We are using Restroworks billing POS from last 2 years for billing and punching. It has very smooth and fast interface. Printing of bills are very fast which helps to attend more customer at a time.
Pros: Cockpit application is very good which helps us to check our outlets sales on our mobile phone. The reports are upto date and accurate, also helps to file GST.
Cons: Sometimes support number is not reachable, but after sometime we received a callback and they help us to resolve the issue.

The overall experience with restroworks is good, because it the very easy to use and also our staff is also feel comfortable to use restroworks. Also they have a training module that help the staff to learn the things.
Pros: Restroworks billing system is very friendly and bugs free. The Pos is very easy to use and make our daily life simple and easy. The staff can access the detailed report on peak hour and it helps to manage the items availability on weekends. Orders are directly sent to kitchen instead of manual KOT. Which reduce customer wait time.
Cons: Sometimes the customer support is not reachable it takes time to connect with them. Otherwise all things are good

By using this Billing system easy to order from outlet to base kitchen for the finished Good those required at outlet for billing. Report are very good and real time.
Pros: Restroworks is very good billing system to manage the restaurant we are using this billing systems at our outlet Dough and Cream more then 3 years bugs and issues free system. Customer support is very good available 24*7.
Cons: Nothing as off of now every thing is perfect sometimes system taking time to sync the changes but rest everything is perfect.

Our overall experience with Restroworks has been very good. The POS system is easy to use and makes our daily restaurant work simple and smooth. Features like sales reports, online order integration, and inventory tracking help us manage operations better. It saves time, reduces manual work, and helps everything run more efficiently at our Thane branch.
Pros: We are using Restroworks at the Thane branch of Sbarro, and we are very satisfied with the POS system. It provides excellent features such as reporting, online order integration, and inventory management. The system has made our operations much easier, smoother, and more efficient.
Cons: Some time, support takes time to connect but it is rare. If possible they should improve on this. We get solution for the problems.

We are using Restroworks Application from last 3 years for billing and reporting purposes for our outlet. It has multiple online integration like Swiggy, Zomato, Magic Pin etc. which helps to accept the orders in the software.
Pros: Restroworks Academy is very useful for our new staff to learn about the software very fast and also reduce the training duration.
Cons: Sometimes printers are getting stopped in rush hours, but we call the support team and they fixed the issue instantly.

The support is so helpful whenever we reach them, they resolve our queries. I haven't found any glitch in the application.
Pros: The Restroworks Reports are very elegant, clean and neat. Then the Billing also makes us easy to handle the settlements.
Cons: Comparing to another applications which I have used earlier this is super easy and far better. Nothing else everything is going good.

Posist has made possible to integrate with many other online aggregators which is helping restaurants to run smoothly. The Kiosk based ordering helps to run restaurant more efficiently. The Loyalty based programs also helps restaurants to attract more customers.
Pros: Posist application helps in fast billing and making billing easier in just few clicks. The CRM feature helps to maintain database of regular customers. Adapting new technologies and integrating other online application like Swiggy, Zomato and Magic pin
Cons: Everything works on iot device if its down then application stops working. Only one system can work without iot.

Pros: The support and handholding were excellent throughout every restaurant rollout, especially during the transition from the previous POS across both FOH and BOH.
Cons: I need an application update where the date(s) and time for item deactivation are clearly provided, so operations are easier. It would also help to clean up the menu items that are only meant to be available for a specific time period.

Posist’s menu management for online orders helps us handle and track those orders within the same billing platform, which makes the overall process more organized and convenient.
Pros: This is very helpful for continuing account and store management. It’s very useful on an online platform.
Cons: So far, there’s nothing we dislike about the Restrowork software. If we need any improvements to the billing, we’ll let the Restrowork team know.

The application is really helpful in managing restaurants operations at various level one at billing the next is online orders and the third is inventory level. The billing and inventory helps alot in managing restaurant operations with the reporting functionality.
Pros: Posist software is very helpful in running restaurants and online orders. It has various features one of them is tab wise price changes it helps alot for having different prices for different tabs. Reporting features are very valuable as multiple reports are there which helps in getting sales as and when required.
Cons: The application works entirely on iot device if its down only pos is operational needs to comeup with something which can have all the pos working.

Restroworks academy gives complete understandings about Restroworks functionality. For first time user it is very useful and self learning. Bill Dynamic Qr is very good, customer can scan and pay the amount directly with their phones.
Pros: Most of the features needed for a QSR and restaurant POS are available in this application. The new store setup time is short, so the store opening process is smooth. Restroworks acadamy provides a complete understanding of Restroworks application functionality. For a first-time user, it is very useful for self-learning. Support is good. The support team keeps taking feedback from the user until the issue is resolved. Special thanks to [sensitive content hidden] for his dedication in providing support and timely resolution.
Cons: As of now billing process working smoothly, will be keep monitoring and if there is feedback from store then will update to POSISIT support team

Very good billing reports. We also have some special reports, such as item contribution reports, daily sales reports, and item-wise sales reports, along with discount and complimentary reports.
Pros: Very good application for QSR and fine-dining food & beverage outlets. It’s very easy to use, and the ground staff find it helpful when taking orders from guests. It also makes it easy to run offers and happy hour deals, with auto pick-up for offers like 1+1 or 2+1. The support team is also very helpful.
Cons: So far, nothing is off or causing any issues. I don’t have any dislikes, and I’m very happy using the application.

Restroworks recently develop their owned kiosk system where they have very advance functionality, recommended to take a demo for that you like it.
Pros: I like this pos system personally because they have cloud based software system where we have 100% of data security.
Cons: Only dislike sometime support team will take time to pick up the call if we are facing login issues rest everything is fine.

My overall experience with restroworks is very good. I am using their cockpit application and the cockpit application is a futuristic application. Even I am able to get the unsettled bills running bill and all type of sales.
Pros: A good billing software for kick start your restaurant operations. I can easily track all my reports and sale as per my comfort. Restroworks have multiple useful features like splitting tables according to your requirement.
Cons: As of now I am completely satisfied with restroworks software and services. Nothing to dislike restroworks.

Pros: Restroworks customer supports sets them apart. User interface is simple and precise with all required information easily accessible. Reports and analytics is another area where Restroworks shine.
Cons: Cant really think of anything that I dislike. Every time I find something that I could think so is already built in and I just have to be directed by customer support

Our overall exp is nice and we are happy using Restroworks. Support team is also available 24 into 7, that is really helpfull.
Pros: We are using Restroworks from last 4 months and it is very easy to punch bills and do billing. For closing, we use daily sales report on daily basis and it shows correct data.
Cons: There is no such to dislike, our requirement is being met by Restroworks. if we require anything, we will contact Restroworks

Reports are good and real time to track the sale for the restaurant able to manage the stock for the production as per the sale done.very good and easy to use billing system.
Pros: We are using this billing system at our outlets Zorba Entertainment last 4 year and this very good system to manage the billing support is very good Bugs and issue free system.

Over all good application and some time face printing issue, I am connecting to the Restroworks support helpline they fixed the issue quickly.
Pros: Fast support with immediately help and very nice and fast user interface. That help to manage the operations on daily basis.
Cons: Over all fast and good application and nothing to dislike. Cockpit sale application is very use full to check sale on daily basis.

Centrally managed menus helps in deploying menus across all different cities with differential price changes. We are using KDS Kitchen display screen where the menus are displaying directly in kitchen once order is punched from POS this helps restaurant in reducing time and maintain efficiency across the restaurants.
Pros: From day one restaurant is operating smoothly without any issues. It helps users to have smooth operations day-to-day Application is fast, efficient billing processes during peak hours.
Cons: If any issue arises we connect with respective teams in Restroworks they resolve it on the spot. We do have dislikes any. Support team is available for any issue occurs.
