We needed to bring all of our ChMS solutions into one suite (over the years we somehow were using pieces of 4! platforms), so we seriously considered Sunergo as it was a very capable contender. In the end we chose another platform--the deciding factors were our preference for a slightly simpler database interface, a lower cost, and a phone app included in the suite. However, we were very impressed with the completeness of Sunergo's offering--they were our second pick. And kudos to them: Their tech support helped us make that transition as easy as possible.
Pros: We used Sunergo for years, started long before the whole suite of features were introduced. It has always been a very capable database--if anything, maybe a bit too complicated. Customer service was great. The suite is far more robust than we knew. I love that they're based in Canada.
Cons: For some, this is a strength, but for us, the depth of information and the customization in searches was too much. The default wasn't simple. I have really nothing else negative to say about the platform even though we don't use it any longer. In all fairness, we were underutilizing the platform.

I am very pleased with how this system manages the day-to-day church tasks including giving.
Pros: Everything is contained in one place for church management.
Cons: More users should have full training available included in the cost.

We're very happy with Sunergo.
Pros: Overall, the software serves us well, but the feature we appreciate the most is the excellent customer service that we receive.
Cons: Every software needs improvement. Two small things that come to mind with Sunergo is the newsletter feature could use improvement (although it works just fine) and the integration between event registrations and payments could be better.

Excellent. The support we receive is probably the best customer service we have ever experienced. The team at Sunergo gets back almost immediately and are extremely friendly and supportive. They also ask us for feedback which we really like, because we are using their product a lot and sometimes there are things that they can do that make it easier for us. Many times they have been able to accommodate us and we have really appreciated that! Great company, good ethics and fantastic support. Would. highly recommend. Oh, almost forgot....they are Canadian!
