One Church Software

Pros: One Church Software is quite easy to use and user-friendly. It's visually appealing. It does just about everything we need and we've been able to reduce reliance on third-party platforms for some of our data. The migration from our previous system to OCS went very well. Customer service is very prompt. We've also saved quite a bit of money switching to OCS.

Cons: Sometimes we struggle to get the help desk person to understand what our issue actually is so we can get an appropriate solution.

Pros: It's a huge step up from the decentralized way we were handling church groups, events, and contributions. Having these all in one place has taken a deep burden off our accounting staff as well as our volunteer group leaders.

Cons: The software works well even with some navigational aspects being a bit out of place. I am a huge software person so been on a lot of platforms. One Church's functionalities are great. I would just love to see more data sharing across modules to make the experience more seamless and the navigation to become more simple.

Pros: Ease of use , easy to navigate , makes managing the church an ease . We have unpacked all the features but looking forward to all it has

Cons: Some of the navigating can be time consuming as you have to constantly go back to the main page when trying to add multiple entries

Pros: Our favorite features are an easy to use system that our congregants can use for accepting donations to the church. We also really enjoy the ability to creat event pages the spread information to our congregation. The system is very easy to learn and easy to teach to older congregants who may struggle with technology.

Cons: We do not understand why the software should require an additional fee for the ability to customize the mobile app. We have not utilized this feature because of budget reasons and would really like this feature to be included in the product as standard, not an additional tier fee. The majority of congregants primarily use their phones to do anything with the church, and though the basic app has it's benefits, we dont' know what we are missing out on because we are stuck behind a pay wall our board will not agree to proceed with.

Pros: We have come to love the customizability of the software. We can get to some intricate details when it comes to reports and automations. Connections is one of my favorite features. It allows me to customize the type of information we make about an individual and connect them with the appropriate ministry head.

Cons: With the customizability comes a good bit of time and work. The staff person tasked with our transition and construction of automations, forms, and reports had to go through some intricate steps to ensure the right information was being recorded and disseminated.

Pros: Easy to setup and use. Great option for small Churches with limited budgets. Takes the IT strain off the Pastor and Board.

Cons: Nothing to mention. Have not experienced any issues regarding our use of the application environments.

Pros: One Church puts best of class, highly configurable tools in one platform, while staying easy to use. I love that churches can configure groups and events to match the way they structure their ministry, that it's easy for church members and guests to access and manage their personal data, and for lay leaders and volunteers to have access to the limited data they need.

Cons: There's an opportunity to make SMS text automation more powerful. Currently, "dashboard" type reporting / metrics are weak.

Pros: When we researched church management software, we chose OneChurch. What an excellent decision! It is easy to use, comprehensive, a great value and most important has a wonderful support system. If I have a question, I can get an answer very quickly from the most courteous helpers.

Cons: It as been difficult to get regular members to use it. We haven't priortized member usage. However, our leaders use it extensively.

Pros: The Prayer Lady Ministries International LLC subscribed to One Church Software Program five years ago, and we have been extremely pleased with every aspect of this state-of-the-art service. One Church is a trusted, comprehensive all-in-one software solution platform that interacts with every aspect of ministry. We have not yet used all of the features but as the ministry grows, we will upgrade our plan.

Cons: The Prayer Lady Ministries International loves every aspect of One Church. There is nothing we don't like about One Church.

Pros: One Church is very user-friendly, and the tech support is great! The customer service personnel assigned to our church have been extremely helpful and timely in their responses to our questions and requests.

Cons: We run multiple systems within our different ministries at the church, but would prefer having one system that does most everything we need. We would love to have something comparable to Planning Center's "Music Stand."

Pros: I love having access to all angles of our church office needs in one program. Its a great place for our members to request information about their contributions, create small groups to congregate and quick way to connect with new members and visitors. On the office side, it's also where we reconcile our finances and it's a great way to keep track of expenses and funds coming in,plus every committee's budget. It's easy to organize or create forms to share within the congregation and keep track of the sign ups. I love that it gives me one platform to navigate all these angles on.

Cons: At times I lose a lot of time figuring out where payments are during reconciliation, only to find out that a glitch has caused the error. The team is always helpful recitifying those type of errors, so I appreciate that support.

Pros: The support is amazing. I have never worked with such a responsive organization. I can usually get my questions resolved same day, and have the option for virtual trainings.

Cons: It would be nice to have a pricing plan for an organization like mine. The ratio of members to actual participants is difficult. Since many people come randomly, and we are just starting to build our community.

Pros: One Church, for me, is highly intuitive. It works like I, a seasoned church administrator, want a ChMS to work. After the initial training session, I played around with it, made a few mistakes, and was off and running. I was able to have my church online within days of our data import. I really appreciated the price as well! I feel like this is the best bang for the buck I've seen in a ChMS. I've used other church management tools, and One Church is the one I recommend to my peers.

Cons: The data import was a little rough. I didn't realize until it was too late that not all of the important dates were transferred over, such as baptism dates and confirmation dates. The report builder took some time to learn, but once I figured it out, it works well. So far, after 3 months, those are the only two issues.

Pros: We began using One Church because we wanted one platform for different areas of church management. We wanted database, communication, giving, accounting, and reporting all in one place. The different modules are straight forward and easy to learn. We particularly like the reporting and accounting modules. They help us keep things simple and effective. The monthly fee is reasonable within the industry and for what you get, it is a bargain! We are pleased with One Church and look forward to utilizing it for a long time.

Cons: The email client could use more development. At times it feels a tad clunky and "old." But all things considered that is a very small thing.

Pros: The One Church platform is very intuitive and packed with a bunch of amazing features and customizable options. My ministry evaluated over 25 different platforms to handle our donors, events, and members. We choose One Church due to how customizability, support for multiple merchant accounts, and incredible support team! Our team of over 50 plus people was able to learn the platform fairly quickly and are loving it so far.

Cons: No outstanding cons. The platform is intuitive and the team behind One Church is constantly improve the platform and innovating! When there is the occasional bug or issue we run into, the One Church team is constantly on top of it. I've had situations where I'll have reported a small bug and then the next morning I'll login and they have already fixed the issue.

Pros: Comprehensive church management system, excellent mobile app, detailed user/admin permissions, great integration between the mobile app and the browser, amazingly responsive customer support.

Cons: The worship planning feature hasn't reached the industry standard set by Planning Center yet. It would also be great if the volunteer/serving module was geared toward volunteers for things other than just worship services (ex. Youth Group events, holiday events, etc.).

Pros: The support team's quick reply during setup was fantastic!

Cons: Can't really think of anything yet. I really appreciate the support team who has answered my questions promptly.

Pros: I like the ease of use and ability to bring most of our church operations into one app. OneChurch is so deeply integrated into every area of our church that it would be difficult to overstate it. Some of the areas we use OneChurch: 1. Check in/out for kids ministry2. Individual/ family profiles of members and attenders 3. Events (integrated with our website)4. Online giving (integrated with our website)5. First time guest onboarding through online connect card and automated email. 6. Attendance metrics for all ministries7. Bible study communications and discussion8. Volunteer scheduling and reminders9. All emails- including rich text and graphic layouts10. Online payments for events11. Membership and baptism processes/ automations12. Church app (Free version that comes with subscription)

Cons: I cannot think of anything that I like the least. Some people can feel overwhelmed at the amount of ways to do different tasks. The amazing customer service has helped many of our staff members navigate some of the finer points of learning the system.

Pros: We love this software. Our primary concern was efficient and reliable Accounting and One Church delivers that and much more. This product is very user friendly and the help chat feature is perfect for all the little questions that crop up. The help team always responds quickly. One Church really shines in its clean and easy to navigate user interface. The Contacts, Contributions, Forms, and Automation modules are very useful. We also utilize the Event Calendar, Mobile App, and Donation Processing as features to benefit our church congregation. We also use the Sermons module as a plug-in for our church's website. Our integration experience was seamless with the One Church staff handled our onboarding. Also, they have extensive training/help articles and videos to assist you with any new feature you want to tackle.

Cons: The only additional feature that we have ever wished for was a way for members of volunteer groups to view the full volunteer schedule and maybe contact each other, especially within the mobile app.

Pros: This software is easy to use. I can keep track of our giving for the church and individual tracking. I also use it to manage groups within our church. It has made my job easier.

Cons: Easy to use. Many features to meet the needs of our church and individual needs. The part I like least is the search because there seem to be more steps and criteria before you can do a search.

Pros: We love the Mobile App customization, and people directory. Our staff have really benefited from having all our information in one central location that is easy to access. The ability to have all our Online Giving, Forms, Financials, Background checks, membership roles, fellowship groups, ministry teams, kids classes, and mobile app in one system is incredible.

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve, but it is worth the effort.

Pros: The online giving platform integrated with the rest of the program makes my life as bookkeeper much simpler. I also LOVE the outstanding customer service and that I can suggest features to be included in the future.

Cons: I have been told by several accountants that the accounting feature is lacking. We are not able to process payroll through One Church yet. We also aren't able to print our checks from this system because they are 3 part checks.

Pros: It is very flexibility and easy to use to every churches.

Cons: it is very easy to extendable and customize.
