Invoice Fly

Pros: The convenience and the user friendliness of the app. I love that its attached to strip. And i absolutely love the AI quote generator

Cons: I wish that the app was free or a little cheaper. Also i wish that i could set my inviice up to require a downpayment.

Pros: easy invoicing. I can send quotes to clients and Although I have not tried the payment processing yet but I'm sure it would be easy to use.

Cons: Although I haven't tried the payment processing, there's only one two options for and I wish there were more options from the app.

Pros: It’s great because you write everything down and they do the estimates which is good because you don’t have to be writing anything else just make sure everything is in there

Cons: I don’t like most is the price of materials that they write for you it’s not enough, not at this moment

Pros: Fácil de usar y supercompleto,es una aplicación donde encuentras todas las herramientas necesarias para describir cada paso de las actividades a realizar antes y después de un proyecto ,,,increíble.

Cons: No tengo nada negativo al respecto,llevo poco tiempo usándola pero hasta el momento no tengo nada negativo q agregar todo lo que he buscado para la descripción y detallamiento de proyecto lo he encontrado en esta aplicacion

Pros: The simplicity of invoice fly, just how easy the app is to use . Very happy with my experience with invoice fly.

Cons: I really dont have anything negative about invoice fly. Its been just an overall great experience. Lots of other apps have alot to the page or the setup, sometimes simple is best and invoice fly is simply that. Simple and easy.

Pros: Love the layout , the AI is great , payment reminders is a good idea so I don’t have to remember to do them all in all good platform

Cons: Would be good if in the descriptions of work items we can add more than 1400 letters in our case it limits our descriptions and detail of our scope of work to our clients

Pros: The app is user-friendly. It is very easy to generate invoices.

Cons: I am unable to generate down-payment invoices with a balance due option. I jave to generate the 50% payment invoice then manually go back and edit the invoice once the full payment has been received.

Pros: This app allows me to focus on my business and generating new business. It’s easy to use and keeps me organized with little effort

Cons: I wish it didn’t automatically save the job line items but rather face you the option to save. When adding the line item it is automatically on save and I have to remember to turn it off.

Pros: It's easy to use there is an option to remember all previous items in material lines so everything is memorized. I am able to go ahead and turn a estimate right into an invoice. It keeps track of everything for me and keeps it very organized and it's perfect. It's cost efficient. I can pay by the month by the week or by the year I choose to pay weekly is very convenient and easy to use. I love it very much

Cons: Nothing at all. It is very easy to use. I've been through several different apps and this one has been the easiest to use the most cost efficient and I love it

Pros: I love it, its a great app. I love the invoice feature and i how it organizes my estimates i strongly suggest this app!

Cons: Everything works perfect i have no conplaints whats so ever about the app. Give a 10/10 if that is possible

Cons: It’s good for simple invoicing, but if your business grows or needs more detailed reports, the app can feel a bit limited. Also, sometimes the sync takes longer than expected.”

Pros: The simplicity of the design and the ability to execute invoices and estimates very quickly and accurately.

Cons: I have not experienced any distasteful things about this app. The AI generated estimates have been extremely accurate and helpful.

Pros: Data saving which can be recalled at any time, I generate the invoice from my end my accountant gets to see it from there own end still logged into the same account

Cons: I really love everything about the app, ranging from the themes and templates, colors to choose from.

Pros: Ease of use, customization, presentation. Its really easy to fill out the customer information and write line item descriptions. The template options are solid. The style of the estimate nails the traditional, simple, easy to read estimate.

Cons: No spell check has to be the biggest con of Invoice Fly. This should be standard. The customer signature needs to be reworked. There needs to be a line for the customer to sign on a PDF. Ideally, next to the estimator signature. 'Request a signature' feature is nice but it literally asks the customer for signature before they can review that estimate, similar to the 'request approval' feature, nice, but the pop up at the opening of the estimate almost guarantees a decline. Also, the inability to write things like SQ. Ft. In the quantity section. Not all quantities are pieces, hours, or days. Eg. Sq. Ft., Inch, Cubic Ft., Pounds, Gallons, Tons. Lastly, no cover page option and no abilty to add pictures inside the line item description.

Pros: Honestly the way you can manage everything, it is very simple and not only that it provides you with very useful tools. Invoice and estimate. Works just fine with me since I am a landscaper/outdoor contractor. I highly recommend this app if you don’t wanna make your life harder.

Cons: I’m not sure yet to be honest since it has been a great tool. I think they should have an advance settings for us companies to look more professional. But I could be wrong I only used it for simple things

Pros: Easy to write invoices. Service Items can be moved and reorganized. Has the ability to add photos and client signatures. Easy basic interface. Has all the features you need to run a small business.

Cons: CANNOT edit or add any services notes or do anything after a client signs. The signature will be removed. This means if you are a technician and you need time to write your service notes to add to the invoice and can’t make your client wait before signing, this is not an option. Unfortunately, you will need QuickBooks as they allow this.

Pros: how quick it is and how professional the invoice and estimates look, all my clients love the upgrade

Cons: nothing i love it, i was paying way more to get paper invoice printing and i went from paying $800 a year for printed invoices to $100 a year with invoice fly

Pros: Super easy to navigate this app is so user friendly. The designers did a really good job at creating this, it just makes sense!

Cons: Needs a way to send a group type SMS txt Message bit appears individually on customer end with business signature at the bottom similar to a NO REPLY message.

Pros: Keeps me on track with all of my inventory. Also keeps track of my customers. This is the best thing for a small business

Cons: Love everything so far. I have no complaints, but its only been four months. I will give another review after 6 months

Pros: This make keeping up and making invoices a breeze. I love the easy of it, and the balance tracking is the best way know your profit.

Cons: I have no complaints with this app, it is great, I would recommend it to any small business owner to use.
