Pros: Health cloud is a useful tool for us in the office as we navigate scheduling and other data entries. It helps manage our data and keeps us processing things quickly.
Cons: It has a lot of bugs and it works very slowly. It is hard to get ahold of customer service sometimes.

The reporting and tracking features are very useful for monitoring patient progress and improving overall productivity. Overall, Health Cloud software is a reliable and effective solution for healthcare management.
Pros: It improves communication between healthcare teams and makes it easier to manage appointments, records, and follow-ups efficiently. The software is user-friendly and helps save time by reducing manual work and paperwork.
Cons: One thing I least like about Health Cloud software is that it can sometimes feel complex for new users because of the large number of features and tools available.

The platform offers a lot of customization, automation, and collaboration features that help improve communication and streamline workflows across teams. However, the system can feel overwhelming for new users due to the learning curve, setup complexity, and higher cost compared to some competitors. It works best for organizations that need advanced healthcare management tools and are willing to invest time and resources into implementation and training.
Pros: Self-service options allow patients and staff to access information, update details, and manage certain tasks independently.
Cons: Health Cloud can be expensive compared to some competitors, especially for smaller organizations, because many advanced features, integrations, and customization options may require higher-tier plans or additional costs.

Non molto positiva dovuta appunto a difficoltà nella selezione di alcune opzioni. Quindi non è stata molto semplice
Pros: Permette una gestione personalizzata del paziente i neo verse informazioni necessarie. In grandi aziende sanitarie sicuramente diventa utile

Overall, my experience with Health Cloud has been positive. The platform significantly improves the efficiency of healthcare management through its comprehensive features and ease of use. Despite minor issues with bugs and customization, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. The value for money is reasonable given the extensive functionality provided. I would recommend Health Cloud to healthcare organizations looking for a scalable and integrated solution to enhance patient care and administrative tasks.
Pros: Intuitive interface, strong scheduling, reliable reporting, good customer support, seamless data integration.
Cons: While Health Cloud is generally reliable, occasional bugs and system slowdowns can disrupt workflow, especially during peak usage times. Some advanced customization options are limited, which may restrict flexibility for highly specialized healthcare practices. Additionally, the initial setup process can be complex and time-consuming without sufficient technical support.

Pros: Centralizes patient data and improves workflow. Salesforce Health Cloud makes coordination and communication much easier.
Cons: Can be slow and complex to navigate. Salesforce Health Cloud has a learning curve and setup can be time-consuming

It is great for large organizations who can afford the expensive price range. I'm sure more people would use it, if it was more affordable.
Pros: Patient 360 is the best feature. It consolidates clinical data and communication history into a single timeline. The salesforce shield is the best for HIPAA and GDPR compliant.
Cons: It is extremely expensive. The monthly price is almost the amount of my car note. It is extremely difficult to set up.

My overall experience with Health Cloud has been positive, especially in terms of improving patient visibility and care coordination. The platform does a great job of centralizing patient information into a single, comprehensive view, which helps streamline workflows and supports more personalized care.
Pros: The biggest strength is the 360-degree patient view—it pulls together medical history, appointments, communications, and care plans so providers don’t have to jump between systems. That alone can save time and reduce errors
Cons: A common downside of Health Cloud is that it can feel complex and difficult to implement, especially for teams without strong Salesforce experience. Setup, customization, and ongoing maintenance often require specialized knowledge or outside support.

Overall our org is very happy in implementing SFHC to replace one of the legacy health care application. It provides opportunity to integrate with various modern applications such as D365 for billing, Successfactors for onboarding etc.,
Pros: Salesforce health cloud(SFHC) platform is an excellent application which provides 360-degree view of each customer. From clinical data and appointment histories to communication preferences and social determinants, everything is easily accessible in one intuitive interface. We use SFHC extensively in our org to capture customer details, funding, careplan, workorder, schedules, service resources.
Cons: What I liked least about Health Cloud is the implementation complexity and cost. At times the application is very slow
Soundararajan K. · Test Lead · Hospital & Health Care · April 14, 2026
Pros: User-friendly interface, strong patient data tracking, seamless integration, and improves care coordination across teams using Salesforce Health Cloud
Cons: Costly, complex setup, steep learning curve, customization can require significant time and expertise
Samantha R. · Finance · Accounting · April 12, 2026

Overall, my experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is that it’s powerful but requires commitment. It’s not just a tool you install and immediately see results from—it shines when the organization invests in proper setup, integration, and training.
Pros: It’s also strong on interoperability. It integrates with EHR systems and other healthcare tools, so organizations don’t have to rip and replace existing systems—they can layer Health Cloud on top and connect everything.
Cons: Health Cloud isn’t plug-and-play. Setting it up properly—especially integrating with EHRs, mapping data models, and configuring workflows—can take months and requires experienced Salesforce developers

my experience with Health Cloud was positive. It helped with organization, visibility, and managing patient related information in a more structured way. The biggest challenge was getting comfortable with all of the features at first, but once I learned the system better, it became much more useful in day to day work.
Pros: What I liked most about Health Cloud was that it gave a more complete view of patient information in one place. It made it easier to keep track of interactions, coordinate communication, and stay more organized instead of jumping between different systems. I also liked the reporting and customization options once I became more familiar with the platform.
Cons: What I liked least was that it can feel complex in the beginning. There is definitely a learning curve, and some parts of the system are not as intuitive as they could be. It can also take time to set things up the way your team wants, especially if you need specific workflows or reporting.

The Initial Hurdle: Most users describe the first 6 months as "intense." Between data migration from old EHRs and staff training, the learning curve is steep.
Pros: The "Patient 360" View This is the most praised feature in almost every review. It pulls data from Electronic Health Records (EHR), insurance claims, and even wearable devices into one screen. The Benefit: You don't have to hunt through five different systems to see a patient’s history. You see their clinical data alongside their communication preferences and "Social Determinants of Health" (like whether they have reliable transportation to appointments).
Cons: The "Implementation Heavyweight" Setting up Health Cloud isn't a "plug-and-play" experience. The Issue: Mapping clinical data from legacy EHRs (like Epic or Cerner) into the Salesforce data model is notoriously difficult. It often requires expensive middleware (like MuleSoft) and specialized consultants to get it right. Review Tip: You could mention that the initial setup period was longer and more resource-intensive than your team originally anticipated.

My over all experience was positive. It did get the job done and information was presented easily so that the user could navigate better
Pros: easy to follow prompts, and placement of dials were great tithe dropped down this made it very user friendly
Cons: I think it could have used more options. More areas for retrieving data more easily. Clearer or easier to utilize data storage for retrieval

Health Cloud provides a reliable way to manage patient information and streamline daily tasks. It integrates well with other Salesforce tools, but setup and customisation can take time, and occasional bugs interrupt otherwise smooth workflows.
Pros: Easy to navigate, strong patient‑management features, and smooth integration across Salesforce tools.
Cons: Customisation can be time‑consuming, reporting feels limited without add‑ons, and occasional bugs slow workflows.

I would recommend health cloud to anyone. i think its very helpful and the bugs and not a problem when using the health cloud
Pros: value for money and the customer support. easy use and patient management. did well and was very helpful.
Cons: the navigation and reporting seemed a little more difficult but managed to work through any kind of issues.
Billy R. · supervisor · Consumer Goods · February 13, 2026
Very good . Better than other products I have used. Makes the job easier having everything centralised
Pros: ease of use , puts all data in one central system making job easier and information faster to view and access
Cons: Maybe abit confusing at start to get used to interface but overall that's understandable because everything is in one place
Niamh O. · Nurse · Hospital & Health Care · February 7, 2026
Overall it’s a good app/site that helps us find things we need with less stress. And the ability to get customer service very fast help ease that.
Pros: The inclusive knowledge that you can get from multiple platforms in one app and ability to find financial resources in one app without researching in different areas. Also how quick customers service is willing to help me understand the service there offer and how patient they are with me while we navigate what im trying to look for.
Cons: To much pop up ads while trying to research and look for information and data. Finances is not upfront need to know cost as quick as possible.

Overall, Health Cloud is a powerful and scalable solution for managing healthcare data and patient engagement. Once implemented properly, it delivers strong value, but it requires technical expertise, time, and budget to fully leverage its capabilities. Best suited for mid-to-large healthcare organizations rather than small teams
Pros: The biggest strength of Health Cloud is its ability to unify patient or member data into a single, comprehensive view. It improves care coordination, data visibility, and collaboration across teams. The integration with the Salesforce ecosystem is strong, and built-in compliance features make it suitable for regulated healthcare environments.
Cons: Implementation can be complex and time-consuming, especially for teams without prior Salesforce experience. Costs can increase quickly due to licensing and customization needs. There is also a noticeable learning curve during initial adoption.

Overall was exciting and also such a relief to have a simple platform to use very new user friendly
Pros: How helpful the customer service was, very informational and patient while I had my questions and concerns answered, very easy to get used to and I love it
Cons: It honestly had some buggy issues, nothing major but should be looked at . Honestly other than that I had no issues

It allows one to securely manage, organise, store healthcare data that allows healthcare systems to move from on premises systems
Pros: They offer significant potential to improve care delivery and efficiency but come with implementation challenges, costs, and risks
Cons: Subscription costs can be high and although cloud based systems are becoming more secure, there are still risks involved
