Pros: The layout of the software is very user friendly. It follows the SOAP format. It is very customizable.

Cons: The process of editing a claim that is already created is a little labor complicated but doable. We have it down now.

Pros: The user interface is straightforward, and office management could not be easier. It's very well organized, easy to implement, and easy to train staff with. Notes are quick, billing is easy, and the system is a breeze.

Cons: The [sensitive content hidden] gave me his word he would not raise his prices, only to raise them. The system also is largely perfect for PART documentation, but somewhat timely when using rehabilitative exercises and other rehab style treatment options.

Pros: Simple navigation and easy to learn on-boarding they walk through how to navigate through the system

Cons: Nothjng i can think of it has eveything covered. If anything more room for customizations would be good

Pros: The accessibility and functionality of the software. It’s easy to create an account and it’s easy to use.

Cons: I’m content with it all. I have no complaints or anything negative to say! I’m excited to use the current software.

Pros: Chirofusion has been an easy transition from our previous software company. The price is by far the best around and the notes are done faster and more complete than our previous software companies.

Cons: Not being able to link family emails or have more than one email in a family. Although a small issue.

Pros: I enjoy how user friendly the system is and how you can view certain details from multiple areas in the software, such as when posting you can edit/view a patients insurance and case info and edit if needed without having to pull up the patients account and then go back to posting

Cons: I have not encountered any cons yet, the system is great! I have worked with other Chiro software's and wish they had features that chirofusion does.

Pros: It is the chiropractors Holy Grail! The soap notes are detailed. The way it keeps up with stats so that you can view them however you choose is awesome.

Cons: The HCFA1500 no longer prints off correctly due to my printer. When I first started using ChiroFusion I had no problem with the text being properly printed in the appropriate boxes.

Pros: Huge system with many facets that cover every end needed for a successful chiropractic clinic - regardless of size.

Cons: The push for using OpenEdge terminal. I can respect that this is the deal they have together but the need to upsell it is tiring.

Pros: It’s flexible, complete, stays updated and is truly intuitive. And I actually enjoy using it -- which I don't think I've ever said before about an EMR.

Cons: Inability to migrate all my prior EMR data to Chirofusion, but that's not their fault. It's apparently a universal problem.

Pros: Absolutely the best Software for Chiropract, so fast and reliable. Recommend 10/10! Definitely will be recommending.

Cons: Nothing to dislike! Everything is great :) I tried everything and did not find anything to dislike..

Pros: Our patients love the text reminder function as well as the ability to one-click email receipts from the payment screen.

Cons: There truly isn't much to mention. The systems desire to refresh to the top of the screen while approving charges is a bit annoying.

Pros: The look is fresh and green. The font is good and easy to use.

Cons: I would like for it to keep track of all the appointments a patient was seen and for it to have easier dashboard so when you want to see how many times the client came in it would say or show 5 times or 6 times instead of you having to put notes in system to see the info.

Pros: I am a new user about two weeks in but I like the simplicity of the program and the monthly pricing options. I was able to implement it right away and the training provided only uncovered hidden ways to make things even simpler.

Cons: I haven't come across any major issues as of yet. I would say the only thing that is a hinderence is perhaps having to add the extras like electronic intake, online appointment scheduling and text reminders but for the price it is not bad.

Pros: ChiroFusion autofills the notes after the initial follow-up so you only need to make change as needed instead of retyping everything in. Billing is also super easy as al relevant infomation is already input for you. Their customer service is great also.

Cons: There are not really any cons. Maybe that I cannot open more then one window of ChrioFusion at a time? When I do the billing while working the front desk I cannot switch between the tabs but I was able to make a separate login for just billing and can sign into that one on another tab to help with this. I feel like this problem wouldn't affect most offices though.

Pros: The ability to do so many office procedures on one platform.

Cons: Like any software, it takes time to learn

Pros: It has made billing to insurance and creating details notes more efficient for our practice.

Cons: You can only use One email per account, when gets tricky with treating a lot patients kids. People do not like having to come up with so many emails.

Pros: The ease of note taking and modification capabilities for subsequent visits.

Cons: That I cannot customize the reminder text.

Pros: ONCE you learned how to use the program, it was easy to follow, but getting to know it was a problem. IF you wanted to speak with someone to ask a question, you had to pay them a fee for 3 months of questions.

Cons: customer support. sure they'll email you back, but they will tell you that you need to watch their video demo's to answer your question. and if you think it's easier to just speak with someone over the phone, better get your checkbook out, because it's gonna cost you.

Pros: Nothing the worst experience ever. Data disappears! Customer support is non-existent.

Cons: Lack of customer support. You can’t reach a human. Everything is automated and they don’t return calls.

Pros: Workflow of the entire system, soap notes are easy to create and sign.

Cons: Ability to create fast narrative reports.

Pros: The chiro analysis part of the soap notes is intuitive and makes charting smooth

Cons: Lack of ability to pull reports like number of soaps providers have signed during a given week, etc

Pros: That their customer service is very efficient.

Cons: There is not much to unlike, I know that there are a few changes that are happening with the system. I just hope that some of the options that users have submitted can be incorporated into the system.
