Pros: The ease of getting online donations, how it works with multiple platforms, and Tithe.ly's low fees.

Cons: Transferring info to our accounting software has been challenging to figure out. Hopefully, this can become easier.

Pros: All in one app and you are adding more and more features and benefits all the time. We are so glad we invested in Tithe.ly

Cons: Programming is challenging but help is always available. The Church App is up and running. building the Website had it challenges too but little by little, we are adding more and more to our communication for our people.

Pros: The ease of signing up and speaking with account executive, [sensitive content hidden] ! Also, the number of features available and most importantly what Tithe.ly has done for our church giving. We have seen a great increase in overall giving.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. We are currently happy with the service and outcome with working together and the growth we have seen.

Pros: Once set up it worked. That is it. The web site was not down when I went to it. That is a plus. That is it.

Cons: I am a donor, and tried to cancel my reoccurring payment. Support from Tithe.ly is non-existent. There is no Customer support number, and when I opened a chat, I waited 2 hours and when no one came to help me I gave up.

Pros: Considering that I am not ten percent smarter than the equipment and apps that I am using, the folks at Tithe.ly have been very helpful in their assistance in building the web site and setting up the Giving function. Could not ask for better service. Thank You all for your help.

Cons: Had problems understanding how to make up the menus, but after some thought and trials I got most of the issues solved without bothering the folks at Tithe.ly.

Pros: We love the fact that it is a one-stop-shop. Getting to have our website, giving, and church management software all linked together makes our job so much easier!

Cons: Our bookkeeper has had a difficult time with receipting and the giving side of things. Main thing has been getting our logo to properly appear on our tax receipts.

Pros: We migrated our church website from Wordpress to Tithely and couldn't be happier. Their website builder is SO user friendly and easy to make look clean and professional. Their customer service is also excellent. They're always very responsive.

Cons: Inserting images into the posts is a bit tricky and not intuitive. Hopefully they will update that process eventually.

Pros: I have gleaned more insight and informative ideas from the Tithely newsletter after subscribing to the website. I am so thankful we moved to a more affordable and easily accessed program.

Pros: Tithe.ly has made my life and ministry much easier. I switched to their website because of the cost, hard to beat $19/m. However, the integration of the online giving and the website is awesome. Any interaction I have had with customer service has been fantastic.

Cons: I wish there were a few more features available for the entry-level tier of the website. The current value is great; however, some of the extra tools are really neat, but my church doesn't have the budget for that. Some things are a little limited, but for my purpose, with a small church, it is truly hard to complain.

Pros: I like how everything is here in one application and the payment processing and donor management is easy to understand. The membership management is also very nice in how everyone has a profile where we can add notes such as allergies or whatever. The new check-in and forms features of Breeze has been phenomenal.

Cons: While I love everything is here in one application, the navigation can be tough to understand and train people on who are not actively using the software on a daily basis. I know we are about to upgrade to the new Lithely 3.0 which has a new user interface and from images and videos it looks like that will be much easier to understand.

Pros: Sites was easy to understand and quick to set up. Customer support was both responsive and key to understand how to start it from scratch. It is a must for a busy pastor who needs the splash and feasibility of an attractive but user-friendly site.

Cons: The background checks still need some work to make it more intuitive to the user. The recent integration with MinistrySafe, in this regard, is still being perfected.

Pros: The $19 cost per month to build a church website with the requirement to be part of the GIVE program is absolutely fantastic. The website tools are easy to use and there are many more programs available for church to add on and increase utility. The customer service level is the best I've ever experience with quick responses, well thought out answers and clear article references specific to your question.

Cons: In competition with giving, Tithely requires a charge for processing any giving amount from website, app. or QR code giving compare to our PayPal account that is also an option for our congregation. I have no other challenges with Tithely.

Pros: I love tithely for many reasons! It is very easy to use. Not just for me, but for other staff members and our members who want to use it! It is definitely cost effective! You get a lot of capabilities for a low price! It just makes my job so much easier! If i cant figure something out the customer service is top not and get back to me in a very timely manner! I am extremely happy with tithely.

Cons: There is not really anything i dont like about tithely. At least i have not found anything yet. We have only been with them for a couple years and for my church we have slowly been digging i!

Pros: I love how easily Tithe.ly integrates with our ministries' needs - offering a large array of features. We were able to consolidate many software programs into one, eliminating the need for multiple subscriptions.

Cons: Tithe.ly's sites feature, while easy to use, isn't as customizable as I hoped it would be. I would like the ability to use my own HTML and CSS on my site, but understand this isn't the target audience for the product.

Pros: The Pros about Tithe.ly are the ease of use and format. The Customer support is always friendly, helpful, informative & ready to assist.

Pros: Good church management software. It's nice to be able to manage people, events, and the website in one service, and it's intuitive to use.

Cons: There can be a lot up front. The website can be large and I can get lost with all the small and tiny features. There're also a few tiny UI things I would improve like navigating between events when adding volunteers.

Pros: All else aside, Tithely is the best giving platform out there for churches. In addition, they include a feature set that is hard to beat. Price is doable for all size churches. The features are immense (pretty much has all you will need). The app and website are easy to create and are attractive to the eye. 2-way messaging is great!

Cons: Over the years it seems tithely has partnered up with other companies to increase their feature set. Great! What is not so great? Some are still only 1 way integrated, or not integrated at all. At some point ministries need all these features accessible from a singular ecosystem of person data.

Pros: Ease of use and the lay out of the program. Its a simple and effective way do business for the ministry.

Cons: The time it takes to deposit funds into the bank. It would seem like it could be done quicker.
