Anedot

Pros: Flexibility - you can make a lot of donor forms.

Cons: Documentation is just plain wrong much of the time. The UI can be unbearable. And customer service doesn't know how to do anything except cut and paste the faulty documentation. A miserable experience all around, and you pay extra for it!

Pros: Keeps up with my Donations and gives me a convenient way to collect funding.

Cons: The difficulty of technically attaching "action buttons" and/or "links" to outside social media, sites, etc.

Pros: Seamless and less expensive than other programs I looked at.

Cons: It could be raised to post on social media.

Pros: Very easy to use software, that donors find easy to use as well. If there is any question Anedot support is back to you in a reasonable amount of time ... but I've only had to contact them once in the two years we've been using this. The cost is comparable to PayPay that we were using, and Anedot accepts PayPal payments as well.

Cons: The donors create their own login, but I wish I had a way (or have not found) to create an address database for doing postal mailings. We have this set up in separate software which can seem redundant.

Pros: Great interface for the web donation page. Easy to build or modify. Makes recurring donations easy. Inexpensive for non-profits.

Cons: Have not figured out how to thank donor directly from the donation email, but probably my fault.

Pros: The ease of use and customer service is unsurpassed! Even our low tech people are very pleased with how user friendly it is.

Cons: I can't think of a negative with this software

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. I don't have any complaints.

Pros: I love the clean look and design for campaign fundraisers.

Cons: I would like to have a QR code generator built in to the app.

Pros: Great customer service, easy to set up and add admins and users. You can control multiple accounts from one login. Makes it easy since you only have to set up one user account and then Anedot knows you have worked with them before when you set up another client.

Cons: Can't think of any cons, there are a lot of competitors that advertise more than Anedot, I would say finding them was the difficult part. I looked at other donation sites and found all the companies providing this service then compared their costs. I was pleased to find Anedot also had great service.

Pros: This program makes it very easy to report donations. If there were a way to insert spending into the application, then campaigns would be saved so much time with one large report rather than having to consolidate.

Cons: I do not like the mobile version of this application. It is not user-friendly and there are not many options.

Pros: Firstly, the leadership and customer support team are top notch. They are a phone call or a text away whenever you run into an urgent issue. They have been willing to make adjustments on their end to get the product to do what we needed it to. They take feature suggestions seriously and are continually rolling out new, useful updates. Their backend is extremely well-designed and intuitive and packed with features if you dig deeper. The forms are extremely low-friction for users, presenting the fields prominently and beautifully. Tools to manage gift multipliers, recurring gifts and abandoned shopping carts are well-designed.

Cons: Anedot is not a full CRM solution. Larger orgs will want to use a CRM to manage their file. However for smaller churches and non-profits, I believe Anedot and something like Mailchimp would be all you need to run your online fundraising & generate necessary reports on progress. Exporting reports from Anedot is very straightforward - again, the reports are generated on a per-transaction basis - I haven't found a way to export activity (donation history) for a specific user. However for a smaller org that's not a real problem - You can export the transaction history and then play with the CSV in Excel to get more specific answers. This isn't really a con. Few (reasonably priced) donation platforms offer a solid built-in CRM. You're not signing up with Anedot for a CRM - you're signing up with them because they have great forms that convert well, action pages (think petitions), competitive processing fees & absolutely stellar support.

Pros: Anedot is super simple to customize and set up different campaigns. They offer a nonprofit rate and the option for the donor to cover the fees which is a huge win in the nonprofit world!

Cons: Only negative is that it is another login that donors have to know if they'd like to change/update their reoccurring donations.

Pros: The easy way to set campaigns for deployment on the website, through social media or via text messages was simple, yet the features are far superior to those offered by other options for collection of donations or contributions.

Cons: I have not yet had any issues with the product. The length of time that it took between submitting the application and having this activated, initially seemed to take a while, however given the authentication that is taking place, the few days it took didn't actually seem too long after all.

Pros: Easy to use and the professionalism of every single person I have talked with. Always ready to help and solve problem.

Cons: I like everything, so far I have nothing to complain.

Pros: I used Anedot during my recent campaign and found it to be most useful and user friendly. It was cost effective and gave timely and accurate deposits. Your platform and system is worth using for all kinds of donations and the excellent enhancements and features you described below will only make it better. I recommend Anedot for anyone wanting a good and secure online donation platform.

Cons: Compared to other systems, Anedot is superior and performs very well.

Pros: Customer service—I like the fact when I called customer service I talked to a real person. I called again. Talked to the same person so I didn’t have to explain all over again.

Cons: Nothing yet! I just recently started using Anedot.

Pros: The ability to have multiple funds, unlimited donors, automatic receipting, recurring donations.. Every one of this company's listed benefits are amazing, for no monthly or yearly subscription fee. Couple that with their amazing Privacy statement, and Customer Service that is ready to help you whenever needed, and willing to customize things for your use. That is a company in a class of themselves.

Cons: I feel like if there were any cons with this software, by the time I would finish typing this review, They would be fixed. My experience is that they just care that much.

Pros: On line giving is easy to use as we link from our website. Like option for giver to pay fees if they wish.

Cons: As far as least, there is nothing to note.

Pros: I am always notified by an email when we have a donation, so I do not have to continually check our account. It is always accurate and timely.

Cons: There's really nothing I dislike about Anedot.

Pros: The most incredible feature about this software, in my opinion, is the landing page builder. This makes setting up a donation page insanely quick with a solid amount of customization. The builder also allows you to setup subscription based donations in a matter of seconds without needing to navigate around large developer documentation.

Cons: As a developer, I was severely disappointed with the poor developer documentation along with their lack-luster API. I was attempting to setup a custom donation form on a website that would communicate with the Anedot API to create donations, but ran into too many roadblocks before I ultimately took another route. I ended up having to resort to redirecting to the landing page I built in the Anedot software.

Pros: the text to donate option. Love the fact that my donors only have to send a sime text

Pros: Clear communication, seamless, very responsive, no hidden fees.

Cons: None really. If they wanted to do it for free that would be awesome but not really a great business model.
