Very poor experience and there is nothing particular that makes their interface stand out from others.
Pros: Good Interface, that is the only thing that is good about Ezee Centrix, which now they are trying to change again and mess it up
Cons: They are in one way a fraud where their quotation doesn't match the tax invoice, they say one thing and not do the same

What I like least about eZee Centrix is that when a booking is cancelled on an OTA, the payment status doesn't automatically update in the PMS. The reservation gets cancelled, but the payment still reflects as received, which can create confusion and requires manual correction.
Pros: What I like most about eZee Centrix is its seamless integration with multiple OTAs and real-time inventory and rate updates.
Cons: While the Channel Manager is highly efficient overall, one area that could be improved is the time it sometimes takes for rate or inventory updates to reflect on certain OTAs, especially during high-traffic periods.

My overall experience with eZee Centrix has been very positive. The platform is intuitive and efficient, making it easy to manage rates and inventory across multiple OTAs in real-time. It has helped reduce manual effort and improved booking accuracy. The support team is responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Overall, it has streamlined our distribution and made day-to-day operations much smoother.

Pros: The most like in eZee YCS is their support through out the journey was good and we like that most and user friendly software.

Its very user friendly and easy to use plus it has very good features to manage a property under a single roof.
Pros: It's UI & UX which is very user friendly and easy to use for users who has little knowledge about the OTAs.
Cons: As such there is no dislike about it but it would be nice if system is mouse less friendly and short cut available.

Pros: Revenue management is one of the best facility available in ezee channel manager. One of the best thing is that the price updating scenario has come to an end. All the things are managed from the ezee channel manager.
Cons: AI feature is also quite good but as from my end I am not so much satisfied as revenue management used to manage the things easily.

Consistency is key, and they’ve nailed it. No dip in quality over time. I’ve reached out dozens of times. Every interaction has been positive. They resolve things quickly and correctly. No endless back-and-forth.
Pros: Customer service 44/7 that help a lot if urgency. The team is always available, any time of the day or night. Even during holidays, they respond quickly and efficiently. Their availability 44/7 means I can rely on them every single day. No matter when I contact them, they are ready to help. Midnight, early morning, or late evening — they are always online. They help solve problems when I need them most.
Cons: Connected to few OTA like Expedia is not easy. The integration process takes too long. Technical documentation is unclear and hard to follow. Sometimes credentials don’t work as expected. There's limited guidance for first-time users. The support for OTA connectivity is slow. Errors appear during synchronization.

Good overall but need to improve on their reports as their excel reporting are just not helpful and not much helpful reports for hoteliers

Pros: We’ve been using Yanolja Cloud Solution (eZee Absolute + eZee Centrix) for over a year, and it has made our daily hotel operations seamless. The built-in reporting tools and reservation management features are comprehensive, and the customer support is always prompt and helpful.

It has helped us centralize operations and reduce manual errors in reservations and billing. Inventory management across multiple room types and channels is now automated, saving time and boosting accuracy. Overall, it’s improved our efficiency and team coordination significantly.
Pros: eZee Absolute brings everything we need into one platform — from front desk operations to housekeeping and reporting. The user interface is intuitive, and even new staff can get up to speed quickly. We especially like the real-time sync with OTAs and the detailed audit trail that keeps everything traceable. Support is responsive and available when we need help.
Cons: Sometimes the reporting module can feel a bit complex, especially when filtering data for specific use cases. A more modern look for the interface and simplified custom report builder would make the experience even better.

Already said that the product is up to the mark . as per hotelier operations product is well developed.
Pros: We can manage rates and inventory for all the OTA in one shot. Separate source for rate update-ion is also available.
Cons: There was one confusion for generating invoice number which was cleared by support person. Overall product is up to the mark.

Before using eZee Centrix, managing multiple OTA accounts was a time-consuming task. Now, it’s all centralized. We can push rates, close out dates, and manage inventory from a single platform without logging into each OTA. It has drastically reduced manual errors and improved booking accuracy.
Pros: eZee Centrix is hands down one of the most reliable and efficient channel managers I’ve worked with. It makes OTA management effortless with real-time sync, easy rate and inventory updates, and seamless integration with eZee Absolute PMS. The dashboard is intuitive, and the bulk update feature saves a lot of time. I also love how easy it is to map new OTAs and manage promotions directly from the system.
Cons: There’s hardly anything to complain about. Occasionally, it may take a moment to reflect changes on certain OTAs during high traffic, but it gets sorted quickly and the support team is always responsive.

Pros: One of the best facility that the ezee product provides is that it creates the master derived rataplan. In this if we update the rates for one rate plan other update automatically.
Cons: Most probably I can say that as per my requirement nothing is lacking from my side.
