There are also so many other great features such as ease of use and the ability to have pictures put into the system for each one of your main items. The ease of use for our staff And how to onboard them to use the software has been very simple and efficient. I would definitely recommend the software to anyone and I wish we would’ve had it once we first opened versus just going with square.
Pros: We have been using Rezku for several years now. I think the biggest features for me that I have enjoyed having for our employees is first, knowing that even when the Internet goes down, the system still works and allows us to process payments. We have had several times where this has happened and it’s great that everything still worked. Second, The gift card and loyalty feature is a big selling point for anyone looking for a great POS software. Before getting Rezku, we literally had to hand, write down and keep up with gift card information Or give people paper gift cards. The ability to sell these and load money onto an actual gift card helps separate you from the competition, especially with other local restaurants. This is also been a great way to grow our bottom line and help gain referrals when people who love eating here want to give a gift.
Cons: I don’t have any specific concerns at this time that I can think of. Obviously you’re going to need to put some time in an effort in creating your custom solution. That can sometimes feel like a negative because it takes time but the support to help you is great.

We have been using REZKU POS for over 7 years. It is very easy to learn, easy to modify menus, processing that is reasonable and very fast approvals. I can call support and generally get someone on the line within 2-3 rings. I also have contacted support by chat and they always answer my questions or call me back with a solution. We have used other well known POS systems in our 14 years in the restaurant business and this is by far the best, most robust POS we have used. When we upgrade our iPads they are always there to help get them setup and running.

Pros: Ease of use and easy to learn. Support is always available and very knowledgeable. We are able to receive 3rd party sales form DoorDash/UberEats through the POS prints tickets that are like our in house tickets rather than each companies own print out. This cost me $149/month but worth it as it makes it easy for kitchen staff to read. Also, modifiers, setting up new items. Employees love it.
Cons: Not a negative I know of. Any issue we have ever experienced has been taken care of quickly by the support team.

Pros: I liked how easy it was to work with their staff to set up and use. I do not have a tech background and their customer support helped me understand in my terminology how to use the backend of the system comfortably. As a small business ower, that level of support and reliability has made all the difference in helping me run my cafe smoothly.
Cons: I've worked with the REZKU team for over 3 years and I haven't experienced any complications or bumps in the road. I'm very satisfied.

We have been using Rezku for almost 6 years. We just open a new location and use Rezku. The best we like about them is their reliable support team.
Pros: Rezku POS is very easy to use. Also, their service team always answers my calls and very helpful. Affordable prices too.
Cons: I can’t think about anything negative at this moment. There was an issue with a card reader and took a couple of weeks to receive a new one. I had to call 3-4 times to solve it.

We've been running with it for a little more than a year and it has been reliable, cost effective, and flexible enough for use in a brewery/taproom setting (not one of the core markets Rezku was originally designed for). Our front-of-house team finds it easy to use. We've been very impressed with the Customer Support team's availability and timely responses.
Pros: What has been most useful over the last year of usage is the flexibility provided through Rezku's product/variant/modifier capability. This allowed us to implement a more sophisticated view of our core products (beer), and track styles, packaging, sizes, and various combinations. The Customer Support team was amazing in helping us figure this out and has been there whenever we needed it (infrequently). Other standard features have worked well and we regularly use the POS at the taproom and remotely at events. We also like Rezku's simple timecard management system for our staff and it ties well with 7Shifts.
Cons: Reporting in Rezku is more oriented towards normal restaurant/bar use cases. While we have made great use of the data model they provide, getting custom reports out that easily show that data is hard. Instead, we have to pull a variety of reports and manually manipulate spreadsheets to get the information we need for analysis and input into other planning , financial, and operations systems.

Our overall experience has always been very positive. We are always able to talk to a support tech who is knowledgeable, personable, friendly and determined to fix each and every issue we have.
Pros: Quick and easy customer support solutions for any problem, any time from extremely knowledgeable, personable staff.
Cons: We did not like how long it took to get our menu adapted to the Rezku system, but that was several years ago. We are certain that the process has gotten quicker and easier since then.

Pros: Great tech support people, platform works very well for pizzerias, online ordering component is quite nice, easy to train staff, thorough onboarding.
Cons: Could be better communication from the sales team on things like rates.

We are a brewpub with a small kitchen, beer taps, and wine/liquor service with 2 POS devices. They onboarded us as quickly as we needed, they provide excellent support, and we've not had a single service disruption in the 6 months we've used them. Having the mobile app to see real-time sales and labor numbers, along with the ability to edit menus and discounts/coupons while on the move is amazing. I am pretty picky when it comes to technology. There are some things to overcome, but on the whole, the software and service are solid.
Pros: Support is what they say it is: most chats are responded to in under a minute. I haven't used phone calls often, since my issues tend to be "in the moment" and I need to be able to leave the chat briefly. The simplicity of the interface and the ease in which we can add additional devices: literally as fast as you can buy a tablet. $49 subscription for two devises and $99 for 3-5, with me owning widely-available tablets is appealing. They are and have been very receptive to enhancements and intuitive design changes I've requested.

We are a small restaurant/bar that has been open for 5 months, using Rezku since day one. After working in the industry for many years and now starting my own business we were between Toast & Rezku for our system. Customer service is always available when we need them. The system is seemless, just make sure you do the work and set it up properly. I am still making modifications to make it better everyday.
Pros: 1. The customer service is so beyond that I have experienced with other POS companies and that wasn't something that I even knew right away. Their support chat has saved me many times in the middle of service when I needed answers immediately. 2. How easy it is to update, customize, and get into the back office. Be sure to download the Back Office App. I like to keep it running in the background for seemless transition and adjustments during service, especially when you are in the first few weeks of opening. 3. It does everything we need, and then some. We are a small bar & restaurant with patio dining too. As an owner that also bartends and waits tables, I can say that with the proper set up of the system, anyone would be happy with Rezku.
Cons: Dislikes, these are pretty nit picky, but still don't love that.... 1. The custom reporting isn't as custom as we'd like, but there are a ton of report options in the exports that can do the trick, just need to do more digging. 2. There is no 'print' button while you are in a live order, you need to hit checkout, then 'reprint'. If you are a quick service/counter service only this won't effect you. But, with a full service bar/ restaurant, it's just an extra step.

Honestly 10 out of 10! We are so happy to have switched to Rezku.
Pros: We love the Support!!! We can get to someone quickly when there is a problem and they are all so personable and helpful in getting our issues resolved. The support team is TOP notch! We also love the simplicity of the system itself
Cons: They have great reporting, but their inventory system is a little complicating

Compared to the POS systems we have used in the past rescue goes above and beyond
Pros: Rezku is the best POS we’ve ever used. They are constantly coming up with new ideas and products to benefit their customers. Very seldom are there any issues but if one shall arise, they are quick to answer the phone and help in anyway possible. Let’s be honest, every pos company is going to have issues. The POS can be customized to meet needs of each restaurant in their own individual ways.they are quick to make changes and updates on the advice of their consumers as well. You absolutely can not go wrong with a support system that is available 24/7 when you work in the service industry!!
Cons: The recent change of cash sales only showing up for the cashier seems to leave out those restaurants (including us) whose servers do not use personal banks. However, Rezku is working on a compromise for this issue.

Very pleased with this POS. The reports are super helpful. The system is easy to use. Their technical department answers quickly and resolves any issues we may have.
Pros: I love having the app on my phone; it makes it very easy to change/add products. It is easy to use, and our new staff picks it up quickly.
Cons: Anything we have had that we are not happy with they have helped resolve it quickly.

Rezku POS is a "Powerful and User-Friendly" system. We have been using Rezku for a few years now and it has helped reduce the amount of time it takes for servers to enter detailed and precise order information for the kitchen. Overall I rate Rezku POS a 5/5 because of its usability, reliability, and efficiency.
Pros: Rezku is easy to maintain and use. Its user-friendly and provides a quick learning curve for staff with intuitive navigation. Provides streamlined order input, modifications, and kitchen communication. Inventory tracking, payment integration, reporting tools, and much more.
Cons: Hardware compatibility. Works best with Rezku provided hardware.

Quick implementation, and conversion from the prior outdated POS system. Getting online ordering in place was quick and easy, and training our drivers to use the platform was quick and painless. Customer service is outstanding, and all of the agents are incredibly knowledgable and well-versed int he product and functionality, and there is minimal wait time to reach an agent.
Pros: Full-featured POS system for pizza industry, with excellent customer service, outstanding training videos and documentation, and great online ordering integration.
Cons: Rezku is a smaller, boutique POS firm, so getting product enhancements are a little slower than I would like. On the other hand, Rezku listens to customers, so I am much more likely to get an enhancement from Rezku than from one of the other major players.

With Rezku, our business runs very smoothly. Order taking is a breeze. Our customers tell us that online ordering is fast and painless. Keeping track of inventory, adding new items to our menu and logging employee work hours are all very straightforward and simple. It all just works! We were new to running a restaurant and Rezku made it easier for us to get started. We are very happy with our choice of Rezku for our business.
Pros: Rezku was very easy to setup. We were able to get started using Rezku after only a couple of hours of set-up time. Learning to use the POS is also very quick and simple. We also loved the fact that there are many "extras" included with Rezku that cost extra or aren't even available with other POS systems. An example of this is ingredient level inventory and food costing. We can determine exactly what each menu item costs to serve using those features and it has been tremendously helpful in keeping our food costs down.Rezku support has been EXCELLENT! There is always someone available via phone or chat to answer questions or resolve any issues that arise .
Cons: Honestly, there is nothing we don't like!

Speed of ordering is very good.
Pros: Super user friendly. Hardware is ios/ipad related. Their corporate customer support is bar none.
Cons: Wifi connectivity is important, but Rezku does have contingency plans in place in case wifi does go out.

If you have any problems or questions you can call and they are available to assist in any way! I have worked with countless companies where they put you on hold for a long time and then transfer you to every department that they have. Rezku POS is nothing like those companies, they treat all customers like they are your own coworkers!
Pros: The Rezku POS is a game changer for my business and the way you are able to take orders directly from the table via a tablet speeds up the production in the kitchen.
Cons: I have yet to find any Cons in the Rezku POS system.

Pros: What I like best about Rezku is the fantastic customer support not once have I called Rezku support and not had the phone picked up in less than two rings and a very helpful representative walk me through any issues.
Cons: We call customer by number, so a very large ticket number printed on receipt would be a huge improvement. And when I say large I mean something about 1 inch tall at the bottom of the receipt with a circle around it.

Pros: Everything is wonderful with Rezku. Anytime I have an issue or problem they are there to help and answer questions.
Cons: The only problem I have is in the reports and exports, there is not a description for the reports. It's easy enough to click and view the report to see what it contains.

Terrible, horrible and unless they have cleaned up the bugs, I would say to run for the hills!
Pros: Easy to set up. And the staff seemed nice
Cons: Customer care was terrible. Everything that was promised to me, was an additional charge, or I was told I would have to pay to develop it. I was told I could transfer my 25K in sold gift cards over....that was a lie. I had to use both the previous software and the Rezku. It was a nightmare and I paid thousands in CPA costs to clean up the mess.
