Overall the software is good to have one if any hotel is starting their business in current industry. As we are using it from almost long time and everytime we prefer this as our software.

Amazing as i am using this PMS since 2023, services is amazing, solutions are instant and very active team.
Pros: Its a very user friendly interface and through regular sessions of training and updates it easy for the team to understand and use the pms easily.
Cons: No such issues as of now, and one thing small issues definitely arise but team is very active to listen your issues and provide instant solutions.

I can say this is over all good application from small chain of hotel to multi star properties with decent commercials and services.

The software works best in the pc version and the mobile app is limited. Features like multiple room booking, customised welcome messages and check-in information is missing
