Think reservations was a tremendous help to me. It saved me a tremendous amount of time. I was so glad to have found them!
Pros: Think Reservations was always there to help when I had questions or needed help. The fact that they kept up with other sites to record reservations was great. The before and after letters were also wonderful. I only had one unit (three bedrooms) but I still think it was a great resource.
Cons: The fees, as I only had one unit. It was a little expensive as I only had one unit, but it was well worth it in the time it saved me.

Great product, great people that own and work there. It has been a very good experience for me.
Pros: I have been with Think Reservations for many years. As a small lodging property, their plan worked great for me. Easy to learn and so many great helps to access if needed. They were always prompt in responding to me when I needed help. After 27 years as an Innkeeper, we are closing our bnb.
Cons: I can't really think of any negatives for me.

Of course, you get what you pay for, and so the additional cost over our prior provider is a pain point, but we are getting SO much more in return. The team has been exceptional and the system is robust.
Pros: Our onboarding team has been AMAZING! [sensitive content hidden] have been so helpful and gone the extra mile to make sure that we get what we need - even stepping in to just talk me through being stressed when the tasks felt overwhelming.
Cons: As with anything, there is always a learning curve and just figuring out how to do what needs done, but I don't know that it is technically a Con.

It is easy to use. Even our team who does not spend much time on ThinkReservations is comfortable using it.
Pros: The ease of use and the patience of [sensitive content hidden] helping me set up think reservations messaging.
Cons: It doesn't have a blacklist I could use a way to flag people who make reservations, use false phone numbers and block their credit card

Great Signup Great Onboarding Great Support
Pros: Think actually offers help via a REAL person (not a bunk of "help articles" or chatbots) Think Team is professional, courteous and best of all efficient and know their jobs. I have gotten professional help at 10pm on a Saturday night
Cons: Its a bit pricey and the messaging requires a bit of tweaking but we can live with that

ThinkMessaging is a game changer. We’ve only been live for a little over a week and the ability to text has completely transformed our guest experience. Last night I actually had a guest checkin during our first power failure in 6 years and I firmly believe that being able to communicate with her prior to checkin about the status made all of the difference to saving that reservation and having a happy guest this morning.
Pros: The reporting is great. ThinkMessager is game changing. Reservations are easy and display intuitively. Support is very responsive and feels personal.
Cons: No cons. When knew what to expect and now it delivers so much more than we had before. Only reason I don’t kick myself more for ever leaving is because I now fully appreciate what a great application it is now.

Pros: Nice looking calendar, good phone support
Cons: It lacks significant features. 1. Ability to send "actionable" quotes. Should be able to send quote to guest and have guest complete the booking online. 2. Need the ability to put a pre-authorization on a credit card to cover potential damage and misc charges. 3. Need way to offer travel insurance.

Owning an inn for over 17 years, I have used several reservation systems. ThinkReservations is the most user-friendly. And the price can't be beat. The only drawback is they don't offer website templates and hiring a company to build it for you can be very expensive. But they have builders they work with, so don't let that deter you if you have the funds. You will make it up with the price of their product.
Pros: The Calendar is easy to navigate and the emails are stylized and can be scheduled.
Cons: Many reservation systems now offer to build and host your website as part of the setup. It would be nice if Thinkreservations offered that.

Fantastic. I have zero complaints. It did everything we needed it to do.
Pros: Easy to use, easy to get in and out of, great customer service and support.
Cons: Adding dates in the future and changing prices. I also wish holidays were already marked on the Calendar.

The ThinkReservations team was professional and the customer support was fantastic.
Pros: ThinkReservations was a great fit for our property and very user friendly to manage. Straightforward and intuitive.
Cons: The booking engine feature was not the best fit for our property as it did not show availability. The lack of integrations was a set back.

It has taken a few months to set up all of the features because my business is probably more complicated than most, but with the help of a great support team, I have been able to accomplish it. I'm happy with the easy of sending out confirmations and follow-up notices like one for check out instructions and asking for a review.
Pros: ThinkReservations is easy to use and I like the Booking Engine that is added to my web page that lets guests book online and pay with their credit card.
Cons: The automated emails that are set up do not work well with guests that are staying longer than one month. Each new month's stay will generate automated emails. Fortunately, the support team had a way to make this work. Support is awesome to work with.

Such wonderful customer service! I absolutely will continue to refer ThinkReservations to folks who are in need of a solution-based company who will not stop in trying to make their product fit your business rather than the other way around. Several other companies I presented my business model to simply stopped at "nope, we don't do that". ThinkReservations said "we don't do that now, but let us figure it out", and they absolutely delivered. GO [sensitive content hidden]. GO [sensitive content hidden].
Pros: THE TEAM! [sensitive content hidden] have gone absolutely above and beyond to make this system work for me even though I know I'm presenting them a unique challenge. They've accepted the challenge wit no hesitation and have gone back to the drawing board over and over to ensure their system works exactly as I need it to. Thank you ladies so much for all of your constant effort, your unique problem solving abilities and your willingness to think outside the box.
Cons: So far- nothing! I'm sure there will be bumps in the road but I have confidence the team will continue to help troubleshoot because their willingness to adapt and assist so far has been nothing short of phenomenal.

Think was always there when we needed them! Their online tutorials were easy to follow for myself and staff.
Pros: Reservations were easily processed with credit card payments, and adjustments to reservations, and reminders is very easy to implement
Cons: Gift certificates were not able to be implemented online by the customer when they made a reservation.

This has revolutionized a 20 plus year old reservations system using pen and paper. It's a huge time saver on this end and gives the client much better service at booking.
Pros: The ability to have a client book their own room is such a time saver, of course! Going from pen and paper to online has transformed the reservations position and responsibility and allowed us to offer better customer service during booking. The software is easy to learn and to navigate. Our onboarding specialist was very patient and helped every step of the way. Also good turnaround on customer support issues.
Cons: We would like to have a maintenance feature, where we can print reports that show what items need attention by room, like broken toilet, mattress wear, etc. I also would like a real APP for the phone because when you just bookmark the booking calendar via safari or web browser, on the phone it will not navigate easily. We are using iphones here for on the go work. Would love if they could integrate some form of calling service, like JustCall or the like.

Pros: Promotes data redundancy in the booking of rooms. Reduces time wastage through manual checking on dirty rooms. It helps in handling a lot of clients at the same time. Low chances of mistakes. High quick response to emergency.
Cons: They cannot work without power sources and internet. High chances of software cyber attacks or viruses. Greater chances of service delays.

My clients really like the product. It integrates well with OTAs and gives the innkeepers everything they need to manage their day to day operations and reservations.
Pros: A good reservation system for small business owners in the hospitality industry. This reservation system is easy to use, easy to install and the customer service is solid.
Cons: You don't have a lot of customizable fields. All changes have to be requested through their customer service group which can take time.

Think Reservations works on improving their product all the time.
Pros: This software is easily to use by my entire staff. We can easily make edits, add ons and cancellations.
Cons: I would like a few more features. We hold special events such as showers, weddings, etc. and it would be nice to have a large area on the calendar to add/see this the details of the event.
