my overall experience with Remedly is positive. it is definitely something I would overall recommend. I haven't had any issues to change that experience.
Pros: it was really easy to set up, its easy to navigate through. i haven't had any issues with this service since using it.
Cons: nothing at all. only issue ive ever had while using this platform is losing signal, however, no issues with software itself.

Very good the best software that I have come across recently to help alleviate the stress that can come with a work day.
Pros: Very easy to navigate the platform and made it helpful when I had questions with the customer support team.
Cons: There are not very many dislikes about the platform although it would be nice to have a cloud linked for storage.

The software is intuitive and comprehensive, but could be easier to customize. It makes our work more fluid as it combines different business segments, such as scheduling, practice and billing modules altogether.
Pros: It meets my overall needs and allows the team to access the schedule easily. The daily programming is easy to access and manage, so the service is faster and more professional.
Cons: Some features could be easier to customize and the customer support is a bit difficult to reach and solve the problems.

Pros: Making notes during visit is fast and I can pull labs or meds history without click hunt. Billing side talks to charts so no double entry needed.
Cons: Mobile view cuts stuff weird and sometimes I lose changes if I switch tabs too fast, plus updates log me out in middle of typing.

I generally enjoyed using it, and the free plan covered most of the needs I have for my practice.
Pros: I like how it is easy to operate, and it did take me much time to get comfortable with the platform.
Cons: It will cost me over 250 a month after the free trial if I need something more advanced.

Remedly makes managing a healthcare practice much easier, but expect to spend a bit of time getting familiar with its various features.
Pros: What I liked most about Remedly is how it combines EHR, practice management, and billing into one platform.

The user experience improved and thus increased the customer base, in addition to the quality and ease of work improving.
Pros: It facilitates daily programming, thus streamlining daily activities and automating tasks that are repetitive and take up valuable time. I like it because you can have all the medical records of each patient in a very orderly manner so that when the patient is attended to, the service is faster and more professional.
Cons: There is nothing bad that I dislike. They have always provided good service.

Overall Remedly is an excellent platform and makes our life easier. We can streamline our workflow and be better organized and manage our clinic.

Cons: I thought the cost was a bit high, however the size of our company and usage allows us to justify this expense.

I feel like Remedy needs a serious overhaul and update. I feels like software back in the 2010s.
Pros: Scheduling is intuitive and comprehensive.
Cons: The software is clunky. Navigating between modules feels very archaic. The flow is not seemless and is slow. The menu system is extremely confusing and not at all intuitive.

Experience has been well so far! No complaints other than the one mentioned above.
Pros: I like that the website is pretty self explanatory. & customer service is always quick to respond if I have any questions!
Cons: I wish I was able to adjust cards to active subscriptions without having to cancel subscription and create a new one. Other than that, I can’t really think of anything else.

Pros: THE Calendar- The way it visually flows- the reports- colors easy to navigate and set up, works well in practice that is PAPER CHARTS STILL
Cons: would like to copy an appoint and paste- like Brickle use to do not duplicate of move - Just simple copy/ cut past in a different slot

Pros: Remedly is very easy to use! I like the ability to build my own templates to fit my style of documentation.
Cons: Mostly it is user error. I get lost on how to use some of the functions.

Remedly has been helpful with daily scheduling and recording financial activity. Cost per month is expensive…our office does not use or bill insurance & we still use paper charts. It would be more cost effective if we could “pay per segment” used. (We do not utilize most of what Remedly offers).
Pros: Ability for patients to complete & submit their own health information and make payments on the portal.
Cons: Only 2 credit card processing companies that will interface with Remedly (their rates are not competitive). Prescription refills authorized in the Rcopia portal are not recorded in Remedly. Unable to see or print prescription refills in Remedly.

I have had great experience with customer service and overall the intuitive nature of Remedly. I appreciate them continuing to grow features and hope they will continue to take clinic needs into account to keep easing user experience.
Pros: Versatility in scheduling and a full EMR platform.
Cons: Sometimes the system is cumbersome and has hard time adapting to my complexities as a clinic.

We have been using Remedly for a year and a half now, and overall I am very happy with the system. It's robust enough to fit our needs, but not overly complicated like some other systems are. As a smaller practice, this was an important point for us, because we don't need the same heft in our system as a large hospital. So I can only speak to a smaller practice experience, and it has been wonderful.
Pros: I like how quickly we were able to get our practice up and running, and that the EHR system was relatively quick to learn. We also like how responsive the Remedly team is to questions and addressing needs. They are also very proactive at fixing issues when they do occur.
Cons: There are a couple integration items that I'd like to see changed, such as insurance payments through the RCM system being reflected in the EHR system without a team member having to manually apply it. But the pros outweigh the cons, and we have good workarounds.

Outstanding!! Customer Service is very resonsive and [sensitive content hidden] has been outstanding. The tutorials tutorials 7/10 - not horrible, but could be a bit more organized and polished.
Pros: Customer service is outstanding. Help is a phone call away.
Cons: We are still working on the integration with our credit card machine. I do understand that Remedly can not interface with everyone.

Pros: How easy it is for patients to get in touch with all the information they need to have on hand and also it takes a weigh off our shoulders at the moment of the consultation have them already come in with all the documentation filled.
Cons: Some details could be made more specific and for example on the campaigns we should be able to leave drafts done and then send them once we're ready instead of losing them if we don't send them right away. However, as we noticed this things we always make sure to let [sensitive content hidden] now and she communicates said chances of improvement.
