Pros: It's quite easy to host. It's just a simple EXE that can be run at launch. The navigation was also surprisingly easy to get used to.
Cons: Our use-case wasn't the best, mainly because Baramundi wants everything on an internal netwerk which isn't possible when people work from home. This means that it's perfect for old-school Windows environments where everything is connected to a local AD.

We have been using the Baramundi Management Suite at Medway NHS Foundation Trust for over seven years, and it has significantly streamlined our work as IT Technicians. The Baramundi Management Center is an essential tool for our Core IT Technicians, who use it daily to provide support and resolve issues across the Trust. Whether it's delivering Remote Desktop support via our Service Desk or deploying Windows 11 in-place upgrades to our Windows 10 workstations, Baramundi has proven invaluable in supporting our day-to-day operations.

Cons: - Workstation Disk Information can take some time to update after clearing space from OS or Data Drives (can be resolved by restarting the Baramundi Agent) - Boot Time of Workstation can sometimes be incorrect (possibly caused by fast boot on devices) - Unable to disable option of Registered User when adding new Workstations to Baramundi

was very good back in the day with on premise servers, made life easier and more straight forward in daily use.
Pros: simple easy management interface , all in one section, very personalisable and relatively simple to deploy
Cons: initial configuration not straight forward and a huge learning curve is required - good support from reseller needed

Baramundi manage to reduce my workload by reducing the repetitive tasks. The report function also provide visibility on the state of all the clients.
Pros: Simplified IT administrator daily tasks by automation such as OS, software and drivers update /patching. Provide visibility on the IT hardware asset, software inventory as well as the OS patching level with WSUS integration.
Cons: It's not agentless, So, it's crucial to make sure all the IT endpoints installed with the Baramundi agent and it's working fine on the endpoints.

Pros: One of the things that really impressed me about baramundi Management Suite was how it gave me total visibility over all my endpoints. I loved being able to do a quick health check and get a snapshot of how everything was performing. It was super easy to use and really helped me stay on top of things. I felt like I had everything under control, and that was a huge relief. Managed software is the best feature to allow me to save time with updates of applications.
Cons: One thing that I found a bit challenging was the variety of license types available. While I understand that different licenses cater to different needs, I felt that the options were a bit overwhelming at times. It took some time to navigate and understand the differences between them, and I'm not sure if we ended up with the most optimal licensing configuration.

Speed of implementing new programs or settings on workstations. Very well-functioning remote assistance for users
Pros: Comprehensive management of workstations from a single console. Simplification of installation and configuration of new computer stations. Speed of change propagation on workstations when mass configuration changes or software installations are required.
Cons: Price of additional licenses :) No Polish version of help and baramundi forum. Apart from that bMS has no flaws ;)

Pros: Lots of features, support for many platforms. Especially great for managing legacy Windows environments.
Cons: Hard to setup and manage, also not that suitable for the modern workspace, or purely mobile Android/iOS devices.

My overall experience is really great. The product is stable, well thought out. Generally help me a lot with automation and get visibility of our whole computer "ecosystem".
Pros: Real time status of running jobs. Stable releases. Baramundi Automation Studio with unlimited possibilities.
Cons: Lack of simple asset management module. Some problems with agent update. In Managed Software I would like to have complex jobs to install software with all dependings software.

I was impressed about the ease of usage and system configuration. The deployment itself is pretty quickly for both software and scripts deployments. For script deployments there are many options that can be used and edited with baramundi Automation Studio.
Pros: Easy to use, user friendly, deployment workflow in a very logical structure. The solution is very customisable to fit any specific infrastructure. Also a big plus is the fact that it can be used to manage a variety of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS, etc.)
Cons: Nothing to mention for the moment. Any issue which may be encountered, can be easily identified and solved.

Also MDM module is very powerfull for android device, i like the different mode to manage my android smarphone like dedicated device (for barcodescanner android on our wharehouse).
Pros: i like automate patching for OS so i can planning baramute and it will do itself, and deploy and update sw automatically
Cons: mange linux device whit new relase. I'm starting to use and it is very usefull. I'm triyng to understand how use automating script on this for linux device

I have been using Baramundi for roughly ten years and have had nothing but positive experiences I work in a haospital so good reliable performance is always a bonus
Pros: Ease of use and easy to navigate, creating packages for installs is simple to do and intuitive and easy to group installations into folders
Cons: having to click include subfolders when searching for a device in environment there is a lack of a dark mode

Installation and configuration is very easy. We had our environment updating automatically within a few hours.
Pros: it is a single pane of glass for all of our updates. allowing us to quickly create custom deployment scripts. deploy to on or all.
Cons: There is not much to not like other than learning curve. But any product has a learning curve.

My overall experience with baramundi Management Suite has been very positive. The platform offers a comprehensive set of tools for endpoint management, making it easier to automate routine my tasks, deploy software, and ensure compliance across our network. Support and documentation are solid, and updates are frequent, which helps keep the system up to date. While there is a learning curve initially, especially for more advanced features, the long-term benefits in efficiency and control are well worth it.
Pros: Easy deployment of our Internal Software throughout or Production Line.
Cons: A bit tricky on creating a script especially for non-programming experience. Also, having issues whenever our IT does their maintenance and after that our Baramundi takes time to start. Like restart and shutting off the server for many time until it is fully functional.

Baramundi is on-prem, where a lot of similar products are cloud services. Baramundi's approach to managed software as a whole is unique and makes maintaining software updates easy. Baramundi automation studio is particularly useful and a powerful tool. The ability to perform in-place upgrades and customized operating system deployments is pretty unique. The baramundi kiosk, where jobs can be published for users to request on-demand is another great feature. Direct integration with Active Directory is a great plus.
Pros: The managed software. It keeps our commonly used applications up to date, and we've even discovered some applications by browsing the managed software list.
Cons: It would be nice to be able to deploy scripts to endpoints through Baramundi without having to set up a "software" and "job" first.

Pros: Baramundi ist schnell zu verstehen und für schwierigere Fragen ist der Support schnell zu erreichen und kann meist direkt das Problem beheben.
Cons: Einzelne Einstellungen sind zum Teil nicht ohne längeren aufwand zu finden oder ohne die Hilfe vom Support. Für das Support Forum wäre ein kleiner First Use Guide hilfreich

Die ideale Management Software zur Bewältigung der täglichen Herausforderung einer IT-Abteilung. Seit einigen Jahren bereits im Einsatz und noch nicht enttäuscht worden.
Pros: Das Gesamtpaket von Baramundi erleichtert die täglichen Aufgaben einer IT-Abteilung enorm, vor allem für kleinere Teams. Dazu bewahrt man sich einen Überblick über die IT-Landschaft. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist der modulare Aufbau, somit muss man nur die Module lizenzieren, die man auch tatsächlich nutzt. Ebenso der Support reagiert bei Problemen schnell und unkompliziert.
Cons: Manchmal sind diverse Fehlermeldung etwas zu wenig ausführlich beschrieben bzw. kryptisch. Allerdings gibt es eine sehr hilfreiche Community und ein ausgezeichnetes Forum, wo einem schnell weitergeholfen wird.

Pros: Die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten wie ein Job erstellt werden kann, damit fast jede Software irgendwie verteilt werden kann. Weiter dann auch die gute Übersicht über den Stand der Verteilung sowie die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten um den Ausführungszeitpunkt des Jobs zu definieren.
Cons: Die von Baramundi angebotenen Managed Jobs funktionieren sehr gut, solange sie direkt ohne eine Anpassung verwendet werden können. Sobald noch eine kleine zusätzliche spezifische Einstellung gewünscht ist, kann es sehr schwierig werden und das Risiko besteht, das der Managed Job nicht verwendet werden kann.

Sehr gute Preis/ Leistung. Unterstützt uns. BMS benötigt selbst nur sehr wenig Pflege, die Zeit kann in die Aufgaben gesteckt werden und nicht in der Verwaltung des Systems zum Verwalten des System.
Pros: Stabile und zuverlässige OnPremise Anwendung, die den Deployment Prozess vom Boot bis zum finalen Patch komplett geführt unterstützt. Bedienung und Abläufe folgen einem verständlichen Konzept. Jederzeit einen vollständigen Überblick der eingesetzten Hard- und Software.
Cons: Analyse im Fehlerfall über Logs innerhalb BMS.
