I have used Chirotouch for more than 8 years at this point. I would recommend it to most chiropractors and even other doctor/pt types.
Pros: Easy patient management and note taking with custom macros. Customer support is great. Quick response times and online forms.
Cons: CT rev is a little lack luster on the lower end. But they do continue to support and innovate on their product to make it easier for the consumer to use and rely on.

Overall, it's intuitive and simple with an excellent team for support. There's a reason they're overwhelmingly the most used EMR in Chiropractic
Pros: I've been using chirotouch for years and it's an amazing tool that's easy to modify and fit your needs on the fly. I run a skeleton crew and need everything from scheduling to creating custom forms, to collecting payment to be seamless. Their team is second to none in any way I need help executing any of these.
Cons: Diagnosis codes should be easily searchable on the fly without having to dive into prefab lists. Ever EMR lacks in this area and there's no reason in 2026 that a provider should have to search "ICD 10 for..." to update a diagnosis.

The CT onboarding gal was great - very helpful and responsive - thank you, [sensitive content hidden] Anytime we have questions there is someone there to chat via AI or a real person
Pros: Customer Support on the Cloud is much faster than the server platform, the provider screen is very user friendly, patient management is easier
Cons: The new way to schedule - you cannot split room appointments, there is no Ct SmartFit yet which is a major bummer

It has been able to handle many task with ease. It does have good technical support. Also gives you great safety feature with login features. It's allows you to schedule with ease as well.
Pros: The page layout is very soft to work with. Multiple ways and places to perform a task. The font and color theme is easy as well.
Cons: The delay in updates on insurance deductible. Not sure what more can be done about that. The way it marks a patient as inactive, but wont allow you to delete the sometimes simply a duplicate.

It has been a very easy transition for our office switching from paper charts to this. We enjoy the billing features, as taking payments and sending emailed receipts are easily accessible. Scheduling has been a breeze.
Pros: The easy features and the quick support you can get ASAP. It has been a very easy transition for our office switching from paper charts to this. We enjoy the billing features, as taking payments and sending emailed receipts are easily accessible. Scheduling has been a breeze.
Cons: The office chat feature doesn't alert you or pop up a notification alert. Whenever we send chats in the program, I just wish a little alert or red banner would pop up like it does when someone schedules online, just to be sure I am alerted and aware I've been sent an in office chat.

10/10 experience! I would use this over any other software! It is easy to understand and I learned it all in about a week.
Pros: I like how easy and simple Chirtouch can be! Customer support is always great help. The billing and patient management is an easy to navigate and fix if there is an error. Scheduling patients is also very simple!
Cons: There isn't really anything that I don't like about Chirotouch. Maybe the bugs sometimes, but that is rarely.
Jacky P. · Receptionist · Medical Practice · April 30, 2026
My overall experience with ChiroTouch has been great! The customer service and support is fantastic. I never have to wait long for a call back , and the team members make sure my issues are resolved !
Pros: I have had both server version and cloud versions of ChiroTouch, and the cloud version is my favorite. It has given me the flexibility of working from home as well as traveling. It’s easy to use and the CT Forms & InTouch allow me to communicate quickly with my patients!
Cons: My least favorite thing about ChiroTouch is the billing tool. I had a lot of problems with it , so I dropped the service.

Great experience and a great way to run an effortless office. From the set up to getting help, Chirotouch does a great job.
Pros: Chirotouch is easy to use and does an amazing job as an all in one system from scheduling to patient management to writing notes on the doctors ends with many ready to go templates.
Cons: Price seems a little too high per month per service. The integration between the intake forms feature and soaps should be improved. The server based system had a much better integration.
Dr. Debbie V. · Chiropractic · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 30, 2026
Overall, we are happy with ChiroTouch. We had a rocky start and thought we made a mistake, but we soon realized the system is really good, and makes our day run smoother and more efficiently. The customer service is great too! We like being able to get help right away if it's needed.
Pros: Customer Service is great and usually helps us get things rolling when there are snags. I like the ease in creating appointments and managing the calendar. Checking people in and out is pretty quick; I love being able to slide people around and knowing where they are in the flow. Taking payments is fast and efficient, and when using the relationship feature, payments for the whole family takes much less clicking!! Reports also are very helpful and contain helpful information, like, for stats.
Cons: The ledger...there are too many steps to edit charges and, sometimes, allocating payments can be a pain. Since we have been using the cloud, there have been fixes, but it can be a time waster to edit charges or payor information. The Real Time Eligibility: it doesn't always pull the correct information.
Suzy S. · Chiropractic Assistant · Medical Practice · April 29, 2026
Fantastic! I think anyone who runs a chiropractic office would find chirotouch to be far beyond whatever they are currently using.
Pros: I had the server version for years and loved that! The cloud version is even better! They are constantly updating the software, you can access it anywhere you have a web browser, and it’s extremely user-friendly.
Cons: There’s not much negative about the actual software/product itself, even the support is fantastic. If anything, the price would be what I like least, but you get what you pay for.
Koby F. · Doctor of Chiropractic · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 28, 2026
Pros: Great software. Easy to use. Makes billing and doing notes easy specially with the new AI mode. Scheduling and color codes are alao easy to use
Cons: Notes for each patient ate not doable in their profile and you have to exit and go on charting tab each time. I want to to on a patients profile and see missing DOS and do it there
Arshia P. · Owner · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 28, 2026
ChiroTouch has done a great job improving the ease of use. The Cloud program has come a long way! We are very happy with this company.
Pros: I love the ease of use. Everything we need at the office is in one program: patient management, billing, scheduling, Doctor’s notes. It helps our office be very efficient.
Cons: It is very costly to the office. It is like having an extra employee. Insurance keeps lowering their approved amounts and ChiroTouch keeps raising their fees. It’s a struggle some months.
Tami D. · Office Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 28, 2026
Overall, my experience with ChiroTouch has been very positive. It’s a strong system for patient management, patient scheduling, documentation, and it supports efficient, compliant note-taking. There is a learning curve - but customer service is great and there are a variety of ways to reach out for help - chat, phone, email. The cost is on the higher side, but the level of customization and functionality makes it worthwhile.
Pros: The biggest strength is the patient management and documentation. Note-taking is efficient and the platform helps support proper compliance, which is a big plus. The software is highly customizable, which is both a benefit and a challenge. You can tailor it to fit your practice very well, including patient communication through emails and text messaging
Cons: The biggest downside, in my opinion, is the cost. It’s a significant investment. And there is a learning curve, no way around it. The software is highly customizable, which is both a benefit and a challenge.
Nicole G. · Chiropractor · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 28, 2026
Good, sometimes slow internet connection. One patient complained when she saves a new password, it still doesn't work on her phone, plus she doesn't like that she can't see her password as she is trying to change it and input a new one. It allows reoccurring appointments to take place on top of blocked slots, which I don't think should happen.
Pros: Helps with notes, insurance billing, reminders, reaching out to patients, and online intake forms, that's the best part.
Cons: I wish it would let me stay on the same patient after I edit their chart instead of kicking me back out after the save each time, that way I can review 5-10 charts in a row for the same patient.
Daniel Y. · Chiropractor · Higher Education · April 28, 2026
Really Great! We are long time customers and i do not see ourselves going anywhere else. You can do so many things with one account it so nice.
Pros: I love the ease of the schedule, the amount of customization and how simple it is to add in new providers or staff.
Cons: The updates. It seems as though every Sunday we get booted off to do some sort of update. I will say though, it's nice to see on Monday what new features have been added.
Melanie B. · Office Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 28, 2026
10/10 EHR for documentation and billing. The upload feature allows us to input information with ease, including X-rays.
Pros: We really love that the cloud-based system can be accessed from anywhere and it allows you to access certain features from anywhere in the interface.
Cons: At the moment there isn't much we don't like about chirotouch, its pretty well-rounded and always on the up in coming with new technology.
Megan G. · Chiropractor · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 28, 2026
ChiroTouch is a strong option for established chiropractic offices that need robust billing, documentation, and insurance management. However, for smaller practices or offices wanting a simpler, more modern cloud-based system, it may feel expensive and more complicated than necessary.
Pros: One of the biggest things I like about ChiroTouch is that it is an all-in-one system. It combines scheduling, SOAP notes, billing, insurance claims, patient management, and reporting all in one place, which helps keep the office organized and reduces the need for multiple software programs.
Cons: The biggest downside is often the cost. It can be expensive compared to newer cloud-based systems, especially for smaller practices or offices trying to keep overhead low.
Dr. Melanie B. · Chiropractor · Hospital & Health Care · April 28, 2026
Overall ChiroTouch has been a welcome blessing compared to my old EHR. They are always evolving and making the system even better than before.
Pros: ChiroTouch has made charting so much easier than my old EHR. Billing can be tricky at first but once you find your way, it is a breeze. The value for the money is priceless. It is a complete system that making running my practice easy. If I get a hiccup in claims, charting etc, the support staff is helpful, friendly and on point. Scheduling is easy and very manageable for all involved. AI feature is nice to have when you need to chart quickly.
Cons: Billing section can be confusing to navigate at times but once we find our rhythm it is a breeze. The AI feature could be better as I was so accustomed to the layout of the macros that were set and wish I could dictate and have it formatted that way.
Nicole E. · Chiropractor · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 28, 2026
Had the server based version for several years and now using the cloud based version makes it easier to utilize outside the office setting on a phone or laptop
Pros: From scheduling to integrated payment systems, ChiroTouch has it all. Having the ability to chose the different aspect of the software allows me to budget accordingly. Support is live all day and if needed, I can call in with an emergency. Patient management of recalls, campaigns and reviews of our services help our online presence improve significantly. Thanks again.
Cons: Having to customize things that are preloaded. Some of the items are simple but others require more time to refine and choose the easiest ways to utilize the program. Also, not saving the patient chief complaints from the last visit is a hassle when they have multiple complaints
David C. · President · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 28, 2026
We’ve been using ChiroTouch at Southern Spine Family Chiropractic and overall it’s been a solid system for our clinic. It offers strong value for the features included, especially with billing and patient management all in one place. Overall, it’s a dependable platform for chiropractic offices looking for an all-in-one solution.
Pros: The billing side is one of the biggest strengths—it helps streamline insurance, ERA/EOBs, and keeps things organized. Scheduling is also easy to use and keeps our office running smoothly day to day.
Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve at first, and we’ve experienced some occasional bugs and slowdowns, but customer support has been helpful when needed.
Carlos H. · Chiropractor · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 28, 2026
I've had a great experience using ChiroTouch software and with ChiroTouch customer support. I'm a solo practice so using a software program like ChiroTouch has helped me do my job with ease allowing me to spend more time outside of the office with my family.
Pros: ChiroTouch software makes it easy to manage all the aspects of your practice in one place. The software makes it easy to manage patient appointments, notes, billing and claims, and ledgers. If you need help, customer support has always been quick, efficient and knowledgeable with problem solving.
Cons: I think the pricing is the one thing I least like about ChiroTouch as a small practice. However, the product is worth the price.
Dawn K. · Doctor of Chiropractic · Alternative Medicine · April 28, 2026
Excellent. excellent. excellent. Have a very good overall experience with them and this is the reason why I went with them.
Pros: They have excellent customer support and available 24/7. I love the fact that they have AI built in for compliance when doing notes and billing to the insurance. You get what you pay for it and I highly recommend going with them as an EHR company for your practice.
Cons: The is really no con. I am full happy with the overall service in which they have provided since I started .
Binh N. · chiropractor · Medical Practice · April 28, 2026
Overall, it has saved us so much time and made our accounting easier. Any time we have questions, the customer support is so convenient to use and so helpful when it comes to working out any bugs and issues we may have!
Pros: It has every feature a chiropractor could want for their practice! It has streamlined so many of daily processes and made exporting reports so easy.
Cons: That we couldn't easily upload and transfer our patient base from Tebra to the chirotouch cloud version
Jordan Z. · Chiropractor · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 28, 2026
Very pleased and there are so many resources. We purchased a practice that had a very old EHR system and all the other softwares that are used do not link with each other so we were utilitizing many different companies and switching to Chirotouch, we get to have access to everything in one place and all the applications talk to one another. It makes for a much smoother process on the back side of patient care and more streamlined for our front desk staff.
Pros: The ease of having all your patient info, billing software, communications and scheduling all I one place.
Cons: There are so many features, that it can get overwhelming choosing to use some of all of the features.
Arika S. · Office Manager · Hospital & Health Care · April 28, 2026
I have had a great experience, me personally I did cancel chirotouch due to pricing, but when i switched to Jane, Jane was very complicated to get used to after coming from chirotouch. I knew immediately that I had to go back and know that we pay for the better EHR system
Pros: It is super easy to use, made by chiropractors for Chiropractors. Scheduling is super easy to use and I am able to do charting for my patients super fast and easy
Cons: Pricing has always been my fall point. There have been times where I wish I could get a direct fix when it comes to customization of my clinic forms or scheduling platform.
