Pros: The software is very straightforward and easy to use. Everything is laid out nicely and makes sense. Chirospring helps to make our life better on a daily basis!
Cons: I have had nothing but a great experience with Chirospring. I do not have any cons from the software and very much appreciate the support we get if we ever need help with anything.

Overall, I like ChiroSpring, its flexibility and support are great. No program is perfect, but I find ChiroSpring is the most user friendly and easiest to navigate for my practice.
Pros: I have been using ChiroSpring for several years. It is a good value for the price when comparing it to other programs I have used. Doing notes are easy, as well as scheduling and Billing (very important). Every software does have the capability to create macros, ChiroSpring makes it straight forward and easy to do. I'd say where ChiroSpring stands out, to me, is their customer support. They never fail to reply to my concerns or problems within an hour to 1 business day. There's also a lot of videos to help explain and trouble shoot problems.
Cons: hmmm. The one thing I wish they would change is: if you change key items, it will affect past notes. I feel that any changes should only affect notes going forward.

Chirospring Desktop has been, overall, good to use as a practice mngt system. customer service can be slow and it bogs down and kicks you out frequently!!! But Chirospring 360 was an overall horrid experience!
Pros: For Chirospring 360 specifically... I liked the idea of everything being in one software... such as patient texting, forms, electronic billing and patient statements could all be included for one price.
Cons: Chirospring 360 seems to have tried to go to far too soon... once we were actually using it, it was way too many steps to do the simplest of things. Providers hated the notes... there were too many options and trying to create or customize your own was very time consuming. Also, in order to have copays, co-insurances and deductible info pull for check out the providers note has to be started and "attached to the fee slip" and even after doing that it did still did not pull correctly or at all... SO MANY STEPS! Maybe if an office did not take payments at the front desk or if they are a CASH ONLY practice this would work for them but every person in our office hated it! And we did all the trainings and watched tons of videos... maybe in 5 years when they have the bugs worked out! Not today!

Great they have been very quick to help! Even communication with [sensitive content hidden] is quick with calls and emails.
Pros: Support and patient experience along with ability to customize our office with notes etc !!!!!!!!!!!

Overall it has been a positive experience. The staff is always kind and willing to answer all of my questions. So many things to learn in the system so their patience is appreciated.
Pros: The ChiroSpring support team is always available for questions and responds in a timely manner! I also think the layout is very user friendly for new and more seasoned chiropractors. It also is very versatile with setting up your preferences in the notes. This software really is all inclusive especially if you get the growthhub package as I did. I love having an online scheduler!
Cons: One of my main complaints is that the software does not autosave a note as you are actively working in it. I also was disappointed out of all of the note templates they had none geared towards pregnancy/perinatal population, and there were none for pediatrics. However, I was able to create my own, it just took some extra time.

We've been satisfied and would recommend it to other practices forsure! The teams are always improving the software and usually if there is a software ''need'' it gets taken care of quickly.
Pros: User interface is great, HIPPA Security, Value for the price, and the Customer Support is usually at least good and sometimes excellent/exceeds our expectations.
Cons: The user interface was slow and clunky on Chirospring desktop but we are excited to transfer to the 360 for better usability and efficiency in our office.

Very good. Date transfer was meh, but that was a function of what they were 'allowed' to bring over from the other software. I truly like this software better and at a better price.
Pros: Ease of use, great tutorials, tracking claims in process, it is a good value for our office, the doctor notes are easy and adequate. Customer support is quick and easy.
Cons: That we can't use our own number for the texting and that it doesn't keep track within the text system (for tasks and assigning tasks to other employees). Need better reports for end of day that could be on one sheet instead of hopping around for all of the info.

We have been with Chirospring for almost 2 years and I haven't had much to complain about throughout the entire term. Before Chriospring we bounced around to a few different software's and just weren't happy with any of them until we found Chirospring.
Pros: I love that it is a very easy software to learn and all of the help they offer if you run into problems. We have gotten so many compliments on the reminders that we send out to patients. Its wonderful to have all of the different options rather than trying to do it yourself.
Cons: On of my least favorite things is that the chief complaints form cant be edited after it has been submitted. I also wish that when you add a product to a patients account you could just add the payment from their unallocated balance rather than adding a new payment or going to a different area to apply the unallocated amount to the product.

CHIROSPRING is a good all in one service with fairly easy to use features. There is a lot to learn but once comfortable with the system, it is a big-time saver. We are now a completely paperless office, and I highly recommend.
Pros: We love the patient portal and patients being able to schedule their own appointments, access records and send messages.
Cons: It is impossible to reach anyone by phone. Emails are responded to promptly. However, there are occasions when what takes several back and forths could be handled in one phone call.

ChiroSpring is very user friendly and easy to use. We love all of the continued improvements and added features.
Pros: ChiroSpring offers fast and easy note taking. I love the Ditto feature! I also love the updated Billing features!
Cons: I would love to add a toggle feature that allows you to hide and unhide the cancelled and rescheduled appointments. It would help us keep the scheduler screen tidy and easier for our providers to see who is actually coming in, but we could also toggle it back to see all of the prescheduled appointments for the day for our front desk staff.

Pros: Value for the money, customer support is exceptional always helps when anyone in the office needs it! To have everything done in 1 platform is wonderful! Billing and payment is easy and smooth. Patient management is easier than our old system.
Cons: There are some things that could be better such as the intake forms for patients, easier way to see notes from other providers in the office, a normal AR Report that shows everything from that day that matches the bank deposit amount!

Easy to use and staff is very helpful when I or my staff have questions. We are also using them to for billing and they have helped streamline our billing and collections.
Pros: The customizable texting and emailing. I can easily choose specific groups of patients to contact. Great for offering promotions based on previous services received, ages, or date of last visit.
Cons: Program can sometimes run a little slow when saving notes but that could also be the computers I'm using.

Very easy and smooth experience, easy to learn and get the hang of. it just makes sense and makes my job easy.

Cons: There are rare instances when the platform seems to be under a heavy load, causing it to run a little slow and take a while to fully refresh a screen or complete a process. It's important to note, though, that this minor performance lag is quite rare. The true strength of the system is its robust reliability, as we almost never experience a total system outage or downtime, making it a highly dependable tool for daily operations.

Overall it has been good, very easy to use and a lot of helpful and useful features, it is also very quick to use.
Pros: I really like how user friendly it is and ability to customized things how you want them. The fee slip feature is smooth and straightforward.
Cons: The financial reports section needs a lot of work. We can never seem to get accurate reports that match our quickbooks and bank accounts. Some employees work off of a bonus structure based on collections and the inaccuracy of reports by Chirospring makes this difficult.

Pros: I like how integrated everything is. Their customer support is really awesome and my biller has been very impressed with the billing ease. I have enjoyed the ability to text with patients and the online scheduling has been game changing! I know other systems have these options (and probably for less money), but I came from a terrible EHR system, so I have been so pleased.
Cons: Sometimes the way the system applies a payment is very weird. If for example, a patient has a$30 copay, occasionally when looking back at the claim history or pay history, the payment will be in two separate payments equaling $30, but it makes fixing an error difficult.

I’ve been a user since 2017 and would never switch to any other platform. I was a Chirotouch user for 5 years previous to this and CHIROSPRING blows away the competition in my opinion. By far the most user friendly.
Pros: The ability to request features adds and the excellent customer service. Over the years I’ve asked for many features to be added and they always accommodate.
Cons: Desktop version doesn’t work with Mac but that’s changed with the 360 version. I will be switching to that version eventually.

The support team is fantastic. They helped and guided me in setting up my custom notes. And have checked back in with me numerous times!!
Pros: Soap notes are clean and efficient note! Support is second to none! They made sure I was was ready to be up and running.
Cons: There are so many options, it can be overwhelming. So many macro to use that are preloaded, and say more than I wanted or needed

We have been very happy with ChiroSpring. The support is fantastic and quick to respond. They are always releasing new features which are exciting to follow. We always recommend it to our colleagues.
Pros: We love the ability to have all our business needs in one location. The EHR is customizable to make it fit your practice needs. Billing is directly integrated. We love being able to utilize texting and email services in the same platform!
Cons: The scheduling system pushes appointments to the right rather than stacking them so it can make it difficult to look at the scheduler view.

It's an easy program to get familiar with. Even after updates. Learning how to use Chirospring and all it's features is not a head-scratcher. If I have any questions or concerns, I am able to reach Chirospring staff rather quickly. I don't have very many complaints.
Pros: I like how there is multiple ways to complete a task, such as applying payments to claims. It's also reassuring any error made is easy to fix.
Cons: I am not a fan of OA45 denial fees. In my honest opinion, we shouldn't be charged a fee for a doctor directed write-off. While we understand Medicare and other payers have their own coding protocols, this denial fee makes our monthly invoices expensive.

We have had ChiroSpring since we started our practice in 2018. We have enjoyed the journey of all the software changes they have gone through.
Pros: How efficient the SOAP notes are. Reduced the time having to spend doing notes but also staying compliant with insurances. Also, love the auto posting for billing.
Cons: The payment history needs to be cleaned up. It makes it hard see when a patient actually made a payment and what the payment was.

Chirospring, its staff, and features have really helped with my documenting. I am very satisfied and would recommend to all colleagues.
Pros: My favorite feature of Chirospring is the customization of SOAP notes. It has allowed me to quickly and efficiently keep documentation. I also like the dependency and quickness of customer support. My questions have always been answered within timely measures.
Cons: Honestly, I am very happy with Chirospring and don't have any features to mention that I don't like.

Overall, we love it. ChiroSpring is always adding new features and improving the current ones, which we love for keeping our office up to date!
Pros: The patients ability to schedule online, or through the app and two way texting have been a great addition to our practice. The patients love the ease of use!
Cons: We are having issues with the patient statements marching what is actually owed. This appears to be an internal issue and are hoping for a resolution soon.

Amazing EHR for Chiropractors whether you are a large scale practice or a small private practice. Insurance claims are streamlined, and any document can be systematically organized however you like it to be for easy record keeping.
Pros: The best thing about ChiroSpring is that they listen and implement changes and updates that doctors and offices actually want! They are a very fair and competitive with their pricing, and their customer support always steps in a helps when needed.
Cons: Certain notetaking features could be improved, but I heard of a new update coming out soon that should address this! Like I said, always working to be a better EHR software.

Overall, I think this program has so much potential in dealing with paperwork. Although not perfect, but it's as close to it than most programs out there. I have used a lot of programs in the past and nothing compares to this.
Pros: The ease of doing Soap notes and also we were able to adapt a new template for our soap note to make it even better.
Cons: The billing aspect was quite complex and can't make a lot of changes to it. Dealing with Personal Injury reports was not easy.
