It’s a platform that initially appears easy thanks to its clean and straightforward layout, but as you explore all the extensions and possibilities it offers, you realize how powerful and feature-rich it truly is. A great experience overall!
Pros: The price is extremely competitive, the technical support is outstanding, they respond within minutes and they even schedule training sessions to help you with the design and configuration of your studies, they genuinely appreciate user feedback to release new versions with improvements. Overall, an excellent user experience.
Cons: Only a few minor issues: some modules are still being developed, like exporting more sections to PDF or reopening an ePRO form before final submission. ..

Pros: The ShareCRF team, particularly [sensitive content hidden], was fully committed to adapting to our needs in a timely manner.
Cons: There is nothing I did not like; however, as an area for improvement, it would be better if all uploaded X-rays could be downloaded at once.

Pros: Que es una plataforma altamente fácil e intuitiva, tanto a la de hora de su programación, como en el momento de tener que introducir datos y realizar su validación. Además, está programada para que salten mensajes y/o alertas en cada posible incongruencia que exista, lo que la hace aún más sencilla de programar.
Cons: Lo que menos me ha gustado es que en los campos de texto enriquecido existen pocas opciones de formato.

Pros: Very easy to use system which is very user friendly and intuitive. The videos and resources available are very useful and cover most topics for data collection and form creation which makes the whole process very straight forward. Anything not covered in the online resources was solved quickly and effectively through the customer support and have no complaints
Cons: Honestly very little issues have arisen over the ~2 years we've been using ShareCRF for our study, it's easy to monitor and track the progress and identify any issues as we go along

It allows the creation of detailed and well-structured CRFs, offering extensive customization options to suit each trial. The information is presented clearly and intuitively, enabling fast and efficient data entry and review. Medical staff at the centers have expressed high satisfaction with the eCRFs, particularly highlighting their ease of use. Additionally, it includes all the necessary records to comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations, and the user support service is excellent.
Pros: Simple configuration and a very comprehensive user guide. Fast access to data. Easy data entry and review. User-friendly interface. Close and outstanding customer support. Includes records in compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
Cons: None relevant to my tasks. I don't find any significant disadvantages in its use.

I started working with Share CRF a few years ago and my experience is very good. In addition, they keep making very useful and simple updates. Also, the personal service is excellent.
Pros: Clear, easy to handle, fast and intuitive
Cons: You can't move between patients on the same form

Es un sistema de CRD fácil de programar, con una interfaz amable y funcionalidad muy completa para estudios clínicos. El desarrollador facilita muchísimo material de entrenamiento (video tutoriales y manuales) para facilitar su uso a los gestores de datos.
Pros: Versatilidad, facilidad de uso y precios muy competitivos.
Cons: Integración con otros sistemas de estudio (pej. CTMS, IWRS).

Pros: La facilidad de uso, configuración e implementación es lo que nos hizo elegir ShareCRF y una vez comenzamos a usarlo la calidad del equipo de soporte es excelente.
Cons: Al principio las guías de configuración estaban poco completas pero ahora con la actualización e inclusión de los videos y las nuevas guías ya se ha solventado ese problema.

Pros: Me ha impresionado su excepcional atención al cliente, rápida y detallada. También sobresale por la flexibilidad para las modificaciones sobre la marcha. Su interfaz intuitiva facilita la experiencia de todos los usuarios, desde investigadores, monitores y el promotor.
Cons: Al aplicar los fitros y entrar en los casos no permite volver al conjunto filtrado y ha de hacerse otra vez el proceso de filtrado para seguir con el siguiente caso

Mi experiencia es muy buena. Puedo diseñar los CRF de manera sencilla. Y de cara al usuasrio le es facil introducir los datos y monitorizarlos.
Pros: Hacen actualizaciones con relativa frecuencia para solucionar los problemas y sugerencias proporcionados por el usuario. Además siempre contestan a rapida y eficazmente cuando s ete presenta un problema.
Cons: A la hora de configurar el CRF a veces te encuentras limitaciones en las formulas o funcionalidades, aunque por lo general simpre se puede encontrar alguna solucion alternativa.

Pros: The functionality of the system is very broad and it met almost all study's requirments. The customer support is excelent and always responsive. The PM was very proactive and highly professional. He collaborated to build the DB on time with high level of quality. We were highly satisfied with the first study and decided to continue using the system in the second study.

Pros: Programing can be done by ShareCRf for relatively low price, with back and forth communication in a very efficiency way and in short time.
Cons: Reporting tool is not very advanced like in other eCRF softwares.... not a lot of reports can be issued from the system, and most important is to add the option to build your own report (not pre-sepcified reports exist in the system).

Customising EDCs that have all of the functionality and ease of use is a critical part of clinical trials and ShareCRF have worked closely with our team to design and deploy EDCs that are user friendly and still encompass all of the necessary features. Again,
Pros: There are many things about this product that make it extremely valuable to our business given that it is a major part of our data management offering. The first is the strong customer service and interface with the team when our EDC systems are being built and customised for our customers. The team works very well with our team and the features are all easy to use, customisable and most importantly, cost effective for our clients.
Cons: The reporting features have improved a great deal and once the integration with MEDDRA and coding has been implemented, this will be another important feature.
