I feel that it's a good management tool for appointments and keeping records.i find it easy to use and accessible.
Pros: It is a very user friendly platform, managing appointments is straightforward and accessible for me and my clients via the portal, I find scheduling appointments easier and I am able to put the relevant information on the appointment.
Cons: I sometimes run out of the free online appointments which are assigned to me by the administration and I did run out of airtime in the middle of an appointment.

My experience with Zanda was overly complex at first especially when it has was my first time using this product, but with time it was easy although I still feel they product should improve in speed and performance.
Pros: The aspects that it helps health records and medicals scheduling, patient records, and health tech records such such clinical notes and secure storage of data.
Cons: It occasionally slow at times and lags while loading data. It's has complex interface find it hard at first.

My overall experience with Zanda is good. It is one simple platform with total control & that makes things easy to access.
Pros: I like that Zanda helps by managing the administrative load. It makes a lot of things easier & simple.
Cons: I feel like the calendar can be it bit more updated. Maybe making it look a bit more modern would be a good idea.

See above, pretty well sums it up. When the software is working it's fantastic. When it doesn't, it's like pulling teeth to be heard or seen by the developers, while they treat you like a junior staff member in their office because they're too lazy to do anything for themselves. It's actually disgusting.
Pros: This software does almost everything one could need from clinic software. There's not much left wanting, except the ability to manage and track batch numbers on herbal products.
Cons: $8e

Overall very happy with the features and they are always updating and adding new features and improvements.
Pros: Designed for allied health professsionals. Wide range of features including integrated telehealth, SMS reminders, customisable forms and note templates, online bookings and client portal.
Cons: Would like the option of phone support rather than only email or chat - you can book a phone session but booked out for weeks so this doesn't work for urgent issues. Would also love more features in the client portal eg sharing of documents.

I have continually been amazed and thrilled on discovering what Zanda is able to do and the simple and efficient way that I have been able to use so many features.
Pros: Zanda has proven to be user friendly, affordable, intuitive and so much better than any expectation had for it.
Cons: Honestly, what is there not to like. The cherry on the cake has been the addition of AI created note taking. I didn’t expect this as I never believed it was possible!!!
David G. · Counsellor · Mental Health Care · April 29, 2025
To be honest, I wouldn't recommend Zanda to anyone. Although is fully remote, I think it's missing many useful features and is not user friendly.
Pros: I enjoy that it is an integrated system where you can do pretty much everything related to bookings and communications in one place.
Cons: I don't like that Zanda is not user friendly. There is not a simple way to do things on this app, everything has several ways to do done and is quite confusing.
Ines R. · Practice Administrator · Mental Health Care · April 17, 2025
Pros: I really like how easy is to do everything on this platform.
Cons: The onboarding process is so smooth and instructive, that I was able to learn how to use it fairly quickly.
Vinicius G. · Software Engineer · Computer Software · April 12, 2025
I like how it is about 10 bucks a month to get it started, so not too burdensome for a private practitioner.
Pros: I like how I can use the app on my phone to have access of my profiles.
Cons: Some parts of use can be confusing. Not as smooth as the other similar I have for the past.

Fantastic overall experience, I'm very happy with this program.
Pros: This is a great program that meets my business needs. It's so easy to use, and well integrated with other software. There are so many great features! The templates are easy to personalise, with fields I can merge into my emails. While I was setting up my business on this platform I was able to have all my questions answered through the chat function or the knowledge base. I love the client portal that makes client bookings so easy. When I send out forms they are automatically attached to my clients' Zanda file once they are completed, with no need for me to manually file them.
Cons: I did not know about the fees associated with sending out texts through Zanda before I signed up. I would have liked to know about these costs.

The calendar filters are amazing easy to use every new pops up and you only see that day (unless scheduling)
Pros: I like the easy navigation, calendar filters, invoicing
Cons: It was a little complicated but once able to explore it it was smooth.
Jenni B. · Counselor · Individual & Family Services · March 5, 2025
I came across Zanda through and LinkedIn post and tried it and was fascinated by its features, it has improved my throughput as now I am easy able to handle my meetings and any review or revision from my client.
Pros: It has made me possible to manage and schedule my meetings with my clients effectively
Cons: Personally don't find much dislike but I have used both desktop and mobile versions and can say that the mobile version lacks most of the amazing features which can be improved.

I have used half a dozen other practice management systems. This is the easiest and meets my needs best.
Pros: The user interface is intuitive and usable. I can visualise my progress notes for previous consultations easily by scrolling down. Notes autosave as drafts, which is great. The calendar integrates with my phone, so I can see multiple calendars simultaneously. I can build customised templates with autofill fields easily. It integrates with sms, email, and Telehealth.
Cons: The calendar integration sometimes takes time to synchronise changes to bookings. The letter/report templates don’t autosave and sometimes I have lost work. It can be tricky to attach documents to emails. The practitioner permissions don’t allow me to make changes to my roster.

I've learned a lot about your system. I still don't know how to add insurances.
Pros: scheduling was good. I like how I'm able to access pt notes and billing directly from the calendar. Having Stripe made transactions very easy once the client's credit card information was entered.
Cons: Not automated with sending email messages and intake forms

Great system to use, easy to learn and great for clients
Pros: The ease for which clients can book appointments and the classificatiin setting for practitioners
Cons: Interface can be tricky between pc and mobile

We are still under using Power Diary, but it is easy to show others what to do to get started. In a short time they have told me what it can do. It's great.
Pros: It saves me a lot of time, I can see at a glance if my clients will be attending, I can look back over their attendance easily when asked. I can schedule down time for myself and others on my team. It prevents double bookings. P.D. just streamlines my office work, and I save staff member time.
Cons: My own lack of time to get the full benefit of the functionality P.D. is capable of.

Although I found the learning curb steep at the beginning, I really love PowerDiary and have actually refused becoming an affiliate with various mental health services because I don't want to have to use their system instead of my PowerDiary one.
Pros: I love the range of services PowerDiary offers and that I can do EVERYONE in one setting. PowerDiary allows me to schedule/book appointments, send automated communications, create assessment and templates, write my notes, track who's paid and who still owes me a payment, having video sessions, and so much more. Best of all, PowerDiary is always open for suggestions about ways they can improve the system and unlike lots of other services, they actually implement the changes then contact everyone informing them of the updates. I also love that if I have any questions about something on PowerDiary, I can chat with someone in realtime for help or schedule a meeting with someone who will guide me in a one-to-one session.
Cons: I sometimes still get stuck when it comes to how to navigate third-party bulk payments, but a quick refresher always gets me to where I need to be.

Alright but could see improvements in their software features
Pros: Accessibility to make bookings straight away virtually online
Cons: The features to reduce lag on its software.
Nina C. · FL Administrative · Financial Services · October 15, 2024
Very positive- it is easy to use and helps reduce my admin time.
Pros: Clinical notes are quick and you can make templates to speed up the admin process. There are lots of additional features you can use e.g., invoicing, custom emails. Customer service and support is brilliant!
Cons: It's a good product but I still don't use it for report writing as it is not fit for my purpose yet.
Naomi A. · Speech and Language Therapist · Primary/Secondary Education · July 24, 2024
love it! It has met all my needs and the customer service when first starting was so helpful!
Pros: I love that I am able to do everything in one place, it keeps me organized and on track with things that can be overwhelming with business
Cons: I wish each invoice could be done individually based on my accounting system -I wish I could use Square for payments -I wish I could have the client screen get small (like zoom) when I am moving between windows

Unbelievable! A life changer for our medical practice!
Pros: Coming from the medical aesthetics industry, our options for medical software and calendar management was appalling and many dinosaur softwares out there. Power Diary is modern, efficient, simple to use and our company would be absolutely lost without it now. Everytime we have a question, someone chats to us without 2 minutes - this is RARE. Normally you just get a bot. Power Diary and the entire team who worked behind the scenes to set us up were amazing!
Cons: SMS fee's add up by the time you send reminders to all patients.
Lauren F. · General Manager · Medical Practice · June 9, 2024
Pros: I absolutely love the support and how quickly power diary provide feedback
Cons: When there are times it is not working due to technical complications
Anonymous User · Psychologist · Mental Health Care · April 25, 2024
Pros: The ease of use, has improved productivity.
Cons: When applying a note or comment to an invoice, I do not like that the receiver can not view these. If we have sent an invoice multiple times (we record every time it is sent in this comment section), it would be beneficial if the receiver could see this as well.
Pieta H. · Practice Manager · Mental Health Care · April 22, 2024
I have found power diary to be really easy and useful to use. If I have ever had a problem, the support team always respond pretty quick. There is lots of features that I use that help run my practice for me. A great all-round system to use.
Pros: The user interface, easy to use, lots of really useful features, professional software to use. Great online booking experience
Cons: It doesn't integrate with square for payments, it only does stripe. Would be really useful if it did Square It doesnt sync with apple ical
James G. · Therapist · Alternative Medicine · April 12, 2024
Pros: It is easy to use and allows you to organise appointments easily. I like that it sends out automated reminders - SMS and email.
Cons: The only flaw I've discovered is that public holidays aren't automatically in the diary.
