As I said before. It is overall good. I would sign up with them again. I appreciate the constant improvements they make.
Pros: We first moved to zHealth to have a cloud experience. I was done with servers, licenses and updates. The second thing was customization. zHealth was able to create our own flow and EHR screens inside their system. Made the transition easy for the staff and ofcourse training and onboarding. It has the toys that come with cloud systems like email and txt communication. App integration. And I feel that the cost point is reasonable. Support is good for emergency. They have development Plan that adds features regularly. Also the patient app is free.
Cons: I feel that sometimes the system is designed for wellness individuals or single docs. It can handle locations. But I feel it is slightly less than robust for a big multi Dic clinic. We make it work. We requested some features that would make our life easier and waiting our turn in the development cycle. Overall it is all good.

Excellent. Great product with many additional features. I think the features list is so extensive and would help many chiropractic offices with their admin needs, as well.
Pros: It has everything I need to run my office and more. Texting, online booking, streamlined reports, and comprehensive UX.
Cons: Some small glitches here and there, but the support team is very responsive and accomodating with any concerns.

Its been overall a good experience and fair pricing. The tech support has been helpful and great at follow up.
Pros: Its accessible everywhere with no need to always install software. For the pricing and options available
Cons: The SOAP notes and billing are not as customized as initially presented. There was a bug or update that changed a function I was once able to use.

I love ZHealth features It basically takes the place of a check in associate at the front desk. I love the patient check in feature!
Pros: We have tried many EHRs and ZHealth delivers the most features. We love the customization process. The software flows with our protocols for exams and treatments.
Cons: Not coat efficient for scaling my business. We are growing into multiple docs and locations and the costs could be better for our scenario. Other softwares are more friendly in this way.

Excellent. I have been very happy with the functionality and the Customer Service aspect of zHealth 100%

Documentation is efficient and customizable, scheduling is smooth, and billing integrations have significantly reduced administrative headaches. Love it, I would never switch. I do love how easy it is to use, and I can access it anywhere. Would recommend to all my colleagues.
Pros: Very user friendly, very easy to navigate and easy for my billers to use. I love how they send out reminder texts.
Cons: It was a little easier to use for patients online, patients find it difficult to create an account online

Excellent software for documentation and billing
Pros: Zhealth is a very easy software to learn and use, they always provide an amazing customer service and keep us informed on troubles or new additions
Cons: Not be able to change insurance or facility when a mistake was made

We are very happy with our decision to use zHealth, and we recommend it to other chiropractic offices.
Pros: We have tried other tools for scheduling, online appointment booking, charting, database management, merchant services, etc. and, in our experience, all competitor software/cloud services were far too complicated for our office. And that caused us endless strife. zHealth has been a refreshing change. The platform is simple and user friendly. The support team is responsive and professional. We can count on the Engineering team to roll out updates and fulfill feature requests.
Cons: We would love some advanced reporting options. I expect they will roll out improvements within the year.

Pros: Ease of operation and if you need to talk with someone about an issue response time is great unlike so many other companies

Pros: I am new to this industry/job and Zhealth has made it easy to figure out thru their "help" section on our account, customer service is AMAZING and they have tutorial videos to teach also

My practice is different than most, so this might not be an apples-to-apples comparison. We are a cash membership practice that works on a walk-in basis. We mainly wanted a quick, easy SOAP note and simple patient accounting. While it probably can do this, there were other specific needs we were told the software could handle that we later found out it cannot. The worst thing though was customer service. Initial training went well but as soon as we started questioning how to do certain things and the trainers telling us we can't do that and they weren't sure why sales told us they could, it became harder and harder to get answers. Not very responsive and somewhat deceptive, just to make a sale.
Pros: Potential for voice dictation in SOAP notes looked to be promising.
Cons: Didn't do exactly what we needed, but we were told it would.

Overall, I would recommend ZHealth to providers looking for an overall easy to use program. It has all necessary functions, without a lot of added bells and whistles. Great price for the features.
Pros: Ease of use and setup. Clear, concise billing and patient accounting. Simple to setup for multiple providers. Schedule is simple to read. Love the online patient forms that integrate right into the patient file.
Cons: EOB and claims posting are not as easy as other programs I have used. Also, the reports don't offer a lot of options for narrowing your criteria.

I'm quite happy. Like anything there is a learning curve. Once learned it's very easy. I keep finding new features i didn't know about. They're constantly updating software features. They even take advice and will implement it on the system.
Pros: Talk to text without a big investment or purchase. The price is reasonably low for what you receive.
Cons: I want some macros like another EHR uses. I want to just click and add and not type or speak and spell.

Overall experience has been very positive for our start up clinic with 2 providers and 3 rehab techs.
Pros: Very easy to set up and configure. Templates are straightforward. Very affordable and good claims processing team. Online booking is great.
Cons: Schedule management for team is not easy to adjust for time off or flex schedules. Audit trail of who adjusted appointments and when is not there. Reporting needs a lot of development - but it's coming.

I've used other EHR systems throughout my career in medical and dental billing and zHealth is by far the most versatile and user friendly!!
Pros: I enjoy the fact that we are able to pass on input to the software engineers and updates happen based on our feedback, you can tell that they really value the customers input.
Cons: I wish there was more reporting options, but I have not reported this yet as I've found work-arounds.
