I absolutely enjoy working with the VisiumKMS team! The customer support, programmers, and the entire team are some of the best there is!
Pros: Customer support is top notch! This is a wonderful team who is willing to help navigate any issue! Definitely recommend this program.
Cons: I have no complaints at this time. Any problem we have had has been solved in a timely fashion with extreme professionalism.

Good but configuration at the beginning was very confusing took a longtime for the KMS team to bring ASR Team up to speed. The demos were disconnected from end user. ASR is company with very old longterm operations and unfortunately COVID also was a factor zoom sessions are the best way to confogure this type of system.
Pros: Easy of use
Cons: Not integrated with MS Teams and Sharepoint. BadgerMail is very difficult to troubleshoot and setup lots od frustration from end user not getting emails need much better support around this feature. Could be a system stopper from people using it.

Overall experience with Visium was good. The team was really helpful and managed the project well, too early to say what benefits we received from implementing the system however we now know all our sites can work towards a single Management of Change procedure.
Pros: The simplicity of the workflows. You can see each step you are currently working on, on the left hand side pane.
Cons: Inability to completely remove certain fields. This makes some of the workflows look untidy.

Very good. We have transitioned to using KMS for all our plant change requests - although we have some teething problems as we moved from a manual process (which arguably is more flexible but at the same time open to abuse). Although it is early days, I see potential to expand this to cover geometric in kind projects and even going as far as to replace our capital projects process as it allows us to have good insight into project progress and is a valuable tool to ensure all information is secured in the cloud.
Pros: The product can be customized to a large degree by the customer. The design team did go out of their way to accommodate our availability. After sales service is excellent. KMS team is open to ideas which will help their customers and their support team quickly respond to queries.
Cons: There are some aspects which cannot be configured without scripting - I felt that some of these should be customizable by the client post implementation (for eg. configuring of the status, and indicating which step is activated by another) without having to pay for scripting. ie. more self customization would be great! I also felt that badger mail is very confusing - the alert queue only shows triggered events and not timed events and even then does not clearly give information that administrators can use to revise the badger mail settings. If mistakes are made, it is difficult to reverse these (for eg. if a record is accidentally cancelled).

The transition from a paper-based system to an electronic one has saved time and made reporting easier.
Pros: The notification feature at every step of the workflow is helpful.
Cons: Understanding Role Based Security is the Application is challenging.

I am the administrator for KMS at our site. I have mainly worked in v11 of the software and found it easy to learn and to use. I took over the position when the prior administrator had been gone for a while and didn't have someone to train me. I was able to learn and use the software quickly and easily. We recently upgraded to v12 and have found that the transition and training for the site was quick and easy.
Pros: We use KMS at our site to manage change. The software is very easy to use and to teach. The features that I like the most are the checklists that can be customized to fit all of the types of changes that we make. They allow us to specify what questions need to be addressed and who should be assigned to answer. They software also gives us the ability to force an attachment to any question before it can be closed. This actually helps us to stay in compliance by ensuring PSR required paperwork is attached to the MOC.
Cons: The two features that I would personally change are the granularity of the software security. Many companies may consider that a plus, but in my opinion it is too complex. The other issue for me is that two of the workflow tabs cannot be autocompleted when al the questions in the tab are complete. This requires someone to actually save and complete and this keeps some MOC's from progressing.

Generally the folk I deal with have been excellent. However this seems to have been lost in the last year, maybe due to the pandemic, changes in Rolls-Royce/VisiumKMS etc
Pros: The workshop we had with the vendor to implement was excellent.
Cons: Annual cost. Lack of of 3/5 year options on annual maintenance. Historically we have had 3 year deals set in place, now appears we can only commit to 1 year!

We have been using VisiumKMS for 9 years and have had no major issues. Their product, customer service and engagement have been constantly improving during this time.
Pros: The customization capabilities for Management of Change are excellent and can help you standardize across an organization, while allowing for some flexibility as well. VisiumKMS has some employees with a high awareness of PSM which also helps. They are also very good at engaging with the customers to find solutions and develop features.
Cons: Lots of customization = lots of time that may be needed to set-up and maintain configuration, especially with employee turnover or changes in organizational structure.

1. VisiumKMS staff were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous while working with our global team. 2. Very responsive to any queries that came up throughout the roll-out process 3. Understood the project timeline and helped deliver it
Pros: 1. The ease to customize reports and checklists to make it site specific 2. Useful training documents with screen shots, allows a new user to easily follow through 3. Helpful Visium staff support, who worked with us to maintain target deadlines accomodating different time zones globally
Cons: The ability to manage Recurring activities - this module is not as robust. Missing features such as attaching documents or images with the tasks and other details surrounding compliance task manager

VisiumKMS has always been very receptive to our company's needs through user conferences and outreach. We have enjoyed working with VisiumKMS to improve our MOC system.
Pros: Configurable workflows, smart checklists, and badgermail are my favorite features
Cons: It is difficult for KMS to share data with other software my company uses. We never took advantage of metrics in V12 using PowerBI instead.

Overall it has been positive, but version 11 has some aspects that are not user-friendly.
Pros: The thing I like most is that KMS is customized for tracking work in a PSM Program.
Cons: Some of the features in version 11 are not very user friendly. For example, creating new evaluation checklists can be time consuming and not straight forward.
