As expected, the start has been slow with the inputs, connecting bank information, and beginning steps, but once everything is added, this is a wonderful system. I wish I'd known about Continue to Give before spending over a thousand dollars on a system that only two people used. This is the best investment we've made for a church management system.
Pros: I love that what I need to manage our church's financial books is all in one place. I also like that I can add people to help manage. The price is saving the church over $1,000. Our old product was costing over $100 a month. There's no additional fee for the "how-to" videos, and a dedicated person is always available for a chat or video conference. Another pro is that each time you log in, you are asked to confirm your identity. At first, this was a bit annoying, but I realized that it is a way to secure our information.
Cons: What I don't like is that you have to choose to continue to dismiss the help screen or choose not now when first opening the page. Be careful when exporting information, because when you add it back, the changes are actually applied on import, causing the system to believe you added them instead of changing them. It was challenging figuring out how to add the children to the adult donor, but I was able to figure out how to add them.

Continue to Give has been a great asset for me as I serve. I don't have to worry about the hassle of checking in with monthly donors about sending a check or other payment. It gives me a good picture of where my monthly donations are at and sends me emails with any notifications so I don't have to be checking my account constantly.
Pros: It's simplicity. I don't use many of the features, but for what I use it for it works really well. It works very well for having friends and family contribute monthly.
Cons: I don't have anything major, partially because I don't use many of the features. The website itself is sometimes a little confusing to navigate, particularly with how some of the categories are named.

Our experience with Continue to Give has been wonderful and life-changing for our organization. Can't imagine how we would keep things running without them!
Pros: Very user friendly. Love that we can cover all of our needs with one integrated software program!
Cons: Zero complaints. Any minor issues that have surfaced have been quickly addressed and easily resolved.

Great service and user experience for first time users
Pros: What I love most is that when I needed some additional assistance getting familiar with the system, the staff was helpful. [sensitive content hidden] prayed with me and was great at explaining everything!

As a small nonprofit group, we went through many demos before choosing our donor management system. Continue to give felt a lot simpler and you don’t have to opt for all the features at once. You can start with the basic and add things as you see the need. [sensitive content hidden] is such a big help to us. She is there to answer any questions and help figure out as you go.
Pros: Easy to use and quick reply back if you need help.
Cons: So many features! Need time to get through them all.

It is beneficial and satisfactory. It provides a direct method for fundraising and helps one gain the knowledge needed to raise funds for mission work.
Pros: The chance to continually learn new things, collaborate with a skilled team on challenging projects, and see the positive impact of my fundraising directly.
Cons: I love everything about Continue to Give. It is motivational and encouraging and serves as a great resource for fundraising.

I believe we have been with C2G for 5 maybe 6 years not sure, and since the beginning of our relationship it has been wonderful. They have paid attention to our needs and met them. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect a software company do. We are so very please with them, and have spread their name through out all our church community.
Pros: Quick tutorials, user friendly, economically sound! The customer service is top notch. They always come through quickly. They communicate on my level not a tech savoy level. We use the whole "kit n kaboodle". Accounting, Back office, mass text / email, child check in, membership records..... they have everything...
Cons: I honestly cannot find a con so far. We have been with them for several years, and they always come through, even if I find a "bug" (only once in several years) they fix it immediately.

Pros: Continue to Give customer service is phenomenal! They always try to accomodate our requested software changes. They are very quick about getting back to us. The software is easy to use and adaptable to our many different ministry needs. The ability to use QR codes, texting to give via a link, website donor buttons, etc., all make giving convenient for our donors. Their management system is great for donor, volunteer and camper event communication. That is one of our favorite features. The texting ability alone is worth the software. We appreciate the all in one software approach so we don't have to have multiple applications to take donations, track donors, communicate with them, setup events, take payments for them, and report to our parent organization.
Cons: The tagging process takes some practice and time, but in the end works very well for our communication and event needs.

Continue to Give is a breath of fresh air for nonprofits like us who love Jesus! It costs a lot less than our previous company and our values are aligned. Thank you!
Pros: I love that it is faith based and the staff lives Jesus. Plus they offer so many features for so much less than we were paying elsewhere.
Cons: It was confusing for me to understand that there were 2possible subscriptions - the online giving platform and the donor management option.

Pros: This is the most custom centric company I've ever worked with. The team is amazingly attentive and over the top customer service.

Our experience has been great! They even called me to make sure that I was able to print out our end of the year donation receipts? I was pleasantly surprised by that.
Pros: I like the ease of getting all of our donor information in one place. It was also very easy to set up our donation page that we use with our website and with QR codes on our brochures. It was also very easy to print out donation receipts and I love how we can add check donations too! Awesome!
Cons: The only negative that I have is that it was a little difficult for me (an analog type of guy) to get things set up. Fortunately, all I needed to do was to call in and they helped me fix everything.

It has been easy to navigate. Staff reached out to offer training and when I reached out with an issue I was unfamiliar with, they handled it for me.
Pros: The staff at Continue to Give are very helpful.
Cons: The only issue we have had was with a donation that was not showing posted, but the dynamic staff was quick to correct the issue once they were aware. No complaints!

Overall the best software, customer service.
Pros: Multifeatured software, outstanding customer service including zoom meetings with in-house experts when needed, inexpensive advanced functions.
Cons: Perhaps this doesn't apply to others, but I found it difficult to learn the software.
