Our experience with Daysmart Vet been great overall. It has made record keeping and scheduling much better than handwriting.
Pros: The support team are very prompt to respond and have great communication along the way. The appointment scheduling allows me to customize appointment types and block out accordingly. We are able to send out questionnaires and authorization forms to clients prior to their appointments and I love that we can include a picture in their profile. We can manage their appointments and status.
Cons: We are an end of life only clinic. When we send emails after the pet has died, clients do not like to see Fluffy Smith (DECEASED) in bold letters. We wish we could change that aspect. We are helping very emotional families after they lose their beloved companions.

its been going well with repetition i got the hang of the website and when i have a questions its easy to ask for help
Pros: How Quick their team is there to help, i have had moment before where I'm not sure how to do something its easy to go to the help desk and request help.
Cons: the amount of tabs, and the AI feature i don't really think it can understand me the same way a human can but i do like that after a while it can transfer me to a human.

Onboarding was simple, the team went out of their way to make it easy and are working hard to add the things I asked for. The team is cheerful and polite, very nice people. The program isn't perfect, no program would be for our small, weird clinic, but it's pretty close.
Pros: It's easy to find what you need, i.e. invoices, appointments, etc. The administrator can modify invoices and payments when there is a mistake (very handy when you have many new trainees) and the permissions are easy to modify and understand. The data migration went very well. All the old appointments from the old program are intact. So far, we're very pleased with the program.
Cons: The search engine is oddly specific about people's names. If there are two owners, I can't search with just one name and find it, i.e. the file says "Joe & Lisa Smith" and I can't find it with just "Joe Smith." I have to enter "Joe & Lisa."

Pros: I like the update with the enchanced view, lot easier to look up everything in the system. I also like the Favourites feature!
Cons: That would depend on how the system has been set up by management. Need more training videoes and this will help with understanding the system better.

I started with Daysmart after only being with In clinic only software. Daysmart has made my working from home so much easier.
Pros: This system is incredibly easy to learn at point of play. Customer Support has been kind and incredibly helpful any time I've had to use them! I have used both Chat and phone support. Cloud based so I can access DaySmart anywhere
Cons: Has some glitches with invoicing, Especially if two people are in the same invoice at the same time.

DaySmart software is super easy to use. DaySmart offers tutorials for all of the available settings making it even easier to understand and use.
Pros: I like the fact that DaySmart offers the option to chat with a representative right from the software.
Cons: I notice that the software often has glitches. The software also tends to lag or be delayed when performing daily tasks.

Well I love [sensitive content hidden]. And I'm so glad she got stuck with me for the implementation, it went really well, and I'd say overall, I wish I had switched to Daysmart a long time ago.
Pros: Customer service! I appreciate the prompt, humans that pop on any time we have questions. The software is really customizable, and it's been a great way to make our practice more efficient. It works with Vetcove pharmacy which means all of our online Rx are right there in the medical records making it so much easier to keep strong medical records. We are just starting wellness plans, and I think that's going to be a great feature.
Cons: I wish it would allow us to send bulk emails/texts for marketing. I also wish letters weren't sent out as a link, but that the actual letters was in the email/text. It would look better and be more readable for clients. I wish that forms and letters and attachments were built more into the snapshot, it's hard to get doctors/techs to toggle, so in the snapshot it would be great if there was a hyperlink to labwork. Sometimes it just needs to be IN THEIR FACE.

Overall pretty good just wish things were more customizable for each clinic and there was less clicking
Pros: Still enjoy the fact that help support is there whenever I need them. I message them frequently and get a response almost instantly.
Cons: Unable to edit templates to not have headings with our logo- uses a lot of ink which isn't necessary

I have had nothing but a great experience learning Daysmart Vet. It will be so helpful in my day to day. Especially as a practice owner.
Pros: How friendly and helpful each and every staff member has been. They are easy to chat with for any support. My start up veterinary hospital will run so much smoother than any I have worked in before. Any issues are resolved and broken down or a quick video showing step by step. It is easy to find patients and make appointments and add to a digital treatment board. The cost is well worth the value of the software and more. They went over all of the security features and they pride themselves as a leader in protecting all data.
Cons: The only thing I did not like was that I had to learn another type of software. But it has been so simple and they help in so many ways, chat, email, FAQs, and video library.

Its my all time favorite vet medicine software and i wished it was used everywhere. Its easy to learn. Its pretty much impossible to "get lost" while using it.
Pros: After using Cornerstone, Avimarkand and EzyVet, DaySmart is the most user friendlier software of them all. The learning curve was the easiest from all of the software's listed above. The ease to find Patients previous history, previous treatments, prescriptions used in the past, managing the inventory, communication with IDEXX labs is smooth, even if client is a frequent no show no call is easy to track. Customer service is quick and easy. With previous software's we had to wait days to resolve any issues and there was the issue that IT was in a different time zone or had heavy accents we found challenging to communicate with. Daysmart is my all time favorite and i wished it was used everywhere.
Cons: We can send text messages to clients but they can't reply to us. We have to use a separate software for live communication with clients which does not log onto Day Smart. That's disappointing. Also, not being able to separate which pet gets the discounts (since its not a one size fits all situation).

Overall I have been extremely pleased with DaySmart Vet. The support has been phenomenal any time we have had a problem.
Pros: The user ability is by far the best feature I have encountered. They are always updating features as well.
Cons: There could be more customization allowed with forms and letters. The ability to send forms at checkout automatically would be a great plus.

Excellent. Excellent patient flow, excellent customer service, excellent price and excellent integrations.
Pros: I really love the look, feel and ease of use in DaySmart vet. I have recently tried out several different PIMS and this one just feels right and flows so easily. I also do EVERYTHING from my phone and this software lets me do that perfectly. The price is comfortable for me as a single doctor practice. The online scheduling options as well as fillable forms makes scheduling my appointments for my self so easy. Today I needed customer support and they were friendly and super helpful.
Cons: I can't really think of anything off hand. I left and tried a couple of different PIMS and I had to come back to this one. Nothing else compared.

Satisfied, but would like to see more enhancements being added for general workflow with regard to veterinary charting
Pros: Customer support is very prompt. Feedback is provided, follow up is also provided and general questions addressed.
Cons: Limited features with workflow, no ability to incorporate body diagrams for marking abnormalities. Enhancements to make workflow easier are still under review such as being able to separate and identify records in two departments (boarding/veterinary) with higher search options included.

Pros: With starting a mobile clinic, I am building an entire practice. The onboarding process has been incredibly easy and painless. The technical support team has been fantastic about responding to my questions and helping me with the integrations. And the PetCare App is making it very easy to allow clients to add their animals, which decreases my administrative load. Additionally, the features included with the subscription made it so the other vet softwares couldn't even compete for the price.
Cons: The forms are easy for the clients to use, but they still require manual entry on the backend once completed.

The DaySmart staff is super helpful, the system can do a lot on it's own instead of needing multiple services.
Pros: DaySmart is is a very convenient and quick learning scheduling software. If there is something you do not know the help desk/tech support assistants are highly knowledgeable and super quick to assist you with your issues. DaySmart is constantly coming out with improvements and updates.
Cons: Some of the personalization is limited in how you can truly set up how you want your system to look. It is very basic and "ready to use" in that sense.

I've recommended the software to other mobile providers because I very much value its efficiency and lower cost than "bigger" software programs. It's been appropriate for a single-doctor practice.
Pros: As the sole DVM and owner of a busy mobile Practice, who is NOT an IT expert by any means, I wanted software that was basic and user-friendly. Navigating the system is quite easy. I love that all data is quickly automatically saved; there is no requirement to click "save" a thousand times a day. It's also very easy to block off times when I'm unavailable and if an error is made, it's a forgiving system that will allow changes to be made. Communication with clients such as sending invoices and patient forms such as consent forms is very simple and you can edit the templates that you use for these functions. I also loved the controlled drug log so that you don't have to keep track of controlled drug usage manually. All you have to do is designate a medication as controlled when you add it to your inventory.
Cons: No system is perfect, but as a more "basic" system, there are a few functions that I wish it had. As far as I can tell, there is no function to search for a certain product or word within a patient file which would be a real time saver. For example, for a pet I've seen multiple times, if I want to hone in on the discussion I had with the client about, for example, starting Gabapentin, It would super helpful to be able to search the patient's file for that search term. I also wish that there was a way to easily add vaccinations given by a prior facility to keep a record of them without building an invoice. I figured out a way to get around this by adding all the vaccines and important preventive care items to my inventory as $0 items that are specified to be "for record-keeping purposes only", but it's a roundabout way of achieving this.

Satisfied with most aspects of how it works for me and the evolution of the program continues to find helpful ways to improve my workflow
Pros: Works well for my style of work flow and easy accessible in the field and very quick responses on customer service and help questions
Cons: I wish the option of relationship for “leasing” could count as a party that could pay invoices; I have many patients. This would be the most appropriate set up, but I have to put the person as an owner to allow them to be able to pay the invoice.

We switched to DaySmart a few years ago when it was still called Vetter. The program we had before was awful, so the switch overall has been very positive. I just started using their built in AI scribe and had an issue with it, but the support team was very responsive and had the problem fixed pretty quickly.
Pros: The flow of the program is very intuitive, there are multiple ways to do just about anything, so it is very easy to learn.
Cons: Honestly, compared to the program we used before, I haven't found much to dislike. Any issues that we have had have been resolved relatively quickly by the support team

Very happy with this software and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any practice looking to go paperless.
Pros: The software is always evolving based on user feedback. My team always loves seeing the added features when an update happens. Customer support has been top-notch since day one. When I opened a second practice, I was really pleased that the software could handle multiple locations.
Cons: There are a few features that require a few extra clicks to use. I wish the weight vital was hyperlinked to quickly trend.

overall daysmart helps keep our Veterinary Practice running smoothly and in an easy to use format. The way the website works is really easy to navigate and easy for our clients to understand as well.
Pros: The option to chat with a live person to solve real time issues is something that hard to come by. The customer support is also top notch when calling. They are really kind and always eager to help.
Cons: Sometimes there are bugs every once in a while with our payment system but the customer support team is always helpful

Excellent customer service. I’ve had difficulty and many times late at night yet someone always answers and that’s very important to me within the new service.
Pros: Excellent customer support at all hours. It’s easy to use which is most important to me and provides reports that help with business tracking.
Cons: The cost is high compared to many other apps. I loved the Daisy feature but it’s much too expensive.

I would describe my overall experience with Daysmart Vet as excellent so far. I'm excited with the updates to come as well!
Pros: DaySmart vet offers fast customer service, constantly going above and beyond to fix bugs/issues and constantly offering updates and improvement.
Cons: My least favorite thing is DaySmarts medical notes can be hard to navigate through sometimes. Also finding previous migrated information can be challenging.

We just started using it and so far it’s been great. We’ve had some hiccups but sorted it out with the help of customer support.
Pros: It’s easy and the customer support is great. The setup was good. Once you start using it, you’ll see how easy it is to use.
Cons: Nothing so far. Still on our trial but it’s been smooth so far with the customer support to help you along the way.

They have the best service I have seen hands down and it always operates smoothly. They do provide updates and improvements, many that I don't get to use to their full capacity based on the unique nature of my practice (relief mostly, but also large animal ambulatory, and small animal acupuncture ambulatory). It has everything I need and more, I have been happy with it and continue to be.
Pros: I refer any and all to Daysmart Vet! I am a relief doctor and work with several cloud based and computer based software and Daysmart beats them all. It is the most versatile and easiest to function. I love how you can click on patient, client, invoice, SOAP, etc from most anywhere so it has been the easiest to move throughout the system and find what you need. It attaches everything I need easily and thoroughly.
Cons: Truly nothing. Only thing I might make easier is for the medical records to automatically be attached to the medical note for that day they are present, It makes things easier to follow when reviewing the note later rather than having to jump back into the invoice to see what they were charged for etc. Only other thing I have struggled with is clients with gmail accounts having issues getting emails from the Daysmart. I think that is improving some but I do still have to tell them about it all the time.
