Pros: All the different functions you have available. The customer screen is an awesome tool. I also like being able to schedule future pricing

Cons: I don’t like How slow it is to enter orders and how I have to open a whole new screen to print or email a quote.

Pros: For a complex system, the tool is fairly intuitive and allows me to find what I need in due time.

Cons: Customer setup is very manual. If that could be automated, it would be a great help. Managing remarks are a challenge when the notes are outdated.

Pros: How the the system is adaptable, user friendly and aleays evolving

Cons: Everything seems to be add ons lately. It is difficult to stay up o. The changes.

Pros: Functionality and ability to cover all modules we require in one solution. Also the technology is top notch.

Cons: Nothing yet, we aren’t using since we are still implementing.

Pros: The connivence and efficiency. I like how it feels as your team is here to support in anyway and not just hear the good, but also address the “bad”.

Cons: Sometimes i find there may be too much info on the screen at once- sometimes hard to find what i need

Pros: Learning how to use Datacor more efficiently.

Cons: There was not enough time to practice what I learned, but I will practice what I learned back in the office.

Pros: It’s cleaner and easier to find things than our previous AS400 system. It gives me more freedom to go back and change things on the AR side. We also enjoy the reports we can pull from this system.

Cons: We still have some problems with getting packing slips and invoice amounts to match in some areas due to backorder issues.

Pros: Most of the seminars were very informative and the workshops were a great tool.

Cons: Not too much time on those pwrsonally very interesting seminars

Pros: This is a very interesting thing to have. I love learning more about the system and getting hands on help with things i needed help worh at the offoce bur its so hard over the email.

Cons: Not enough interacting. I like getting to work on things. So the workshops with the computer are best for me.

Pros: Datacor's chemical manufacturing focus is great.

Cons: I don’t have any issues with the Datacor ERP.

Pros: Customers Service is great!! Technical teams are very helpful and insightful.

Cons: Program may have some bugs to work out but the teams works with our company to customize the product to our specifications.

Pros: It is easy to manuever and set up screens to be beneficial for how you need to view things. The help tab makes it easy to find help when needed.

Cons: We have a lot of issues where it kicks us out- other than that its a good system to use.

Pros: Always developing new features and working on improvements. System is easy to use and documentation has really improved with recent initiatives.

Cons: Not much to say. They're always helpful to resolve or work on anything. Every help ticket is treated as being important and feedback seems to go somewhere.

Pros: Ease of use and running of reports for financial purposes

Cons: Sometimes when we choose an option from various modules the tabs get blocked up and doesn’t open up until a session is closed. We would want tabes from various modules to be open at the same time for financial comparisons.

Pros: The thing I like most is the support I receive. They are available in any situation and make themselves available at the yearly conference.

Cons: Integrating with 3rd party applications in a more modern fashion is difficult. I hope the public API portal will be done soon.

Pros: Our company likes the system and the capability to make requests for system changes. Somethings, like reporting, allows us to be able to change report parameters or completely build new ones via Crystal Reports.

Cons: The additional costs for custom changes that would improve the system overall, but that is to be expected with the time and work that goes into some changes. The positive thing on this however is when these "custom" changes are great for other companies, these can become available to entire Datacor network.

Pros: We needed a system that would keep track of our finances and inventory better than in the past. This system will do that for us.

Cons: I find trying to get reports to print as I want them cumbersome. I know that once you do, you can save that report for later, but getting it to show what you need it to is sometimes frustrating.

Pros: The portals, Barcoding (WMS), consistently moving forward with new features.

Cons: Development issues, we are still on V6 for some modules.

Pros: Great ERP system, Has everything you need out of the box. Customizations are also a plus with this software! Customer support is also excellent.

Cons: Some limitations on customizations that would improve the software.

Pros: The capabilities it provides in terms of accounting and reporting all aspects of our business operations.

Cons: There are limited controls built in and some screens are hard to read.

Pros: I like the functionality of the system. There are a lot of things that when used correctly make my job easier.

Cons: The reporting functions need to be more customizable. I should be able to manipulate the data that I enter easier without having to contact support to try and add the custom reports. Also, the ability to have extra automations without having to pay so much extra would be nice.

Pros: The vast amount of modules availab@e, really not a need for 3rd party software

Cons: There seems to be a lack of intuitive interfaces.
