Pros: Value for money, Easy to use, Loaded with features. I have been using pabau for an aesthetics skin clinic and it has been great in support
Cons: I have not yet fully utilised Pabau, as still using it, however so far I have not expereiced and issue

Overall, my experience has been very positive. It has made day-to-day operations much smoother and more predictable. There’s less confusion between team members, and everything feels more coordinated, especially during busy periods.
Pros: What I find most useful is how it helps coordinate everything happening in the clinic at the same time. You can clearly see who is booked where, what treatments are happening, and how the day is structured, which makes managing the overall flow much easier.
Cons: Because it offers so many operational tools, it takes a bit of time to understand how to optimise workflows fully. However, once you’ve adjusted it to your clinic, it actually becomes very efficient and saves a lot of time.

Overall the process has been quick, easy, efficient and we are happy we made a switch to this CRM! If you own a medspa or anything similar we would recommend that you do the same!
Pros: The fact everyone helps you and they do not let you lift a finger! They have dedicated staff member to support with each aspect of the process.
Cons: Nothing so far, we have had an excellent experience and do not have any negative comments! The staff are efficient and make the system easy to use.

Amazing so far I’ve only joined a couple of months ago. I’ve been working specifically with [sensitive content hidden] who has helped me from scratch. She’s been exceptional; really took time to understand exactly what I need and helped me build just that. [sensitive content hidden] has been so patient and has helped me pretty much from a to Z of how to use the software and the features that will benefit me and my clinic specifically.
Pros: Informative, simple to use and plentiful resource for private clinics. I like how pabau integrates with signature rx specifically
Cons: Some limitations in questionnaire builds. Not ideal but we go with it. I suppose the other features then compensated for this

Very good experience as I feel more professional in running a clinic without having to scramble through paperwork.
Pros: The in depth software. Pabau helps run every aspect of my aesthetic business. From the simplest of needs like appointment calender and point of sale to running teams, doing tax and daily balance sheets. The whole system is digitalised to be efficient in this modern world.
Cons: It takes time to learn the whole system. There is a lot of personalisation that goes into the system and very time consuming.

Love all the features and can't wait to put them to goo use. I like that you can start and continue to use other AI systems and link them inthe marketing packages so not really havnig to start from stratch
Pros: I like that it's easy to use, the support system in place is incredible and you can book sessions to understand topics more
Cons: nothing really... there's a lot to cover but don't dislike it. I think maybe having 1 account rep to go to would be more beneficial.

so far good, customer support has been good and efficient in setting up our account and showing us all the features.
Pros: User friendly and has smart and helpful features. Allows multiple users and can integrate to your website and other social media platforms.
Cons: The downside is that it is more expensive than other CRM available, and they are increasing fee soon too.

I cancelled it and switch to carepatron which has been great. It is a lot easier to set up and I was able to use it daily. I was not able to ever figure out Pabau, it is probably great if you can get it set up, but I am a small practice and had a hard time contacting support.
Pros: I didn't like Pabau, it was super difficult to use. I had to replace it with Carepatron which was much more intuitive.
Cons: I found it clunky and very difficult to use. I was not able to ever set it up and paid for months without ever getting any benefit.

So far, I have had an incredible experience. I feel supported and like I am truly receiving what I am paying for and more.
Pros: I recently started with Pabau and so far their value, customer support, and offerings have checked all of the boxes. I have trials three other EMR systems and Pabau definitely offers more than the others.
Cons: The only con is that they are a UK based company and I am in the US. They have still worked to ensure that I am taken care of even with the time change.

I have used Pabau for about 8 years now. It is easy to work your way around the system once you because used to using it. Even through changing from Pabau to Pabau 2.
Pros: I enjoy following the client journey. Keeps me in check so I don’t forget to complete the photos or any forms that should be completed.
Cons: At times certain functions can glich or not allow you to save new information. Pabau can usually sort these problems out fairly quickly.
