Pros: Sales Layer platform is intuitive from the first moment of use, not requiring long hours of training; it is very easy and quick to update all products, categories and filters, in just a few simple clicks. The update to our website runs smoothly, with no issues.
Cons: Honestly nothing in terms of usage, it works very smoothly for everyday updates. Maybe the limitations in number of users and channels can be challenging for a large company if you choose a less expensive package.

It has been very positive. The platform is very user friendly and once a challenge arrises, I get immediate support from the support team.
Pros: Easy to setup - we had all suport from the begiining making the setup process smooth and fast; All Product information in one place Easy to access product info (search, edit, save, export) Export via several formats, making it easer to share information with non-sales layer users in the company Quality Reports easy to interpret and export
Cons: Some features in editing product information page could be improved. When saving an edited article, we remain in the same page and not get back to the products list. Fields could be easier to edit.

Pros: The wide range of features and the flexible way you can structure product data are very useful. Integrations with multiple sales channels work smoothly.
Cons: Setting up Sales Layer took a huge amount of work for us, but that was inevitable given the amount of data we had.

Overall as I said, pretty good with Sales Slayer, I don't have many bad reviews, rather good, a simple and easy to use platform.
Pros: It is easy and intuitive to use, the modifications are simple, fast and the site runs very smoothly.
Cons: I don't have many negative comments, maybe the most negative but you fixed it was that you couldn't upload more than one image at a time, you had to make a .zip to upload many at once.

Tengo experiencia gestionando catálogos de producto en Sales Layer, incluyendo la importación de datos, configuración de atributos y sincronización con plataformas como Magento y ePages.
Pros: Lo que más me ha gustado de Sales Layer es su interfaz intuitiva y la facilidad para organizar y actualizar grandes volúmenes de datos de producto. Además, la sincronización multicanal es muy eficiente y ahorra mucho tiempo en la gestión diaria.

Pros: All the new fields and functionality of the system. Its automation facilitates the entire catalog information process.
Cons: Although Sales Layer is a powerful tool for managing product information, one of the aspects I liked least was the interface.

With a clear and functional interface, the application gives users autonomy in configuring and viewing data, as well as performing specific tasks. It is designed with productivity in mind and is supported by clear and accessible documentation.
Pros: The interface is simple and easy to use and it's well documented. It's a scalable application that gives users more autonomy, as long as they have the right permissions.
Cons: So far, I have no complaints about the application's usability. My experience has mostly focused on viewing information and managing connectors.

I've worked with Sales Layer for a bit over a year and my experience has been very positive. If they manage to tweak the little shortcomings I've mentioned on my last comment, I'd give it 5 stars.
Pros: Easy to update product content, through excel or csv files; intuitive UI; fast response time.
Cons: No option to individually backup connectors or other features such as product info; helpdesk was better with the alays available chat, the ticket system generates a lot more enthropy.

En general, la herramienta facilitó gran parte de la labor diaria que llevamos en el equipo día a día.
Pros: Es excelente para la organización de los productos y así tenerlos a todos en un solo sitio.
Cons: Fue compleja la integración con Magento ya que tuvimos que adaptarlo al mismo. Las mejoras siempre implican complicaciones debido a la adaptación requerida.

La experiencia ha sido realmente buena. Descatado el compromiso y disposición del equipo de Alina, son excelentes. En cuanto a la herramienta la misma tiene mucho potencia para seguir evolucionando, los cual nos permite estar en constante mejoras al momento de gestionar nuestros productos
Pros: La herramienta es bastante intuitiva, lo cual nos facilita visualizar nuestros catálogos, conectores y fotos. A su vez nos permitio colocar un orden a nuestra manera de trabajar y exponer nuestros productos. Otra de las cosas que destaco de la herramienta es la cantidad de información y videos explicativos que nos han ayuado a comprender y reforzar conocimientos
Cons: Como punto a mejorar y tomando en cuenta la particularidad de nuestra cuenta, es poder permitirnos exportar información de los productos sin necesidad de tener un conector. Sería algo parecido a la mejora que nos mostraron sobre la exportación de la url imagenes. Esto son serviria a la hora de compartir la información con nuestros franquiciados y mayorista. Otro punto a mejorar en el catalogo sería la gestión de insumos actualmente solo tiene una solapa informativa y no nos permite darle gestionarlo ni carga imagenes.

I took over the PIM management role a few months into my company's contract with Sales Layer. While training and onboarding had already begun for my team, the Sales Layer team took time to onboard me and catch me up to speed. The platform does take some time to get acclimated with, but once you are emersed in it, the possibilities to share product data are limitless! Our company's primary goal is to take our data stored in the PIM and share it with distributors, customers, and our E-Store. I am quite happy with the quickness I have been able to leverage available product data in the system and share that data with our customers and distributors. Our company did not utilize a PIM system prior to working with Sales Layer, and our customers are already wow'd with our data sharing capabilities.
Pros: The UI/UX of the platform is very user friendly, and easy to navigate and understand. My job is to manage the platform and ensure that the data in the system is accurate, up to date, and ready to share. I have worked in the platform daily for the past 7 months. I like that the platform is intuitive and the help available from Sales Layer staff is outstanding. If there are roadblocks that I face in the process of creating channels or modifying data, the Sales Layer staff is quick to respond and knowledgeable on topics and formulas. For those at my company who are not working in the platform frequently, they find the platform easy to navigate and intuitive.
Cons: I wish there were more abilities to create automatic workflows for linking Sales Materials to products, and creating new products/SKU's based on existing product data. Currently there are a lot of manual processes that I have to rely on that my team would benefit from automation. There have been instances where formulas that I expect to work in a certain way and when tested, they give the output I am looking for, but in the download, work differently.

Sales Layer allows us to generate and export reports from our product catalog according to commercial need. Likewise, it offers the ease of being able to adapt and personalize with specific fields in product families and create labels for better use of the information. The support provided by the technical team and its prompt response to resolve any impasse helps us manage the PIM more effectively.
Pros: Sales Layer helps optimize product information management since we have the catalog of our 4 online stores in the same tool. This helps us centralize product information and identify and make commercial proposals focused on a specific store.
Cons: At the beginning, updates did not synchronize from our SAP ECC, and when importing family forms, fields were duplicated and/or new fields were created that did not exist in the defined configuration.

Pros: SalesLayer provided us with a centralised platform to manage all our product information. Earlier, our data was across different systems and spreadsheets, leading to inefficiencies and data issues. With SalesLayer, we could consolidate all our product data in one place, we now have uniformity and accuracy. Updating product information, a task that once took hours, was significantly streamlined. We could bulk update product details, prices, and images, which was a massive time-saver, especially when preparing for new collections or sales seasons.
Cons: The UI sometimes takes a little time to load if I am nit picking would like this to be a lot quicker.

Dynamic catalogue management and product information management, including the storage of digital assets and other product related things. Easy to control team member access and editing abilities, and also connects very well to other channels.
Pros: The PIM has all the functionality (and more) than required. It's interface is easy to use, the onboarding process was extremely easy with exceptional levels of support. The ongoing support is also very good. Overall very happy.
Cons: There is genuinely nothing not to like in my opinion
