Love it
Pros: As someone who had to manage more than 50 trials using paper and binders, Florence has made the process so much easier in every way possible. From start up to close out, it has saved me time and miles of walking and transportation in the comfort of my office to get signatures and items addressed.
Cons: Florence still has room to bring features that will make signing and assigning easier, as well as features for document management.

Pros: There are some features that are helpful but the majority of functionalities offered within Florence SiteLink are confusing.
Cons: The platform has a low response rate and the time it takes from navigating from page to page takes a lot of time.

Pros: This program is very user friendly and allows us to provide great customer service.
Cons: Sometimes the system will shut me down while I have it opened and a customer before me requiring time doesn’t allow me time to operate functions within the system.
