I love using this software and I think i am keeping it for permanent use for my company. I would recommend this for any small business.
Pros: Value for the money is excellent, invoicing is absolutely tremendous, Customer Service is a plus to make this an amazing asset.
Cons: Ease of installation isn't very easy. It took a good day to set up but customer service was extremely help.

Cacheflow has been a solid addition to our operations. It’s significantly reduced manual admin work, improved visibility on our financial processes, and allowed our team to collaborate more efficiently. While there’s room for growth in reporting and analytics, the core functionality delivers exactly what we need.
Pros: The platform makes managing financial workflows and approvals incredibly smooth. The UI is intuitive, onboarding is straightforward, and the automation features save a huge amount of time. The integration options make it easy to connect with our existing tools without extra hassle.
Cons: Some reporting features feel a little limited — more customization in analytics and dashboards would make it even better. Also, occasional delays in data syncing can be inconvenient when working on tight deadlines.

You get complete access to all of your subscriptions with Cacheflow, including past invoices that are past due for payment and customers' upcoming invoices. which, to be honest, makes it simple for me to monitor each customer's payment history. Furthermore, it enables you to modify the main contract to accept any upsells that occur during the subscription period. (This helps me save time.) Excellent, and I've already suggested this product multiple times.
Pros: Advantages Cacheflow allows you complete access to all of your subscribers, including past invoices that are past due for payment and customers' upcoming invoices. which, to be honest, makes it simple for me to monitor each customer's payment history. Furthermore, it enables you to modify the main contract to accept any upsells that occur during the subscription period. (This helps me save time.)
Cons: Drawbacks To be honest, I think there is occasionally a slight delay when drafting a new contract. (Once more, I'm not sure if that's a problem or just my poor Internet.)

Anonymous User · Manager, Customer Success · Telecommunications · July 30, 2024
Pros: The interface is extremely intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation simple. The proposals feature is particularly valuable, as it integrates Order Forms directly into the tool, eliminating the need for a separate deals desk application.
Cons: It would be beneficial if the tool could automatically adjust payments for different billing terms such as yearly, monthly, and quarterly, as this is currently a manual process. Additionally, it would be ideal if all proposals for a customer were consolidated within the subscriptions section.

Pros: It was very easy to set up Cacheflow with enough customization options. The ready-made template provided for building the proposal helped us a lot by reducing the amount of time AEs spent on sales proposals. Another benefit is visibility on where the proposal is in the sales cycle. Users can work on reference proposals for initial sales calls, and once the deal is in the advanced stages, you get know through notifications if the prospect viewed the proposal or if it has been signed or not. Built-in e-signature also helps a lot to reduce the overall time taken to get the deal signed. Overall I felt it is very easy to use the tool even for new team members.
Cons: Overall we never faced a major issue or outage with Cascheflow. It solves the needs of SMB organizations

Denise G. · Partnerships manager · Computer Software · July 26, 2024
Pros: Cacheflow has revolutionized the way we manage our finances. Its intuitive interface and seamless integration with our existing financial systems have made it incredibly easy to use. The automation features have saved us countless hours on repetitive tasks, allowing our team to focus on more strategic initiatives. The detailed analytics and reporting tools provide clear insights into our financial health, helping us make informed decisions. Additionally, the customer support is top-notch, always responsive and ready to help.
Cons: While Cacheflow offers a wide range of features, some advanced functionalities can be a bit overwhelming at first. A more extensive library of tutorials or guided walkthroughs would be beneficial for new users to fully leverage the platform's capabilities.
Radhika S. · Customer Success Manager · Computer & Network Security · July 25, 2024
Pros: I used to manually handle invoicing, renewals, and contract processes. Cacheflow has automated these tasks, freeing up time for more valuable projects. It has also improved our quoting processes, providing confidence to both Finance and Sales leadership. The platform is now essential for managing our quotes, invoicing, and billing. Cacheflow's customer service team made the implementation seamless. I highly recommend Cacheflow to any Finance or Sales team looking to streamline processes and save time.
Cons: I think Cacheflow's pretty awesome, but I'd love to check out their product roadmap and have more flexibility in changing the contract terms. It would also be great if they could integrate with tools like Slack. And of course, they could work on making their platform faster and more reliable.
