LABEL MATRIX

Pros: Ease of setup. Being able to access labels stored in earlier version

Cons: License manager fails occasionally. Would like to get this resolved.

Pros: the printer and the program are low maintenance

Cons: very little customer support. but as it's low maintenance, I rarely have to deal with customer support

Pros: Really easy to use, really reliable really good program.

Cons: Label Matrix is a bit outdated, or maybe just with the kind of printer we have.

Pros: Easy to use. Have been using for many years and haven’t found a better alternative

Cons: Lacking some features and modernization

Pros: Allows us to quickly create a custom label for clients who require it.

Cons: There is a learning curve to mastering its use.

Pros: It works the way I was taught it to work.

Cons: The number of times I have to redo certain actions in place of a button.

Pros: It works great and is simple. Not much else to say.

Cons: I cannot add a single machine license to our count. I would have to buy it all over in a 5 pack license. We are working on switching to a different product so we are not paying for what we don't need.

Pros: It is easily designable and versatile when creating multiple labels in our environment.

Cons: The only complaint I really have is the licensing. It is difficult to get unregistered from one computer to another if the computer crashes.

Pros: Easy to start up and start creating labels

Cons: Cost as I don’t use a majority of the capabilities. Should have a cheaper option for smaller businesses that just need to print on one printer.

Pros: It works very consistently. The barcode designer is powerful and easy to use. The database functions are straightforward and work well.

Cons: Some barcode printers need different drivers to work properly. I think the issue is more the printer than Label Matrix though.

Pros: It stores all of our custom labels and makes it easy to retrieve, as well as design

Cons: Nothing comes to mind, so that's a good thing!

Pros: I really enjoyed the technical support and customer service I have received from Label Matrix software and company. Their technicians were able to get us up and running in a high demand distribution warehouse.

Cons: There was a bit of a learning curve for our end users to figure out how to print correctly. The print screen could be simpler.

Pros: It is so easy to connect the database from excel, you will get your desired labels/barcodes in a minute.

Cons: Sometimes need to open the user manual to setup the database.

Pros: Ease of use, great service. I found a video on Youtube showing how to replace the ribbon.

Cons: Nothing really, it was a bit tricky to learn how to replace ribbon at first.

Pros: Very user friendly and has many styles to choose from in regards to Fonts,. Size, Style.

Cons: Sometimes if you hit the wrong button you only receive half of the amount you want. Must be dilegant in entering the amount of numbers you want to add to the quantity to print or you may end up with many more than needed.

Pros: Fairly easy yo use the label matrix version.

Cons: It is sometimes hard to create new labels

Cons: Nothing much - the older version did freeze occasionally but I upgraded

Pros: The product does what we want it to do and that is print Asset Tags and Student labels for devices.

Cons: The licensing is confusing and doesn't transfer between operating systems.

Pros: Very easy to use. when you run the counter it keeps the last run so you know what number you left off on.

Cons: I can not find any cons on label matrix at this moment.

Cons: As a company we don't stay up to date on new versions. That's not a knock against Label Matrix. It's the only con but it's on us.

Pros: The many different functions and ease of use.

Cons: Price. We hesitated due to the price. We needed something so we went with a software that I had used in the past.
