Overall we are not pleased with our experience. We switched for certain functions that don’t actually work the way they described and the customer support had been horrible
Pros: We like that chiroHD has a careplan tracker available to easily view where patients are in care and when they are due for re-exam. I also like the two way texting system within the EHR
Cons: The customer support is some of the worst I have ever seen. The set up was a terrible experience and any time we have reached out for support since, it takes days to get an answer via email. You can’t call and talk to anyone

So far it has been great. Have not had a lot of screen time yet but we will in the future. I have nothing else to add.
Pros: User friendly, easy to navigate and the viewing of multiple offices. Billing is not too bad, will be better once truly integrated with Trizetto.
Cons: We would like to see the ability to change ALL like appointments at one time when a patient decides to switch days or times.

Absolutely wonderful! I recommend to everyone I know! It’s the most all in one / user friendly software on the market. And their app is so easy for patients to use!
Pros: We absolutely love this software. I have used many others - chirotouch, platinum, Jane, etc and nothing compares to ChiroHD! It’s so easy to use and easy to schedule! I love that the texting is build right in!
Cons: The email integrations. I wish they were more advanced. And I would love for the GHL integration to come out soon! We are excited for that!

I enjoy using ChiroHD in the office. It helps keep me and my colleagues well organized and communicating well.
Pros: I love the ease of use and the customer service. Everything is labeled clearly and the customer service help is always concise.
Cons: Sometimes it can be hard to get things to connect and talk to each other between patients and visits. But help is always there when I need it.

Very great! I love the very easy access and intuitiveness of all the features. The integration with other programs is also very helpful
Pros: Very User friendly and can get ahold of them quicky if there are any issues. They walk you through all issues you present.
Cons: Limited with families being able to share one app where they can schedule and cancel all the appointment. Bulk schedule there is no ability to rescheduled all appointment if the time or day changes. You have to delete all or go in day by day to cancel and change appointments. Better integration with go higher level so we can use all actions together.

Overall, ChiroHD is one of the best EHR systems I've ever used. I absolutely love the ease of the texting option, love that we can charge people directly through Fortis on the system and I love being able to see everything for billing.
Pros: What I love most about ChiroHD is the texting option and overall ease of use. It is a very smart system and I think there are a lot of useful and good things in place that make this system easy to use and work with. For the most part, the reports we can pull are usually very beneficial and important to our practice.
Cons: What I like least about ChiroHD are the constant updates. I guess it is good to have the updates for the system, but sometimes when they do them, they're messing up other things or making other things slower than normal. I also don't like that we don't have any option to bill through the system directly. I also don't like that you can't pull certain specific reports.

Switched over from another system and we love this one. Doesn't lag, very easy to figure out and the customer service is great whenever we do happen to have any issues or questions.
Pros: User friendly. And we really like that you are able to set alerts for patients. That helps us not to forget to give patients superbills and/or traction devices. And overall helps us communicate when there is more than one CA
Cons: Can't change the size/color/bold/underline text in patient notes on their file. and text size is very small.

Been working with the team through many tickets and everyone is attentive and thorough. The team gets back with further details and resources to support the fix.
Pros: That the solutions to issues are usually being established or in the works to being completed. Glad the staff is aware of thing that can use some attention. Also like that a new issue is taken seriously and is immediately addressed.
Cons: Some of the integration takes longer than expected and hard to explain through chat.

It has been a great experience so far! I have investing partners that want me to switch to a less expensive system but I refuse!
Pros: Ease of use and navigation. Great customer service.
Cons: Difficult (for me) to make standard emails. It would be great if it could integrate with my voip phone system to send auto texts to missed calls.

Overall, we love the features and convenience of ChiroHD. They are very personable and send out representatives to the offices to see how the software is used on a daily basis firsthand. We feel heard when we ask for suggestions.
Pros: I like how dedicated they are to helping you find a solution to any issue. They also have amazing integrations to make all of our services and products fit seamlessly with the software.
Cons: Sometimes it takes a while to hear back from support in chat or when they need to follow up via email.

I love using ChiroHD in my office! It's extremely easy to use and helps me get my work done fast! The team is also super helpful. Whenever I run into an issue, it usually only takes a few minutes to get resolved!
Pros: It is efficient and effective! I love how easy it is to use and how helpful the team is whenever I need something!
Cons: I wish there was a way to have a "parent" section when the patient is a minor and the parent isn't under care. That way the texts say the parent's name since it is their phone number.

My overall experience with ChiroHD is great! Whenever I have a problem their team is very quick to respond and help guide me to a solution or teach me how to avoid that problem again.
Pros: My favorite part about ChiroHD is that the product is constantly being improved. It feels like every couple of months there is a game changing update that makes practice easier.
Cons: Right now my only complaint with ChiroHD is that their patient app does not allow for family scheduling. I've been told though that this is something engineers are working on, so hopefully in the future it is functional I know I will almost instantly start using it for my patients.

Pretty good! It's an easy to learn software and the support has been great!
Pros: Ease of seeing a entire patients profile with just a few clicks. Its also easy to see xrays and download them.
Cons: Not autosaving the main complaints when inputed. It has caused som issues.

Overall good. Support is generally quick to answer your questions, if they do have an answer.
Pros: Cloud based, relatively intuitive design, can get to most things on the same page without having to open up multiple applications or windows. I like the integration with my x-ray software.
Cons: Can be click heavy to get things done. SOAP macros are restrictive in what you can add/edit (can't format with bold, underline, etc.; won't auto-capitalize a word in the macro if it is at the beginning of a sentence, spacing can get wonky when making custom macros; adding diagnosis codes using macros is awful); seems to darken my x-ray images a bit when importing from my x-ray software

ChiroHD has been vital to my success as a first time practice owner. The ChiroHD support is top tier, from the initial setup to hiccups throughout the first year utilizing their software they have been quick to respond and resolve any issues or confusion. ChiroHD and the ChiroHD team are what you need to run a smooth operating family chiropractic office.
Pros: Extremely easy to schedule patients in multiple scenarios. From website integration for new patient appointment scheduling to bulk scheduling families ChiroHD is simple and user friendly. Keeping track of patients care plans and recommendation is vital to our family practice. ChiroHD streamlines this with the ability to create care plan templates that actively track and notify you how your patients are performing on schedule.
Cons: ChiroHD allows potential patient to schedule on your website through their slick online scheduler integration. The one con of this feature is it does not notify you when a patient books or creates a lead. This is not a huge issue if you are actively on your EHR during the day checking but could be improved. Email notifications or pop up notifications would be helpful for quicker lead followup especially out of normal office hours.

Customer Service has been great. I recently had a support chat with [sensitive content hidden]. She was so helpful and resolved 4 questions I had that made a huge difference in our office instantly. She gave verbal descriptions and screenshots to help me work through them. She was patient and attentive and made our ability to serve our patients that much easier.
Pros: Chiro HD is SO user friendly. We've never switched software without tears and this switch was pure joy! It's so customizable and you can tell that there is intentional thought about how a real Chiropractic office works.
Cons: You can't bulk reschedule appointments. You have to delete them all and reschedule. It would also be nice if you could look at a patient's future visits and click on an appointment and it would take you to that date on the calendar.

Pros: I appreciate the personal care they take to help with anything I need. They have so many amazing tools that I could not find in other products, and we are not even a chiropractic clinic!
Cons: It was a little tricky to get set up, but they heard my concerns, and things changed for the others getting started by the time I completed my onboarding.

We love ChiroHD and hope to convince our colleagues to make the switch.
Pros: It is very easy to use and has a lot of premade features, most of which are customizable. This is extremely helpful while building the EHR and beyond. It is easy to use, train on and makes practice streamlined and keeps everything all in one place. It's ability to integrate with other useful platforms is a huge bonus!
Cons: Our biggest and maybe only thing we don't like is the inability to edit the patient paperwork. The premade form does not align with our practice so it forced us to use IntakeQ for our paperwork needs which is an added expense to an already pricier EHR system.

Overall experience is great. We always figure things out in a timely manner with the help of the incredible representatives that are available to chat with daily. Also love that during our busy work day we don't have to sit on hold with anyone waiting to speak with a representative. Effective, time efficient, and the best software out there for any chiropractors!
Pros: What I rave about most in terms of ChiroHD is that we always have the opportunity to speak with real people rather than automated systems. Every time I send a chat needing assistance with something, the representatives are incredibly quick to respond and ALWAYS helpful. Whether the question/issue gets solved or figured out right away, or if they have to send it to for example to their tech team, there never goes a question unanswered or issue unresolved.
Cons: Nothing really to complain about at all. It does take a little while to get the hang of using all of the amazing parts within the system, but once I got the hang of things it is extremely effective for anything we need it for.

It has potential but does have too many things that needs to be tweaked and while it is better for tracking and billing, however, is not appropriate in regards to use for Physical Therapy Purposes. (our Chiro also said it takes a lot longer to complete daily notes as well and had several mistakes with billing due to dates/provider changing automatically).
Pros: I liked being able to separate cases for different providers/services and the alerts were nice. The tracking of appointments was also helpful. I like the alerts for pre-billing scrub issues.
Cons: The layout of the schedule (our Chiro sees up to 10 patients in a time slot which makes it hard to read/see on the calendar) did not look good or make it easy to schedule PT patients between providers. Too many clicks for billing and constantly having to check to make sure it was the correct case/provider/date as sometimes they would change automatically. Very poor Physical therapy note templates (not legal/defensible in court and very laborious to complete).

It's been awesome. I can't complain. I've worked with different EHR's in different hospital settings, chiropractic offices, etc. This is one of the easiest I've had the pleasure of using and the team really does care when it comes to making it user friendly.
Pros: There are few companies that I will write about, but it's mostly due to the customer service. The product could be a hit or miss, but it always comes back to the customer support. ChiroHD has, by FAR, some of the best customer support I've ever received for a product. They are quick with their responses as well as being excellent listeners and really trying to make the experience of using the product enjoyable. I like the ease with which ChiroHD makes writing notes. The appointments are streamlined and most of our patients really like the text messaging system. I just appreciate that everything is done within the product and we don't have to outsource things like that. I also really appreciate that they are always updating and creating new ways to make it easier to use. It shows that they care about their users and take incredible pride in their product and their hard work.
Cons: There are a couple things I'd like to see changed, namely appointment making and making that process a bit easier. Also, it would be nice to have different text templates that we could utilize in the office for different occasions.
