Overall, we are utilizing Nerdio for a handful of our clients for different types of usage scenarios. The management portal is easy to navigate and it gives clear understanding of how everything is running. Troubleshooting steps are clear and their customer support team is knowledgeable when tickets are created for assistance. They have articles that guide you through set up, updating the golden image, etc.
Pros: Being able to manage, setup and monitor Azure virtual machines all in one place is extremely handy and Nerdio does this very well. Management over those VMs is straightforward, easy to use and provides clear logging information. We can also manage M365 users, account creation, user sessions, you name it. This tool is a fantastic AVD/virtual desktop management system, that has some great customizable features that fit various types of environments.
Cons: When a VM or AVD goes to "sleep" per se so not to consume resources, it can sometimes sit in a state that prevents users from connecting.

Setting up an Azure environment is fairly simple. Managing the environment and users within the environment is also much easier than doing all through Microsoft's tools.
Pros: Nerdio makes Azure much easier to use and setup. We don't need a super difficult Microsoft certification to get an Azure environment setup.

Pros: What I liked most is the customer service. They were invaluable in answering any questions I had or troubleshoot issues.
Cons: There really isn't much that I like least. There was a couple times that response time was a little longer than expected, but it wasn't anything really unreasonable at all. I'm just Impatient.
