Pros: Great customizable features! And reasonably priced. The step-by-step process walks your through each event setup. Our experience with contacting the company with questions has a quick response time. Highly recommend!
Cons: A few of the features were a bit hard to find in the settings. Maybe more links to find these would be helpful.

Continue to love it! It's unique flexibility to have individual settings such as email response templates allows us to personalise our individual events. Always continuing to explore these options.
Pros: Our use of Corsizio has continued to grow and we have found new ways to implement it to meet the needs of individual workshops and events. Quick and easy to setup or clone and edit past events. Has allowed for increased capabilities and efficiencies within our organisation!
Cons: The limit to only 20 memo's per event. We are now utilising this for our annual membership programme and have to carefully choose what notices utilise the memo feature.

Excellent. I really appriciate the ease of managing my classes on my own, without having to hire a helper.
Pros: Very user friendly, able to check in, add new classes, resolve issues, obtain data, very easily. INstructions are clear and easy to follow, and I can update information quickly.
Cons: I still wish there could be a way to have a 'shopping cart' feature, where users can purchase different classes not necessariyl in an order.

I use Corsizio on a daily basis to book and manage faculty training sessions and events for the university. It is still in my opinion the best tool available for our needs. We do not need a million bells and whistles. We need a tool that consistently works and is easy to use and maintain. Corsizio checks all our boxes for our registration needs.
Pros: Corsizio is still the most simple and user-friendly event registration tool on the market. At CU Denver, we have now been using this tool since 2017 and we have not even considered an alternative for our faculty training sessions and events.
Cons: The one thing I wish it could do is handle multi-day events with different topics but different dates and times like a series in one single event. Unless there is a workaround I don't know of. You have to create separate event bookings to achieve this. It still feels a little cumbersome to extract data on multiple events. I wish there were a way for registrants to get their own data. Even with a few cons, it is still hands-down the best tool we have used for event registration by far.

Truly a fantastic software overall. It was quick and easy to figure out. The ai assistant has a lot of depth to it. The demo data was helpful and setting up the account was seamless. And the cost well wow! Can’t be beat
Pros: Ease of use . Cost is unbeatable. Easy website integration. Memo feature to email all event attendees is very nice
Cons: Some minor features missing like customizable feedback forms and homepage . As well as streamlining multiple events registration

We're a very small, local, all volunteer non-profit adult education organization. Our mission includes making engaging adult educational opportunities available at very low prices. When our prior online registration platform changed their pricing model we could no longer afford them. Fortunately we found Corsizio which will not only save us a lot of money but provides enhanced functionality as well. I cannot praise Corsizio high enough (obviously lol).
Pros: Cost - Low pricing, pricing model based on # of registered students Website - Course setup & maint is super intuitive and easy to use especially for novices, Excellent online help Payment - Processed via Stripe
Cons: Lack of available tech support was an initial concern but the online help is so robust it turns out we never need support! Ability to add messages to Corsizio home page would be nice as well as ability to control colors, fonts, etc

It was smooth and easy to set up the courses and provide families with course descriptions and instructor bios.
Pros: Corsizio is a wonderful platform! It allowed us to manage student sign-ups and class sizes. It was also very affordable, and I would definitely use it again!
Cons: The one thing I liked the least about the program is that I wish I had known about it sooner!! I don't have any negative feedback as it met my school's needs.

It is an awesome platform! Corsizio is very user friendly and easy to use! It gives me the data I need and makes tracking so easy. I have used Square in the past and this is 100% better!
Pros: Easy to use and manage workshops. Easy to track. And if you need to cancel a class it is easy to refund the customer.
Cons: The only 2 drawbacks that I can think of is the visual on the landing page for customers. It looks a little plain and cookie cutter. I also wish that I could do a workshop and then just add the dates in to make it easier to post several of the same workshops, instead of cloning each one, but that is not the end of the world.

Overall, thrilled with the experience so far.
Pros: Corsizio has been phenomenal for helping us grow our workshop enrollment. It has provided us numerous ways to market to new students.
Cons: No complaints. We'd love to see more reporting availability, but otherwise no complaints.

Switched from Bookeo and won't be going back.
Pros: Easy to set up and customize. Very reliable and easy for customers to fill out the online registration forms. Customized divisions, categories and levels make embedding specific courses on specific web pages very intuitive.
Cons: Calendar sync with Google calendar and conditional logic for registration pages would be very helpful.
Jason D. · First Aid Courses · Professional Training & Coaching · March 3, 2025
We have been using Corsizio for several years with no issues. Highly recommended.
Pros: ease of use for both us as a business, and for the end users. Reliability of the system
Cons: Should be able to offer monthly payment classes, rather than just one off sessions / events. Also, would be great to be able to force new custom fields into existing events, rather than having to go through each one individually every time we update something
Matt W. · Director · Sports · February 24, 2025
Very good. It is reliable day after day and does the job intended and is easy to use.
Pros: User friendly for admins and registrants
Cons: Not customizable for some things to align with our other systems.
Gwen H. · Membership and Training Coordinator - Project Specialist · Libraries · January 30, 2025
Overall experience has been terrific from onboarding to using the software.
Pros: The ability to create and customize forms for our needs. Layout and navigation of the website and help tools are very good. Fairly intuitive to use so not much training required. Excellent and responsive Support Team from Corsizio.
Cons: Took a little experimentation and practice from our team, as well as some help from Corsizio Support to fully understand how to properly use forms that we created. The reporting features are almost too robust for our needs - not really a negative and more of a preference from our perspective.

For almost 2 and a half years, I've had a very positive experience running an online professional training course business on the Corsizio platform. It saves me hours of work every week, for which I'm very thankful. It works so well and smoothly that I rarely need to reach out to support, but when I do I'm impressed by the speed and professionalism of the response from the Corsizio staff.
Pros: Corsizio is intuitive and reliable. It seamlessly manages the many complex class management tasks of scheduling, invoicing, reminding, and following up with attendees. The public view is modern and easy to navigate, which I believe has lead to increased registrations for my courses.
Cons: I have a hard time identifying a negative aspect of the service.
Frank W. · Audiologist, Course Director · Health, Wellness and Fitness · January 9, 2025
I recommend this to all my clients as my go-to registration software
Pros: A very easy to use and robust registration platform!
Cons: Needs more specific roles with different levels of permission (more nuance than currently offered)
Amanda C. · Owner · Education Management · November 12, 2024
Very good, already have recommended to my community.
Pros: Ease of adding a class and personalizing the description and cloning an event.
Cons: That 2 people cant register together and pay at once. Unless I've missed something in the instructions...plus it would be nice to set up a single event and have tome slots availabile with qty management to meet max/min.
Tracy Dawn B. · Owner Artist · Arts and Crafts · October 30, 2024
Excellent - very happy. We use Corsizio for organising courses, evaluations, certificates and sending out course information. A really wonderful and cost effective solution for us.
Pros: Fabulous platform for a small training business.
Cons: A few little glitches occasionally, but overall the team and FAQ sections are able to solve most issues.
Hanna S. · Director · Hospital & Health Care · October 29, 2024
Excellent. It is very easy to use, even if you have not a lot of technical know how!
Pros: Ease of use. the delegates receive all the information beforehand.
Cons: Unable to send list of delegates with just names and email addresses. The lecturer's do not need to know if they have paid.
Jackie G. · Adminstrator · Professional Training & Coaching · October 22, 2024
I switched to Corsizio because of its integration with Zapier. I have not been disappointed. I actively recommend it to others.
Pros: Corsizio is easy to use for a variety of different types of classes and events. It is designed well, and has a robust process for cancellations and refunds that makes it easy to avoid problems like chargebacks. Corsizio integrates with Zapier, which allows for automation when someone registers. Support team is very responsive and knows the product well.
Cons: The fields for collecting info from registrants are a bit inflexible, 1) title and organization are relegated to custom fields; they should be standard fields that can be turned on or off, 2) name field is full name only and Corsizio always assumes the first word (and only the first word) is the first name, which messes up name tags for people with two words in their first name (e.g. Mary Ann). Better would be two separate fields for first and last name.
Ryan S. · CEO · Events Services · October 18, 2024
Overall, very positive, we have already recommended it to multiple clients and associates.
Pros: Quick and easy to set up, intuitive to use, user-friendly for both admins and participants, and affordable cost.
Cons: Corsizio lacks the ability to add custom CSS to tweak the appearance of the pages beyond their simple branding settings.
Carter L. · Lead Web Developer · Marketing and Advertising · October 17, 2024
Great. Excellent for not-for-profit. Good pricing plan (free for low volume users).
Pros: Easy to use - good interface - intuitive. Hardly any learning curve.
Cons: Stripe payment sytem diffilcut to set up for a not-for-profit organization.
Graham T. · Board member · Non-Profit Organization Management · October 1, 2024
I've used a few different systems to list my classes. Eventbrite, square, etc. None of them are anywhere near what you need for making a system like this work. This took every complaint I had about other platforms and made something that works really well.
Pros: It's fast, it's responsive, it's pretty customizable. Great product.
Cons: It could use even more customization options.
Mike M. · Training Center Director · Entertainment · July 31, 2024
Pros: We have a good-looking online offering that is affordable and easy to use. Our customers like the ease of clicking, seeing many photos, reading all the details, and being able to register and pay right there.
Cons: We haven't encountered any downside to Corsizio.
Joyce S. · Owner · Arts and Crafts · June 11, 2024
We have really liked using Corsizio. Guests have not had any issues navigating the system which is a huge benefit! The technical support has been excellent - in the few times I actually needed to contact them (because the system just works).
Pros: The web based system is easy to use and navigate. I really like the event "cloning" feature that makes duplicating events simple and fast.
Cons: Not very much; there are a few minor features I would like it to see, but nothing to write home about; it does what is needs to and does it efficiently.
Tim P. · VP, Clinic Operations and IT · Hospital & Health Care · June 6, 2024
Pros: Clean registration site, option for custom form fields, low cost
Cons: I don’t know if the attendees get follow up emails or calendar invites.
