I could take it or leave it, we have used it to share large files for design but it is hard to explain to other people who are not firmiliar with it how to access and open
Pros: I liek the idea of storage that you can share through a cloud to mutiple people but there are issues.
Cons: When sharing with other users it's not easy and stright froward to do. Often times other users can't see what you shared or its complicated.

It has a strong and simple backup solution and offers file versioning and recovery features that is very versitile but it needs to work on its udate releases
Pros: I like it for its simple interface. It made it easy for me and my team to use it as a back up solution. It very reliable and has high speed syncornisation
Cons: It has slight issues when updates are avialable and due to these constant updates they often lead to crashes. The reason for this is because of the heavy updates it has

Dropbox Backup is great for safeguarding school files, but it works best alongside Google Classroom, not alone.
Pros: Automatic backups run quietly in the background, setup is simple, and files stay protected with minimal effort.
Cons: Limited control over what syncs, slower restores at times, and not built for real-time classroom collaboration.

My experience was great I us it weekly for my photos and content I create across the online world giving a great choice of saving files
Pros: I like how it back up files and photos alphabetical in order and the amount of storage it holds and files the back up is great to have
Cons: No least this platform works so well never any problems nothing negative to repost about this at all

Over all drop backup box has been a great tool that makes everyday operations flow smoother. It’s the best way to scan and organize receipts and invoices.
Pros: Dropbox is super easy to use and it’s great for organizing files and invoices. It’s convenient and user friendly.
Cons: Sometimes when scanning documents it takes a while to capture a picture of the image or resets while scanning something.

Esperienza negativa , messo in ginocchio un intero Studio di collaboratori interno ed esterni
Pros: pericolosissimo, assolutamente no , invito a non considerarlo

It has been a decent product, but nothing exceptional. I think this works fine to backup our important files as a second form of security, but it is not my favorite solution.
Pros: I have our critical customer files being constantly backed up and updated, and the software makes it very easy to keep up with those changes and see when previous updates were - just in case we accidentally delete something!
Cons: It has a hard time keeping up with the updates and always says it is still trying to do all of my files at essentially one time and crashing itself out.
MaryBeth O. · Operations Manager · Printing · December 23, 2024
It worked but we needed to put all our files into a single directory. Probably we lost some information on how to install or setup.
Pros: Is probably one of the easier solutions to implement. Plug n Play, but you cannot change a lot of things. Simply works without supervision
Cons: Less options compared with our final solution (Synology) Easy to backup the main directory, but if you have a more diverse file system, is not so easy to implement

Pros: I like the cloud backup features It makes encryption easy and so is compression Using Dropbox Backup is straightforward and is secure too.
Cons: Not many issues with Dropbox Backup. It has been straightforward
Finan C. · Sales Manager · Real Estate · February 3, 2024
Pros: It offers a significant amount of data backup space.
Cons: We need to download it separately. It is not integrated with other products. Backups must be done manually.

My overall experience with Dropbox has been very good.
Pros: It is reliable. It stores our documents, including prior versions, and just "works."
Cons: The search functionality could be greatly improved, but that is probably my only complaint.
Aaron S. · Attorney · Law Practice · November 27, 2023
Pros: Reliability, privacy, secure and very usable.
Cons: Sometimes it frozen (at least in my job place.
Jesus J. · Accounts Receivable · Consumer Goods · November 15, 2023
Pros: As a software engineer, the most impactful features are version control and file history, auto sync, and data privacy and security.
Cons: The most critical features to be improved are advanced search, enhanced performance for large files, and more granular access control like adding restriction based on IP addresses.
Zakariya A. · Software Engineer · Information Technology and Services · October 4, 2023
Dropbox is a means of storing files that can be transferred if desired by synchronizing or doing it manually.
Pros: What I like about Dropbox is that you can manually download files from your Dropbox account to another external location or another online storage service.
Cons: What I don't like is the security on Dropbox; I don't find it convincing enough compared to other storage services like iCloud, for example.
Souleymane D. · Training assistant · Mining & Metals · August 23, 2023
In my experience, this is one of the best platforms to share files and backup all my work things because is very intuitive and faster
Pros: The dropbox backup service is one of the most easiest platforms to share all kind of files with your friends, partners or family
Cons: The price of the account its a standar price in the market, maybe they should offert different plans to have the high benefits
Alan H. · Administrador · Arts and Crafts · June 15, 2023
It is easy and intuitive. The user experience is very friendly. It runs primarily on web so its always available. I don't have to worry if I have deleted some files.
Pros: I can hold all my desktop documents on cloud with highest security. Dropbox Backup has heaps of good features. Their private folder is the best.
Cons: There are a lot of options in market which provide similar solutions at a much cheaper price. Dropbox is on the pricier side.
Atharva K. · GCP Consultant · Information Technology and Services · February 23, 2023
Pros: There's an equal chance of Dropbox Backup working properly and your in-laws showing up at the absolute worst and most inappropriate time. If that didn't translate correctly- Dropbox Backup= Great, Reliable.
Cons: Dropbox Backup works with Dropbox and Dropbox Business only. I didn't care very much for Dropbox and no longer needed Dropbox Backup. It'd be great to see this company release a similar software that can be used elsewhere.
David C. · Private Investigator · Security and Investigations · February 18, 2023
Pros: I used Dropbox to store documents from my phone. It is easy in use and you can easily access your documents on any computer.
Cons: The storage is limited and because I didn't want to pay for more space, I don't use my Dropbox anymore.
Anonymous User · A review of Dropbox · Higher Education · February 9, 2023
Although it offers user-friendly interface, it does not include search function for users with free account.
Pros: I find it easy to install on my Mac then syn the folders on my phone.
Cons: The cost is obviously higher than similar services.
Anonymous User · Data Analyst · Financial Services · November 24, 2022
Pros: Dropbox is easy to setup. It supports most devices. Also good for large file backup. The automatic backup feature is also a plus.
Cons: Dropbox takes too much time to upload a file. The security is actually not the best.
Ngalla B. · Software Consultant · Computer Software · November 23, 2022
My experience with Dropbox little bit good
Pros: Easy to use secure and reliable fully encrypted provide some free storage...
Cons: Sometime login process to slow..need to provide some more free storage
Muhammad F. · Sales manager · Consumer Services · October 31, 2022
I think it has a limited storage for non-paid user and it better to upgrade the capability for security.
Pros: The ideal feature is to allow me to share my file with other users who even dont have account for dropbox.
Cons: The feature of security is not 2 layers as other clouds that sometimes need to be cautious.
Anonymous User · Intern · Leisure, Travel & Tourism · October 22, 2022
Dropbox provides a free backup service from the desktop app or via a web browser. I've found it very helpful as a passive background tool to keep my files backed-up.
Pros: The thing I like most about Dropbox is the way it integrates with so many other online services.
Cons: The thing I like least about Dropbox is the regular upsell for a subscription service.
