The entire VHC team has been great to work with, everyone is very eager and excited to support us with any aspect no matter how small. The onboarding/switch over process was simple and the monthly check ins allow us to resync and identify any opportunities to improve on either end.
Pros: They truly own the process from start to finish and set our internal front desk team up for success. Partnering with VHC allows us to greatly broaden our channel distribution, increasing visibility for our units/homeowners, without putting a greater burden on our internal front desk team and making sure calendars are synced. This gives us the opportunity to capture more demand on platforms guest want to book through.
Cons: Working with any channel partner of course adds another layer of cost to the pricing equation. However, having this be part of the bookings themselves creates alignment based on unit performance. We are both working to maximize the visibility and performance of every unit under our management. When they win, we win, & the homeowner wins.

We can not deny that the number of reservations have gone up in our business. It's great for everyone around. [sensitive content hidden] are wonderful to work with. They are very good and very knowledgeable at their job.
Pros: We absolutely enjoy all the extra revenue our company has brought it because of all the reservations we get from VacayHome Connect. There is no doubt that we have more reservations coming through because of VHC.
Cons: The payouts schedule is not consistent. The amounts are not consistent with what the dashboard displays either. It's a matter of being patient and waiting for the payout information. It's especially a problem when we are trying to close out the previous month that the amounts are of upmost importance for us.

Contrary to these large OTA companies, VacayHome Connect is extremely service oriented and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their product and we are getting quick results. They have quickly become and exceptional partner.
Pros: We are getting sales. They are extremely service oriented, responsive and helpful. They care about the guests booking through them.
Cons: We don't have anything negative to mention.

I actually enjoy using VacayHome. The only improvements needed would be a stronger connection with Streamline and possibly allowing us to make changes within VacayHome.
Pros: The team is super easy to work with.

VacayHome connect is a pleasure to work with. They quickly got us integrated with our PMS and diligently made sure all of our connections were working property. They described the process extremely clearly and were the only company that enabled us to get connected to VRBO. They explained us to all the features within the extranet and are super responsive to any questions we have. Fantastic support and staff.
Pros: Great interface and fantastic integration with our PMS. The support is very responsive and have quick solutions for our inquiries. Wonderful company to work with
Cons: none. The staff promptly made sure all of our questions were answered and got us connected to VRBO quickly.

Pros: Vaccay Connect has taken a huge load off our shoulders. They have increased our sales and we continue to grow with them
Cons: It took a while to get results because I had one platform that was dominating sales. It took that website coming down due to scammers to appreciate Vaccay Connect.

We are very pleased with our VHC and the team. From full service support, tailored optimization, and one touch distribution this connection has allowed us to grow our revenue and time management for our owners.
Pros: Full Service! Super easy to get connected, onboarding team is top notch! Bookings flow easily right into our system. Payment is sent in bulk weekly. Wish we knew about VHC sooner!
Cons: As with any OTA or CM the payment and audit process could use some fine tuning but overall is a success.

Pros: We had a ton of availability left in our shoulder season and we were able to fill a ton of room nights through their connections!
Cons: I did not want to pay Expedia's commission but they allowed us to increase the rates to Expedia.

RENTAL COMPANIES BEWARE..... This company collects your rental money from the rental guests and then NEVER PAYS you for your reservations. I have lost over 100K in 2020 reservations and fortunately cut the connection fairly quickly with them or they could have done much more damage. DO NOT USE THEM AS A PARTNER CHANNEL. THEY ARE THIEFS!

Started out ok until I stopped receiving payment for reservations. They currently owe our company $40,000 in past due rentals. They respond to emails but have no answers as to when payment will be made. This has been going on for the past 18 months
Pros: Easy set-up. There is absolutely nothing else that I liked about this company.
