Class manager is the full package! We run all of our scheduling and customer management through it. It’s fabulous for booking trial classes for new customers too!
Pros: Class manager helped us to manage the rapid growth of our studio with ease! It has so many fabulous features… we would be lost without it!
Cons: There is nothing that comes to mind… it’s great!

A great company. lots of great features and they are always looking to create new features. They listen to suggestions from their consumers too. Great response rate from support staff too.
Pros: A massive help for myself in terms of invoicing. I was always having to manually mark off invoices against the bank and was very time consuming. So it has saved me so much time.
Cons: The class invoicing seems a bit tricky. but i may just need to sit down and get my head round it.

We love it, and love the excellent support
Pros: The whole system has been a game changer for us. We’ve found it easier to track payments and has made it easier to grow the dance school
Cons: I believe there is a PAYG function now which I need to look into, but I’m not sure if this is what we would need or not until I’ve looked at it this summer. The reports could be more clear, specifically the “class absences” report. And it would be nice to be able to download the full student list in alphabetical order too

Couldn’t run my business without class manager and what’s more my customers love it which is super important for me.
Pros: Class manager has completely changed the way my business is run for the better. All of my customers love it and it has made life so easy for me when running an already busy schedule.
Cons: I would like to be able to customise the portal a little more.

Pros: The things we at En Pointe Theatre Arts enjoy about class manager is the online scheduling as a way for parents and teachers to check class times if needed as well as the ability to input school holidays so parents are aware of the school holidays. The system also saves a lot of time on admin and gives parents and easy way to register for classes. The new maps feature is definitely useful in plotting where to hand out leaflets in the local community.
Cons: Class manager could be improved by implementing a make up class feature where students can be added to another register just for one class if they missed their usual class due to illness

Overall, I am very happy with class manager and it makes running my gymnastics club a lot easier and it is very well priced. The team find it very easy to use.
Pros: I really like many features about class manager. Being able to sign new customers up easily and grab all their details. I like being able to offer a free trial and then the system automatically checks with the customer to get information about whether they would like to continue. The ease of being able to check if customer Direct Debits have been set up.
Cons: I wish the system would gain the customer address as when they enrol with us we have to then gain this separately.

Pros: What struck me the most about this platform is its ease of use and how stable it is, as well as how easy it is for students to adapt to it.

The team are fantastic - I highly recommend Class Manager to all of my studio owner friends.
Pros: The customer service! The team at MCM are always so quick to respond if I have a question about a feature or need assistance. I love that they are also always reaching out to ask us studio owners what we would like to see in the next update. Feels like we are a part of a team, not just a customer. Our internal admin staff, teachers and clients have all said that MCM is by far the best software we have used. They all love how user friendly it is.
Cons: It is hard to think of one really... perhaps being able to edit an invoice after it has been sent without the need to create a new one.

The online chat help has really been useful for me because whenever I’ve got stuck someone has always been there to advise! I just kept asking until I knew what I was doing and it took about a week or so to get totally used to it, but once you know what you’re doing it’s amazing! I also think it’s important that everyone goes through the getting started steps!
Pros: I love that I can send invoices and reminders without having to send individual and personal messages to my customers. The messaging system is brilliant too as it is now saving on texting and organising groups on my phone.
Cons: There are some things I can’t do like give a child a holiday allowance of their own so we have had to change the way we work to keep it it more simple.

Since using Class Manager we have found it so much easier to invoice customers, create classes and communicate with our clientele. Its great having everything in one place that all our coaches can access when needed.
Pros: Integrating our circus classes with Class Manager was a little confusing at first as we don't run our classes quite the same as dance schools. However the knowledge base and online help was invaluable.
Cons: One aspect that is missing for us is the ability to communicate with the students, we have a number of older students who also help us with outside classes and events. It would be great to be able to email groups of students as well as customers. I think like everything, the more time you spend using the programme, the easier it is.

Pros: Easy to use, lots of great features particularly the trial feature.
Cons: Just needs a waiting list on the trial feature and an app for staff and parents to use. I know these are on the list to do though.

Efficient and effective to use. Clear layout and appropriate formatting.
Pros: I like the way this software is set out, with a clear and easy to access dashboard along with other features such as a calendar. The page you need to find is only a click away and it is set out in a logical manner.
Cons: The dropdown menus need to allow for more options or a typing option that allows for an individualised response to be filled in.

I have sped up every administrative process by signing up to Class Manager - registers, accounts, invoicing, online enrolment, no more google forms or signing paper documents. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is very friendly and I feel like he is always arounsdto answer questions, even tho I am in Australia. The chat feature with the team is very useful and I have used it a few times for clarification. I would highly recommend Class Manager .
Pros: Class Manager has saved me so much time and therefore, a lot of money! The best part for me is being able to set up all the information needed in one hit to then generate invoices for my entire dance school with literally, a click of a button. I can't believe I didn't invest sooner. It has made running the administrative side of the business so much more time-efficient to have everything in one place for quick access and easy referral.
Cons: Integrating Class Manager was pretty straight-forward, even for someone like me who isn't particularly tech-savvy. Sometimes things pop up which are unexpected but referring to the very uesyl Facebook community page for CM users usually explains if there is a small issue which is being fixed, so I don't have a problem with this.

Pros: I really love the layout and the dashboard! Clear, all the info you need and easy to use!
Cons: I'd like an alternative way of getting to registers - by searching teacher for example and then through in time order (may just not have found it!) and that is just being really picky!

An excellent product for the price, very happy at last we found a program to change over to that didn't charge the to set up or pay for on a monthly basis.
Pros: Quick on line page changes, clear logical processes easy for staff to get up to speed with. Lots of control on who can see what for Staff & Customers. Very quick to rectify any problems and open to suggestions.
Cons: Only a few problems on change over, discount schemes hard to switch to and a few basic reports are missing from the list of pre-set up ones. In the process of setting up being able to easily charge for the extras.
