Overall its great by having a solution for the restaurant pos and services solution all in one which can be use for hospital,hotel and much more.
Pros: The after sales support and service are superb. I think they provide a lot of services. The system is user friendly interface.
Cons: From my side is nothing, i have seen the service where by other Business unit use shiji web ordering which really neat.

It was a new system software that I came across and learn many new things with how to operate the system and also provide support as IT coordinator.
Pros: Fast & in processing payments, taking orders and easy to learn how to operate the system itself for new staffs that are undergoing training.
Cons: Few times, system gets slow in terms of printing receipts and also having issues with room charges for in house guests.

Pros: Shiji is a reliable POS platform that covers all the essentials for managing a restaurant, both in the back of house and front of house operations. The system is intuitive and easy for staff to use, making sales and payment processing seamless. I’ve also found their customer support team to be consistently helpful and approachable, often resolving issues on the very first call. Overall, Shiji has been a great tool for keeping operations smooth and efficient.
Cons: Overall, Shiji is a great POS system. Being cloud-based brings flexibility and ease of access, but it does come with some drawbacks. Since it relies on a constant internet connection, any outage can cause operations to come to a standstill, with orders unable to be processed until connectivity is restored. That said, when the system is online, it’s smooth, user-friendly, and well-supported by a responsive customer service team.

It's a simple and easy-to-use program, even for first-time users. Accessing various program settings is easy, and you can do it directly in the cloud, allowing for instant real-time data synchronization. It's convenient and fast. If you've used Symphony before, you'll know it's much easier and more intuitive.
Pros: It is a more user-friendly program than Symphony, has stable system, good support and consultation, and works quickly. Drawing and managing different screens is very easy, and each restaurant is clearly separated. The payment system is easy to use and supports all payment methods for the system. The price is reasonable, and the system's capabilities are excellent. It can be used instantly on both POS machines and tablets without any difficult setup. It's really amazing.
Cons: We have rarely encountered a case that we were not impressed with, as every issue was resolved quickly and professionally.

Overall, my experience with the product is very good, and the support team is extremely helpful. I highly recommend it.
Pros: The system is highly reliable, scalable, and a strong fit for both small and growing businesses. One of its standout features is the ability to customize the interface and workflows to meet specific operational needs.
Cons: There is a steep learning curve if you are the admin, but once you know how to use the system, it becomes very easy to use.

En general, el sistema es bueno y tiene muchas funcionalidades que permiten al usuario obtener reportes especializados de las operaciones, además de estadísticos.
Pros: Es de fácil manejo y las operaciones diarias se realizan sin contratiempos o errores del sistema. La implementación fue sumamente rápida, con personalización de las operaciones directamente en el sitio.

Would recommend it as a restaurant management app. The screen and devises are clear and interconnecting especially with mobile usage.
Pros: Mainly the customer support, ease of usage and payment processing. When we encountered problems, we called them up and they would reply to us rather quickly and send people over to take a look.
Cons: Maybe the cost of using it, the yearly rate is kind of on the high side. Overall not much of a complaint there.

Pros: In my experience, the technical support team at Infrasys POS responds quickly to resolve any issues.

Pros: What i love most about Infrasys POS is that it's easy in terms of mobile use thus easier for Food restaurant Management with the availability of customer support which allows us to direct communicate with the team.
Cons: The time it takes to download a start to end date data. Processing is very slow. Since it takes too long to process a data. Therefore, our time is wasted. Secondly, due to internet or back end factor a check does not gets posted and we have to manually reprocess it.

Going very well, the system helps us quite a lot with our internal reports, with precise numbers and infos. Sometimes it could be a bit overcomplicated but only in few occasions.
Pros: Always ready to assist you in any occasion, providing precise help and guidance. The support works quite well and the issues we had have been solved.
Cons: Sometimes some issues cannot be solved immediately but it has nothing to do with the support service, it is just a matter of updating.

Very Good over all I have used the system for 5 years now and have been incredibly happy with the depth of customizations that you can make to the platform.
Pros: Customer support and Ease of use Every time we have had major issues with our server the staff have been prompt to help. It's an incredibly easy system to understand and teach usage of to new staff
Cons: Our room service system refusing to open as it thinks it needs tables to operate this leads to slow down during service

Pros: The system is cloud base so we do the configures, the menu, the items, etc... easier. The User Interface is friendly with the users. The Customer Support is good.
Cons: The IMO interface is not really good. Hard to modify and no diversity templates for choosing. We can not build a report by our own.

Not user friendly. There’s one issue subject from Singapore team to review but they said need Hong Kong Infrasys to advise , but I wait some months they don’t come back with solution yet

Overall very userfriendly and efficient software.
Pros: Infrasys Cloud POS is very user friendly and easy to use in the outlet. Menu and item management, table assignment and print management is praise worthy. Report viewing and generating is also very user friendly. Support from Infrasys team takes a little while but once connected they do their job diligently.
Cons: Check Printer is directly configured to the local ip address of the POS terminal with which its connected. If the POS terminal ip changes then check printer needs to be reconfigured. Infrasys team should really workaround for this part. Either make it possible for us to configure directly with the hostname of the POS terminal or tweak something so that there will be no need for assigning static ip for the POS terminal.

Pros: The Service team are fantastic, I could not rate the installers more highly - they are absolute rockstars. The fact that it integrates so seamlessly with our PMS and other external systems, and is so flexible is brilliant, and being so user-friendly means that everyone is happy.
Cons: The system does everything we could hope for as it stands and does it all well.

The system is reliable, easy to use and with a great team behind it. And also have a very competitive price. I love the installation team, is great and friendly they help you thru all the process and answer all your questions about the software.
Pros: - Easy to use - Great integrations with Oracle Opera - Great Installation Team. - Great Customer Support.
Cons: - Some issue with Opera Interface at the Beginning but after few tweaks everything works smoothly.

Overall we have gotten to a stable connection and daily use of the product that enables our bar to operate with a seamless integration with our Hotel PMS system.
Pros: I like that it had the option of integrating with our new PMS system that is cloud based, and the assistance I have received from the support team

Pros: Ability to customise POS display based on user preference. Ease of editing and customising as need be. Creating additional items, menus, drop downs etc are simple to make Cloud based system so updates are quick to go live Ability to switch between outlets quickly and on all devices Utilisation of iPad's which allow for more efficient service Digital signatures
Cons: System limitations with not being able to put in table numbers and room numbers to identify checks and assist with having walkouts Using table setup, we are unable to pay new checks as they come in, we need to send then reopen bill to close which reduces efficiency

Pros: Infrasys support team are very professional and easy to work with. They make sure that they are there when you need them. The system overall is stable and easy to use. The flexibility to change menus in the cloud is added feature specially now most are working at home.
Cons: It will be good if we can make that report available online so that those working from home can access reports and view checks. If Infrasys can work with Oracle to have checkview feature inside PMS, that will be great!
