Overall, my experience with Digital has been positive because it makes communicating with clients simple, organized, and efficient. I especially like how easy it is to send emails and manage client communication in one place
Pros: I like that Digital allows you to send emails to clients quickly, easily, and in an organized way. It is easy to use most of the time.
Cons: I dislike that Digital does not allow users to send mass emails to clients quickly and easily. I wish that this system had this in place.

Pros: THE ABILITY TO USE A CHAT FEATURE TO TALK TO SOMEONE OR THE AI TO GET QUICK RESPONSES. ITS NICE TO SEND A MESSAGE AND WALK AWAY TO STAY BUSY.
Cons: I DONT LIKE THE UPDATES THAT FREQUENTLY HAPPEN THAT DONT ALWAYS NEED TO BE A FEATURE. I FEEL LIKE THE PRIORITY OF WHAT GETS UPDATED ISNT REALISTIC TO WHAT WE NEED.

Digitail is a company that you can tell deeply cares and is passionate about what they do. They are a perfect example of how any company should run. I truly don't know how I did my job before we switched to Digitail. I actually look forward to doing my records. Crazy,right? They were so helpful in the transition from Cornerstone to Digitail, the onboarding process was seamless and anything we have hiccups with, they were very responsive and resolved our concerns quickly.

Pros: I love how responsive the team is. If we have any issue, they are right there to help. Contacting customer support is never difficult and not something I dread like I do with other companies. They listen to our feedback and requests for feature updates. I also LOVE the AI dictation and Discharge Notes. My records are done as soon as the appointment is done! And the dictation almost always picks up on things that I have already completely forgotten about, which makes my records much more thorough.
Cons: Our biggest issue currently is our multi-location. We have two clinics, but operate as one entity, that messes up our reminders. I can honestly say that's the only negative I have experienced, and even that is something they are willing to work with us on to improve our experience.

Been working on Digitail for 4 years now. Some futures would have been nice to have without hopping from one to another with a tick.
Pros: Sufficient come back with updates. When asked for help they respond within the the right time zone. I like that it goes for digital because these days we are all about digital.
Cons: A lot of ticks to get where you want to be. You need to click a lot to get where you want to be. Which can get quite irritating.

Digitail has been a great change from the archaic PMS we used to use. I'd recommend Digitail to practices that want to continue to grow and are not afraid of change and innovation.
Pros: I love that it is evolving and they take our suggestions serious so it keeps up with tech. The customer service is quick and helpful. The interface is easy to learn and use.
Cons: Since they make so many changes - it seems to break other parts, so we seem to have to manage or work around a process we get used to until it is fixed.

Great so far! Clients seem to like the ease of use from their end. Scheduling is easy. Only thing different is that we would wish it to be easier to block selected time on a day, or simply click on a time to block/add task, instead of having to create one from scratch and make sure selecting the correct date and time.
Pros: Ease of use once familiar with the system. The AI Tails agent saves SO much time doing records. The AI assistant works wonders when we have questions on the fly!
Cons: Took a little longer than expected to get used to the system. Occasionally seems that processes are repeated when it comes to making services and products, but it's a learning curve.

There is continued updates that continue to adapt and make the system more efficient for clinical practice and easy access to help with great response time.
Pros: Digitail is user friendly and the AI integration along with other integrations make workflow efficient.
Cons: Some things are not fully utilized at our practice and can be made more useful for hospitalized patients- the whiteboard is an example.

I have a love/hate relationship for Digitail. There are some steps that are super easy and some steps that are harder than they need to be.
Pros: The new task update to pending waitlist etc. I like that it is cloud base and I can access everything from home.
Cons: Refunds, every step requiring multiple steps. When filling meds that are not in stock it would be nice to me able to choose dispense now on the medication tab or dispense later so that when the meds arrive we can print the label without having to disable the old rx and make a new one or else the cost is 0 dollars.

Amazing! They are always updating things and making things easier. The flow is very smooth. Very helpful AI service that can get things you need.
Pros: It is so easy to schedule and add patients as well as keeping track of inventory and products. Great!
Cons: Nothing. This program is great. We went from paper only records and invoicing to this program and it has been a very smooth transition.

Top Notch! I actually submitted a ticket today and they had my issue resolved in less than 15 minutes. My Lead CSR had a completely different issue the other day and it was resolved in 5 minutes
Pros: It makes us so much more efficient that we are able to see more patients in a day without being overwelmed
Cons: It's not built for boarding (we have a large Pet Resort in addition to our hospital) BUT they did give us a workaround which works great.

Overall, our experience with Digitail has been very positive. It supports a modern, client-centered approach to care and helps us stay organized and connected while working in the field. It’s been a strong fit for our workflow and has improved both our internal efficiency and the client experience.
Pros: Digitail keeps everything streamlined and accessible, which is especially important for a mixed animal mobile practice. Scheduling, medical records, client communication, and payments all live in one place, and the interface is intuitive for both our team and our clients. The online booking and client app have made it easier for pet owners to stay connected and engaged in their pet’s care, and we’ve been able to provide clear estimates and communication without adding extra steps to our workflow. The support team has always been extremely responsive and helpful, which has made a big difference as we’ve gotten up and running.
Cons: Like most platforms, there are occasional limitations with customization and certain workflows that could be more flexible, especially for a mobile or non-traditional practice model. Forms could benefit from additional customization and a more modern feel, but they are currently functional and straightforward to use.

A+ I am glad I chose Digitail as my software. I had used Woofware at VCA, Avimark, Covetrus pulse, EazyVet and Banfield's soft ware. I loved the Shepherd software interface and invoice/flow task board/medical record combining but ultimately I chose Digitail because of the client facing app, telemedicine - virtual lobby and mapping for mobile house calls. It is also very easy to document client interactions and they can also interact and request appointments through the app.
Pros: I love Digitail's accessibility via tablet and phone, which is what I use the most o house calls. I also love the ability to store digital files in their cloud that owners can access via link instead of having to email huge files. I also love the client facing app where owners can access their pet's records and if traveling, other digitail vets can too.
Cons: There are a few things I can not move, like the chat bot and announcement tabs. Sometimes they are in the way and I have to turn the phone sideways to get them out of they way. It should be a choice if the user wants it in the menu or easy access.

Overall our experience has been positive. There have been some difficulties or bugs that have occurred but it is encouraging that changes/updates are continually being made.
Pros: It has a lot of features in one bundled product. Therefore we don't need to have separate company for an app, texting, AI etc.
Cons: The inventory module could be improved has far adding reorder points and reorder amounts. Also the reporting module could be better.

We highly recommend Digitail! It has made our record keeping very easy! As a referral service, it is very important that our records are thorough and professional. The templates make it easy.
Pros: Digitail is extremely easy to use. It was simple to get started and the tech team is very helpful. There is a library of helpful guides and videos. The price point is better than what we've had previously. The service has been reliable and our records look very nice. There are constant improvements to the platform.
Cons: Setting up our label printer has been a challenge. Inventory is not-straight forward. Refunding is a bit confounding as well.

Very unhappy with the software program and the lack of proper and timely support.
Pros: The beginning when I had hope that it was going to be a great new system for our organization, with plenty of support.
Cons: Customer service has been absolutely dreadful. It is sometimes days before we hear back on an issue and some of them we are still waiting to be resolved for weeks. We have several serious issues i.e., cannot add or change client addresses, none of our client's open balances transferred over from our old HIPPO software which means $1000's of lost revenue. System is overall clunky and some tasks require multiple clicks before you get to what you need. This is a Romanian-based company that rolled out into the US market way too soon without the proper tech support.

[sensitive content hidden], our onboarding person, has been incredible. He has dealt with my silly questions, serious questions, and overall frustrations getting it up and running (although the frustrations have been few). Even with the big time difference, he has been available when we needed him! He is extremely knowledgeable and want him to come to the U.S. and work at our hospital as a vet (and Digitail expert) lol.
Pros: Coming from a server based system, its incredible to be able to access from anywhere! There are many functions, some we haven't even tried yet (baby steps in implementing them) that make the process so much easier. And of course, we are in a a love-hate relationship with "Tails"....we love it because it's the coolest thing ever, but hate the fact that down the road I won't be needed lol!
Cons: Inventory management is something to get used to, but we will get there. I do also wish we could create our own visit types to work with what we are used to. Also, one request would be to be able to re-order the entries in a canned treatment plan so if we have to adjust it, it will be in logical order of how we go through the process. Right now, new entries only appear at the bottom and can not be moved and the whole plan needs to be re-created.

Overall very good. I think Digitail has a lot of potential and I look forward to continuing to work with them.
Pros: I like the interface, the ease of use, the forward thinking (AI, voice integrations).
Cons: I am a specialist and I was hoping there would be advancements to integrate the unique aspects of a referral hospital. Also customer service can be very helpful, but not always very prompt. The chat option really isn't truly a chat because it can takes days for them to respond. That is really just an email.

It's been great! As a small private practice, it has suited our needs wonderfully and we have been able to leverage a lot of their tools to reduce many communication friction points.
Pros: - SOAPs: Logically built. Easy to start-finish every aspect of an appointment in one screen (history, exam, diagnostics, medications/label printing, invoicing, discharge instructions) - Flowboard: Quick and easy way to "bounce" between SOAPs. Visualize "who's here"? - Integrated pet smartphone app: Allows for easy sharing/viewing of records. Chat feature. Contactless booking. And pet parent medical journaling that syncs with our PIMS - Online Booking: Now they have an embeddable widget to add to our website. - Quality UX: This is a veterinary software that feels modern. And that matters when onboarding and training new staff. - Agility in development: The Digitail team has shown consistent interest in adapting to user needs.
Cons: - Wish the pet parents could share their vaccination history in pdf form rather than having to contact us to do it for them. - The Whiteboard feature is a good start, but they don't have task-invoicing connectivity yet. So a big in-patient facility may struggle in that respect.

The software is a total joke. We were lied to when we signed and unless you copy the CEO on every email, no one answers. It's just bad software with no customer support.
Pros: There are no pros at this point. They have run us through the ringer so bad we are already shopping for another software.
Cons: They fired our implementation person along with about a quarter of their staff the day before we went live. Their tech support team does not respond to problems. You can't change reminders going out to your customers. Our no show rate skyrocketed after we went live with them. If you have multiple locations, you can't set up your own employees.

Getting started with Digitail was super easy! Our customer service contact walked us through setups and met with us as many times as we needed to get everything working and to dive deeper into adding new functions.
Pros: What a great alternative to our previous system! As a small but growing specialty practice, we don't have the client volume to justify adding an expensive software. Yet, we needed to improve our medical records and organization. Digitail checked those boxes and so many more!
Cons: Would like to see attachments read in medical records and improvement with emailing with clients so it shows as part of the medical record. 2 way emailing would be terrific!

Pros: Digitail support has been great and timely. Being able to use preloaded treatment plans and templates has really made patient visits faster and more efficient.
Cons: Still working on some functions with inventory pricing and tracking but likely a learning curve to fully utilize the system

Overall, our time with Digitail has been a 5/5 star customer experience. We have felt nothing but support along the way and are excited about all the new innovations that are coming forward.
Pros: My truly favourite thing about Digitail is their vibrant, engaging team who provides excellent, courteous and prompt support and customer service. They truly feel like an extension of our in clinic team and they make our days flow so easily.
Cons: Any feature request we've ever submitted has been acknowledged and considered, most often executed and integrated to help our work flow.

Pros: I love [sensitive content hidden]! She has been such a huge help!! What I love about Digitail is its pretty easy to navigate around. I love the app feature and that clients have access to records and have the ability to schedule appointments at their convenience. I also love the chat feature.
Cons: The consent forms and prescriptions are hard for us. We've had to order prescription pads because the templates in Digitail just wouldn't be able to be processed in South Carolina at a human pharmacy.
