Cons: It is a bit costly but they worked with us to get it within our price range which really helped get this much needed tool.

As a content creator, WorkRamp is a great tool to use. You are able to upload SCORM files, however the inbuilt tools make creating courses much easier and quicker. It was a straight forward tool to use.
Pros: Using WorkRamps native tools made it easy to quickly build courses and modules. There are plenty of options to leverage including SCORM, so courses were able to include multiple interactive elements.
Cons: The reporting functionality was not very robust. Additionally, we were unable to integrate with Salesforce which prevented us from offering a single platform to our partners.

Overall it’s easy to use and does an effective job in managing training for our company.
Pros: Workramp makes it easy to keep track of and stay on top of my training. Crucial for smooth onboarding.
Cons: I think the mobile version is lacking in terms of user experience.

Overall I’m satisfied and always happy using. No regrets so far, and continue to be happy.
Pros: I was told by a friend about the product and functions. Was skeptical initially but tried it and was amazed by its great features. I recommend this to any small, medium, or big business.
Cons: Overall, I’m satisfied and will recommend to anyone looking in to buy.

WorkRamp has been a helpful tool for streamlining employee training and onboarding. The platform makes it easy to create structured training programs for baristas and staff, ensuring consistency in customer service, safety protocols, and product knowledge
Pros: WorkRamp helps with training, onboarding, or managing staff.
Cons: Some staff may find the platform overwhelming at first.

I have completed numerous trainings through WorkRamp and have had a great experience with all the trainings. However, the video quality could be improved as the sound volume seems to quiet.
Pros: After completing a training, you can easily go back and review the content.
Cons: The tiles in WorkRamp are a little cumbersome; I feel it's not very organized and is somewhat difficult to locate a specific training
Courtney K. · Registered Dietitian · Health, Wellness and Fitness · January 15, 2025
Easy to use platform and a good place to review training you have done in the past.
Pros: We receive a lot of workramp training, it's an easy to use platform on a day to day basis
Cons: Some training requires to take videos, the uploading part sometimes gets stuck and if you want to bypass this is impossible
Nynke S. · Sales representative · Computer & Network Security · January 13, 2025
If it wasnt do expensive it would be the number 1 learning software in my opimion
Pros: How its sll in one . You can train your employees or customer's with a click if s button.
Cons: The price. J have close to 200 employee's and it costs me around 18000.00

Overall, Workramp is a great resource as an online learning platform used by my organization and department. It is simple to use and gets the job done.
Pros: Workramp is easy to use with it's simple user interface. It makes learning and creating different learning paths and courses very simple, with no prior technical knowledge necessary.
Cons: The experience on mobile could be better as it is less intuitive and harder to navigate. However, this may be due to the smaller screen real estate available.
Aiman Z. · HR Coordinator · Marketing and Advertising · January 9, 2025
Pros: Easy to use and user friendly. I was able to use it for learning courses and company content, it was easy to navigate
Cons: This might be a setting but it would be nice if we could skip some of the videos and content. I wasn’t able to jump from one section to another.
Kenneka W. · Technical support · Information Technology and Services · January 2, 2025
Overall Workramp is great, it allows me to create internal content to share my knowledge with other coworkers. It is reliable and gets the job done.
Pros: The biggest pro about WorkRamp is the user-friendly interface, making it intuitive for creators to create courses and users to indulge in learnings. The integration with Slack is also very useful, for organizations that primarily use Slack.
Cons: There is limited offline access to WorkRamp. If there was a future offline mode that would be great.
Terence Z. · Technical Support · Information Technology and Services · December 31, 2024
My experience in WorkRamp has been excellent. They provides a best solution for employee training with best features that help to manage and improve performance.
Pros: It is easy to track progress and gather the feedback.
Cons: As of now there is no disklike in WorkRamp.
Varun K. · Marketing Manager · Marketing and Advertising · December 21, 2024
Pros: Simplicity of creating learning guides for company
Cons: Not enough features to help employees with efficiency, search bar, no options to pull up most used guides
Ghasi R. · Supervisor · Apparel & Fashion · December 20, 2024
Overall my experience has been wonderful.
Pros: Very easy to navigate. Lets me know what i need to complete and what i have already done, right on the dashboard
Cons: It glitched a couple times, when it came to take a test. I had to reach out to get it fixed.
Shelbi D. · Inventory Control · Warehousing · December 16, 2024
It is a solid platform for creating and delivering engaging training programs for teams.
Pros: I used it to onboard new hires, and the interactive modules made training fun and easy to follow.
Cons: Uploading larger training videos took longer than expected, but once uploaded, they played smoothly.
amit s. · Technical Lead · Program Development · December 13, 2024
Pros: WorkRamp is really simple to use and has 95% of the features we need. It's flexible enough to allow us to build effective learning paths, challenges and onboarding curricula.
Cons: The reporting suite - for both employees and customers clouds - could be improved in terms of customization and schedule delivery options (e.g. SFTP).
Mike T. · Director, Product Training · Information Technology and Services · October 25, 2024
We migrated from Lessonly to Workramp. Workramp was able to migrate the content that was built in Lessonly as we had no way to export it. The implementation was smooth and we had a successful launch with 50% of our employees visiting the new site on Day 1. Since then we have been through a few CSMs which seems to be common with vendor support. Our first and current CSM have been great at both support and knowledge of the platform. I feel like my feedback is truly heard and I see product updates that are valuable to me and my team.
Pros: Ease of use for both the learner and the admins. Assignment Automation Libraries Being able to log in as a user to troubleshoot Permission Levels Room to grow - currently we only use the company learning but nice to know we can add a customer-facing instance for external learning as we grow. Ability to create content in the platform without needing SCORM tools My Team Manager View Events
Cons: Inability to reassign content on an ad-hoc basis Reporting has room to grow - an opportunity for a "from scratch" report Personalized Branding could be more robust No visibility into email notifications sent to learners
Kellie M. · Manager, Learning and Development · Utilities · October 11, 2024
We have received excellent support from the WorkRamp team [sensitive content hidden]. They have answered our every question and helped us think through how to best set-up WorkRamp to meet the needs of our staff. The platform is intuitive and offers an array of tools to make learning effective and engaging. We are so grateful to have this opportunity to partner with WorkRamp!
Pros: WorkRamp is intuitive to use. As a facilitator and learning designer, I appreciate the many tools WorkRamp provides to create content that is interactive and engaging. The reporting is powerful and will allow us to empower our supervisors to engage actively with their team's learning. We are also able to integrate all of our existing content (from google slides) seemlessly with WorkRamp. Highly recommend!
Cons: The only aspect of WorkRamp that I have found less intuitive are the automations and the logic around that. Would love that to become easier to understand.
Amy K. · Associate Director, Learning and Development · Political Organization · October 10, 2024
Great! They are attentive and open to our feedback. The product is always being enhanced and continues to get better everyday.
Pros: The team is responsive to our requests and takes our input into their product update decisions. I also appreciate the clean and easy to use UX.
Cons: There are limitations in the customizations you can make when creating content. There are fewer engagement tools available.
Molly L. · Senior Talent Development Specialist · Computer Software · October 9, 2024
Initially our implementation was rough. However, our second year and going into our third year with the platform, I feel its been a much better experience. A lot of the features we asked for for Academy and the ELC, have been built with our asks in mind. The full training report, tracking time spent/time estimated, carousel, leaderboard. All great things! I will also say that Emma Huntoon is such an amazing CSM. We can talk shop for hours and she is really passionate about what she does. She makes me heard and she is constantly trying to help me find remedies and solutions to challenges.
Pros: I really like how intuitive the platform is. In addition, the help center and training materials are easily digestible and even inspiring for our own instructional design. My favorite feature about the platform is full content export and the Training Report. Those two features provide so munch insight into what we're doing. It provides me a full 360 view into our content and our learners.
Cons: With anything, you discover functionality you wish you had but don't have; however, my CSM, Emma Huntoon is AMAZING and documents all our functionality requests and a lot of them have come to fruition.
Kaylynn P. · Learning and Development Operations Specialist · Consumer Services · October 9, 2024
Masha is so helpful and always takes our feedback back to the product team. We appreciate the ongoing support!
Pros: Workramp allows out lean team to nimbly create and modify training resources and paths for our organization. We do not have an instructional designer due to our size, however, Workramp allows L&D to deliver a great experience and build content simply.
Cons: When updating content for a pathway, we have to copy and create a new pathway as any new content is reassigned to those having completed the pathway.
Claire J. · Sr Manager, Learning · Computer Software · October 9, 2024
Pros: Intuitive and great customer support!!!!
Cons: I wish there was a reset exam feature or it was easier to reset an entire path for a user.
