Pros: I love how easy it is to use and the customer experience it provides for my customers! The scheduling is simple and sleek and the worker app is amazing.
Cons: There are some bugs here and there which I’ve experienced with every other CRM I’ve used, but Fieldd has been very quick to fix or troubleshoot. Any issues I have.

My experience has been great so far. We have had no issues, and the customer service has been great and easy to contact.
Pros: I liked how easy Fieldd is to use and how the automations that are not only built in but also the customized ones are drag and drop.
Cons: There wasn't really anything I didn't like about the software. It is pretty much as all in one for growing your business.

Pros: Overall the application is very easy to navigate and use. Changes happen in real time and it is overall much easier to navigate than my previous CRM
Cons: Was confusing at first, but after a little time sitting with it it got easier to use. Once it understood it everything was pretty intuitive.

Pros: How easy it all is. It's truly a super easy app to use and everything flows well. It's great. I'm glad I use them.
Cons: Customization limits, and the price for what I'm given. Also, the fact that there's no app for fieldd owners/managers, I should be able to have an app.

Pros: - everything is included - way more feautures than most CRM tools - excellent online booking platform
Cons: - price maybe, but you pay what you get for so..... - so far havent experienced any noticable cons especially coming from Jobber, it does a whole lot more

Excellent overall I really don’t have complaints and I love that they give us a heads up before any updates
Pros: Customer service is very responsive I can’t be any happier with the amount of time that has went back into my business with having field as my booking site
Cons: Nothing really the only downfall is that they don’t really cater to shop owners when it comes to window tinting. However the interface is very nice so it outweighs the “con”

I am satisfied at the moment with Fieldd. i understand they are growing and there are some quirks I need to work around and the service has been great.
Pros: Ease of use Great communication and response Customer facing features of positively received Customer can see my progress on the way to their location Carfax reporting included
Cons: Can't discount gift cars for holiday sales. No Admin mobile app or Limited control on phone No Tap to Pay feature (but it maybe coming son)

Super impressed by the CRM professional layout easy to navigate easy to set up custom service services, simple calendar. You can see all your jobs and staff on one page.
Pros: Ease of of use and powerful capabilities, custom service areas, easy scheduling for clients powerful marketing
Cons: I didn’t really find anything. I think the CRM is well put together very user-friendly. Kind of hard to find anything lease likely about it.

My overall experience has been wonderful! The CRM is much more than I anticipated and I can’t wait to see the impression it makes as far as repeat customers are concerned!
Pros: I love how user friendly it is and how professional it makes my business look to clients and workers.
Cons: I didn’t want to spend $199/mo. However, after experiencing all of the features it is WELL WORTH IT!

Pros: There is a plethora of features, and this will not only be better than our current system, but will help us grow
Cons: A bit of a learning curve to get set up, but that's normal. The only real nuance is that support takes a bit longer than our previous tech, but its a larger company, so it's understandable.

My overall experience with field has been a 10 out of 10 their customer service their software, and they usability of the software
Pros: What I liked most about field was the customer service and how easy it was to use. I have only been using it for about 24 hours and I feel like I’m already getting the hang of it.
Cons: I don’t see many cons just because I have just started with the program, but I doubt that I will dislike anything about it

Pros: The customer service and UI are amazing, definitely raising the standard for all CRMs in the service business industry
Cons: The initial implementation and configuration can be somewhat overwhelming, due to the many options and features available. Customization, while powerful, can be non-intuitive in certain areas (i.e. figuring out which switch to flip to get a desired workflow).

Fieldd has been a big help for our business. It did take some time to learn, but now everything runs way more smoothly. Scheduling and managing jobs is simple, and it saves us a ton of time. The support team has been super friendly and quick to help.
Pros: The onboarding process was really smooth, and the team made sure we felt supported from the start. Once inside, the platform has so many features that make managing our business easier, from scheduling to communication, and it keeps everything in one place.
Cons: At first, it felt like a lot to take in because there are so many tools and options to learn. It took some time to figure out where everything was and how to set it up properly. But once we got the hang of it, it became much easier to use and worth the effort.

I highly recommend anyone who needs a 1 stop shop kind of CRM to go with Fieldd not only is the team insanely helpful! They build this platform around making things easier for businesses owners and other entrepreneurs who are tired of opening 5 different apps to make sure there business is running smoothly this has truly been a massive quality of life change for me and my business!
Pros: How well versed it is in all the categories needed for a successful business it really is a one stop shop.
Cons: Only thing can remotely complain about is pricing but I can’t even complain for that I was paying the same at jobber for the top of the line plan and fieldd is costing me the same for the entry level plan but provides double what jibber offered and is tailored way more to my line of work!!
