Pros: It is a great value for the money. The flat fee of $39.99 per month for what you get with Service Mate is unparalleled
Cons: I am not a fan of the new interface that they have. Maybe I’m not used to it since I used the “classic” version for years. However they allow you to toggle between the “new” and the “classic” interfaces

It has been fairly streamless and it has been very affordable especially starting out in my first solo practice with billing out claims.
Pros: I like the original service center much better than the new version. It is very easy to navigate. I also like the ability to print ERA and EFT forms for insurances, and that I can download the ERA's to be able to import them into Jane my current EHR system. The cost of Office Ally is very affordable.
Cons: I don't like the newer version due to difficulty of navigation. I am so used to using the older version that I haven't navigated the newer version as well. I wish there was training available to navigate.

I actually don't recall off hand how many years I've been a customer, but my use of Office Ally has been flawless.
Pros: Ease of use for sure! I file approximately 100 claims per month and I have never run into processing issues.
Cons: The change in format, however I can still access the classic templates so happy about that. Which means I don't have a con to report.

It was OK as the question I asked was not resolved. I will attempt to reach out again to obtain an answer and have no doubt someone, eventually, will be able to help!
Pros: It is nice that they offer the opportunity to ask questions with live agents. There is also a self serve option which I appreciate.
Cons: My question was not answered when I submitted it to a live agent. I waited a few days and finally received a reply. The reply did not answer the question "How can I add another provider to an existing Office Ally Account?"

Excellent service during set up, intuitive product, excellent service after the sale and a good value for the excellent services received.
Pros: The program is intuitive and easy to navigate. It makes managing claims and patients easier by having clear concise screens and fast processing times. I have done billing and insurance for years and have been pleasantly surprised with the ease of use and on the odd occasion when a problem arises (usually user error on my part), customer support is quick to provide information. We are also saving money every month compared to our previous processor.
Cons: There are no cons to this service. It has good value and is easy to use. You cannot say bad things about that.

Overall I have been satisfied with the Service Center. I have only used it for claims submission, so I am not familiar with the use of the other services provided.
Pros: I mainly use the clearing house to submit insurance claims. The system is streamlined and easy to use and I have always been able to access customer support in a timely manner.
Cons: It would be more desirable if there were more par companies. Most of my claims tend to be non par, resulting in more expenses on my end.

I was devastated that I needed to find a new clearinghouse after having them for over a decade. They left me high and dry and I stumbled across Office Ally. They were friendly, accessible and efficient in getting me set up with their system. They turned out to be a blessing in an otherwise dreadful office situation.
Pros: I liked the customer service with service center, They have been instrumental in navigating me through the daunting process of switching clearing houses. I have used them for tutorials to see which product best met my office needs and they held my hand through the coding hiccups that I met along the way learning a new office system.
Cons: I don't really have any negative things to say about the service center. They were about half the price of my original clearing house and they have been very accessible the few times I have needed to correct my claims.

The claims management and ease of use are my go-to for using Office Ally for so many years, and comparing other products, I feel what I get is very valuable for money I pay for.
Pros: It's so easy to use and love the accessibility to customer service. I've been using it for almost 6 years.
Cons: The new version is a bit difficult to understand the billing and insurance coding, but I know I can always call and ask questions.

Pros: Ease of submitting claims once the information has been entered. Managing claims and viewing past claims.
Cons: Having to complete different forms or sections to save. It would be great to save everything in one form and just make date, codes, etc changes the date of billing.

I have used other services like this and this is definitely the easiest to use. Great customer service, straight forward claims inputting.
Pros: Very easy to input claims and also cost effective. Easy to retrieve EOB's for claims paid. Customer service is available and helpful.
Cons: Can't think of anything that I don't like. This claims clearinghouse works well for me and is certainly better than the others I have used..

I love the fact that I can tell if something gets rejected and I can resubmit if I made a mistake and also highlights in the errors I make so I don’t have to worry

Contacted the service center supoort a few times and found them to be efficient and through. I like their quick response time. Easy to process claims.

Again, I love the ease of using your platform but prices have gone up so much, its hardly affordable anymore... but what does one do when we need to bill insurance companies for our patients?
Pros: I really loved your services, billing my patients is easy and straight forward and have been using this service for 15 years but the prices has gone up so much!
Cons: Pricing is getting outrageous! Charging for eligibility as well now $10.85?? I will not be using that service now that I know you charge for it! 100% ridiculous in my opinion!

My overall experience is good. I just wish that if a claim was denied, it was more clear about the steps that you needed to take to successfully submitted.
Pros: I really find the office Allie service center excellent in the areas of letting me know which claims have failed to be submitted.
Cons: The thing that I like least about the service center is that if a claim has failed and they provide the information on what needs to be corrected sometimes it's confusing to figure out what you do need to do to fix the claim

Grateful for a free service to submit claims reliably to multiple insurances. I can store all my client info in one place that is secure. I haven't had any concerns, and I appreciate that I can still use the classic interface, which I prefer.
Pros: Ease of submitting claims; reports of submissions and payments easy to access, with helpful email prompts when something is available to review
Cons: Boxes on CMS form are very tiny, even when I use the updated service center interface. Can be slow to load when I click "use client info" to fill out insured's information.

Again, I cannot say enough about the service center. It is so user friendly and I have never had an issue with them at all!
Pros: It is so easy to use, very user friendly. Easy to get our claims submitted and EFT's and they have amazing customer support. I cannot say enough about how easy it is!
Cons: I have not had a negative issue with them at all! If I ever had a question or issue customer service resolved all of my questions.

Pros: Claims Management is one of the best review section, and electronic remittance review and detailed EOB can be review to understand the transactions.
Cons: Sometimes, ERA is not populating & getting issues to load in OA, even though payer was sent the ERA's

The Service Center is easy to use, informative, and efficient. I have been in healthcare for over 30 years and having such a robust interface is a dream come true. It safes so much time.
Pros: We like Office Ally because it has streamlined our billing processes and ability to submit our claims to almost all our payers. The real time verification feature is terrific.
Cons: We really don't see many "Cons" in using Office Ally. Rarely do we have an issues with it and our claims are processed quickly. Computer glitches are rare and we have fre problems at all.

Overall experience has been great! The transition was super easy, that was a big fear of switching over, but we never had a delay in billing. It has been great.
Pros: Service center streamlines everything and makes submitting billing super easy. Our software does most of the work to make the claims and we just simply click a couple buttons to have it submitted. The cost is about a third of what we were paying some clearinghouse to do the same thing. Initially we thought transferring all our information and transitioning to a new system was going to be super difficult but the process and the help from office ally customer support to get all our information transferred couldn't have been easier. We can now focus on other things with our patients. Our only regret is that we didn't do this a long time ago!
Cons: We at this time, almost 9 months, in have no complaints, everything has been super easy and efficient.

Pros: I have been using Office Ally for more than 15 years. The cost is very reasonable, and the customer support is outstanding. The entire system is user-friendly as well.
Cons: I cannot think of anything. They are excellent at sending updates and informing clients when the site will be down.

I have generally found it an easy and reliable method of doing my billing for 8+ years. I have experienced very few tech issues in that time.
Pros: Submitting and managing claims in the “Classic Service Center” is easy and intuitive. I appreciate that the “Classic Service Center” is still accessible.
Cons: I do not like the updated/newer claim entry and find the interface confusing in its organization/layout. I have also found past billing charges confusing; there were features that I didn’t know I’d be charged for using until after I used them.

Use Office Ally for all my billing needs. Can complete billing in 5 minutes or less even when have seven clients. When have called to speak with someone about questions reps are knowledgable, kind, helpful and answer my questions in way that I easily understand. Thank you!
Pros: Easy to use, easy to access, keeps me updated on status of things. Makes my billing super easy and simple. I recommend this to everyone. Saves so much time. Can call and talk with someone if have a question which I really like and short wait times.
Cons: Honestly, all of my experience has been totally positive. No complaints. OKay, so I'm supposed to come up with something to meet minimum. Maybe shorter wait time to talk with representative.

I've been very happy with the software, and we used it for several years. Medium size provider group with a handful of administrative users, and the learning curve to start the program is very small.
Pros: I'm able to do so much the service center. I like how streamlined screens are, the software is very intuitive to use. I'm able to quickly access transactional details.
Cons: I don't have specific problems with the service center. They have added more links to processes over the last few years and are receptive to changes from groups, so it's worth speaking up to their help / support teams, as needed.
