team, great follow-up, great project and planning steps for the rollout. Couldn't be happier. My stakeholders are thrilled.
Pros: The platform is simple and easy and includes a consolidated approach that our current solution did not have for Crisis Communication and Travel Risk Management. User and travel integrations replaced manual processes.
Cons: AlertMedia did a great job bringing an affordable solution to the table. Because of that I had to ask for SSO to be added. It's great that SSO cannot be selected or itemized/offered, but I just expected that to be there; didn't know to ask for it.

Customer service has been unmatched by any of our past platforms. They are always there to help and guide you through the process.
Pros: What I like most about AlertMedia is the ease of sending alerts through both the desktop and phone app. When seconds count, you don't have time to fool around with an awkward app.
Cons: AlertMedia does everything we need. We have not found any problems with the platform yet.

We had a smooth experience from the first interaction with [sensitive content hidden] to the final implementation meeting with [sensitive content hidden]. The sales team was never pushy, and the implementation team was always patient and available for guidance. AlertMedia is a gem of a company.
Pros: The easy-to-use interface and the impeccable customer service!
Cons: The price is a steeper than we originally hoped for.

So far, it's average. I have used other companies and found a much more detailed scope when it comes to information.
Pros: The ability to send messages and notify others of situations.
Cons: Lack of information/intelligence. I requested information on a specific town I was traveling to in Mexico and received the whole country's information. I found that already so that didn't help me.

Overall, AlertMedia is a great product. We don't need to send notifications all the time, but being able to stay updated on anything happening near our offices or employees area of residence brings us a sense of calm, knowing we can quickly alert them when needed.
Pros: AlertMedia's website is easy to navigate. The real time notifications are great. Being able to communicate with our employees on multiple channels (text, email, voicemail, teams, app) is a major plus. The customer service is always responsive and is quick to resolve any issues.
Cons: Sometimes you can get over-alerted, but with the addition of Threat Intelligence, we have been able to get that under control. There is also some limited functionality on the mobile app vs the website.

Pros: The easy of get information out to everyone at one type through phone, email, and text.
Cons: Nothing compared to using the old ager system and/or making one call at a time to 15-20 employees.

Pros: Alert Media has been an important partner for us as we manage myriad critical situations in our workplace -- everything from power outages to healthcare clinics for our residents. I particularly like the fact that the mobile app is identical to the desktop app.
Cons: Alert Media can be expensive and you need to ensure that you don't exceed your limits for texts or voicemail minutes. The overage charges came as a surprise to me -- no one ever provided advanced notice that we were exceeding our limits until it was too late!

Pros: Multiple branch locations. System admins, and site admins.
