Pros: The software has a great interface and checks the boxes with the functionality we need, including granular permissions, statements by family, importing, etc.

Cons: Right out of the box, I ran into 2 pretty major bugs - one had to do with completely inaccurate donor financial statements. Their [sensitive content hidden] reached out to see the bugs, then was a no show for our online meeting.

Pros: What I most like about gracely is that it makes church life easier without having to think about it.

Cons: Sometimes there are some features that doesn't work as smoothly as it should. Another thing is sometimes the app doesn't load.

Pros: Gracely provided the tools we needed to modernize our church operations and keep pace with more forward-thinking ministries. We successfully transitioned from manual spreadsheets to streamlined online giving and accounting systems. From a time-management perspective, our trustees consider this one of the best financial decisions we’ve made. As expected, there was a brief learning curve, but the chatbot and support team have been consistently responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Cons: The web page layout gets the job done and provides a solid foundation, but it could benefit from some refinement—particularly for users who are used to building sites quickly with modern tools. Those familiar with streamlined drag-and-drop or AI-powered builders may find the interface a bit less intuitive and somewhat restrictive. Adding more flexibility and improving ease of use in the editing experience would go a long way in making the platform more efficient for quick, on-the-fly website creation.

Pros: Easy to use, makes communication with membership fast and simple, integration with Stripe means members can easily donate.

Cons: No way to add visitors to the system - would Venice if we could use the system to track them and communicate with them.

Pros: Gracely is intuitive, easy to use and made from the ground up for church/event/community management.

Cons: It is a new platform with an amazing team so it will undoubtably add many helpful features in the future.

Pros: Gracely is very easy to use and has made managing our church much more organized. I use it regularly to update ministries, create custom forms, and post events and announcements. Being able to send emails and SMS messages directly from the platform has really improved how we communicate with our members and keep everyone informed. The member app is a big plus—members can update their own profiles, which saves me a lot of time and keeps our information accurate. It also helps keep events and announcements clear and up to date. Customer support has been excellent. They are very responsive, listen to feedback, and fix issues quickly. You can tell they are actively improving the platform. For the price, it offers great value. It has replaced multiple tools we were using before and simplified our workflow.

Cons: There are occasional small glitches, but they are usually fixed quickly by the support team. Some features take a little time to fully learn, especially when you’re first getting started. We currently use Pushpay for giving, and it doesn’t integrate with Gracely yet, so we have to manage accounting and financial reports separately. It would be great to see that integration in the future. Reporting features are useful, but I would like to see more advanced or customizable reporting options, especially for tracking detailed data across ministries and communication.

Pros: The membership directory allowing members to see a photo of each member, and to call, text and access a map to the member's home at the click of a button. The calendar function is also an essential element and announcements and emails help members become aware of important dates and upcoming events.

Cons: I can't think of any criticism of the app at this time. I had a list of functions and fixes I was hoping would be addressed over time, but the Gracely staff addressed them all prior to our launching the app.

Pros: I like how Gracely is super easy to use, makes it easy to track giving and generate reports and has EXCELLENT customer support!

Cons: I do not have any dislikes towards the product. All of my experiences have been positive...with product usage and also with product support.

Pros: As a small church, the price point was a huge win for us. Gracely has helped us significantly reduce our monthly costs while still giving us everything we need to operate effectively. The value for what you get is honestly hard to beat.

Cons: There really aren’t many downsides. The interface was a little different from what we were used to at first, but it wasn’t difficult to learn and we adjusted quickly.

Pros: So far, communication with our parishioners is the best part of Gracely. It is a cost effective way for us to get information out. It is easy to use and the folks at Gracely are very receptive to our requests for help and solve problem quickly.

Cons: We aren't using the Giving portion of the software yet as it doesn't meet our requirements but I have been assured that it will in the near future.

Pros: We wanted an app mainly to send emails to our parishioners easily. Gracely lets us do that easily! We're also implementing the online donation portion to hopefully make it easy to receive donations from our parishioners and visitors as well.

Cons: Only problem is having to pay for sending texts, but we know that's like that with most all of the programs out there.

Pros: We were looking for a membership/Church management system that was clean, easy to use, and web based so all members could access it at their leisure. This fit all the criteria and at a very reasonable price! Also like how we can add custom fields to track information specific to us. The giving statements look great.

Cons: The sign on process for Church members is cumbersome. They need to have a code sent to their email on file and then use that code each time. I know this is probably the most secure way to do it, but it is an extra step that may dissuade members from taking that extra step and updating their info. Also, wish we could upload giving information with an Excel spreadsheet.

Pros: I love that it is easy to use and that multiple users can access it to input data. It’s very easy to understand and when I had a question, they responded promptly.

Cons: I wish there was a place to record attendance. Churches need those numbers when applying for loans. This would help keep necessary information in one place.

Pros: I like the efficiency and simplicity of the Program.I also like the return responses from Socrates!!

Cons: I really do not have any complaints. So far I am very pleased with the service. I would promote it!!

Pros: I love the church portal and the ability to send out announcements, post events etc.

Cons: Refreshing the page every time something new is added. It will save a lot of time if changes are instantly updated when made.

Pros: I particularly enjoyed how easy it is to import membership data into the software. Also, the platform layout is really simple and easy to use. Events have a variety of customization options that make for great event planning and scheduling. And I must not forget to mention that the Gracey team has done a great job with volunteer scheduling as a major part of the software. This makes things really simple for us as a church. One significant thing as well is the prompt support you get from the team. It is a wonderful customer experience with Gracely.

Cons: I loved everything about Gracey, and would love to see a few improvements Groups would work great if members could communicate with each other. Church portal would also be great as a mobile app.

Pros: The thing I most like about Gracely is the speed in which requested modifications have been made.

Cons: As a beta site, we have made several requests for modifications/enhancements. Note: they have been made in a timely manner -- often same-day.

Pros: The customer support and willingness to work with me on a personal basis to set things up was wonderful.

Cons: That not enough people have realized the beauty and ease of Gracely!

Pros: It’s easy to use and really helps connecting with congregants!

Cons: Nothing, everything works great and new features have been added.
