I have used DoiT for nearly 2 years and the experience has been fantastic. Their team is incredibly responsive whenever we need support or have technical questions about the product or AWS billing in general.
Pros: The main feature we use is the cost reporting, which is really helpful to share with other teams so they can take ownership of their usage, and cost anomaly alerts are helpful to keep on top of changes.
Cons: The cost query interface was different to what I was used to in the past, just took a bit to get used to

Pros: We’ve had a great experience working with DoiT. Their Product and Engineering teams are always supportive and go the extra mile to make things easier for us. The Cost Anomalies alerts have been a game changer — they proactively notify us about any unusual cost spikes, helping us stay on top of our cloud spend. The Insights feature is another favorite, constantly surfacing new opportunities to optimise and improve efficiency. Overall, DoiT has made cloud management much more transparent and manageable for our team.
Cons: I'm really happy with the platform and the people behind it!.

My Overall Experience with DoiT My experience with DoiT has been overwhelmingly positive. From the start, their team demonstrated deep technical knowledge and a genuine commitment to helping us succeed. They provided proactive support, helped optimize our cloud usage, and offered insights that significantly reduced our costs without compromising performance.
Pros: I use the support to resolve issues and to guide us to new products on GCP and they help us to get the best result. Good Services and Support , Dashboards are decent , Cloud Trail is nice.
Cons: Cant choose where from to use support or choose the specifiec person to ask. I hope they will be a bit more proactive with issues that we don't use and can be very important, such as cost control

Overall, it’s been a pleasure working with them, and we truly value the support and partnership they’ve provided.
Pros: We’ve been working with Doit for a few years now and can always rely on their support—whether it’s for cloud services or cost optimization. Their team has consistently provided us with detailed, technical advice during production incidents. We’ve found their cloud cost reports to be significantly better than the vendors’—easy to read and analyze. They’ve helped us build a FinOps foundation within our company and shift from simply spending in the cloud to actively saving. They are proactive and genuinely eager to help, offering presentations to educate our team and suggesting ways to improve.
Cons: No issues so far, except sometimes we need to compare 2 distinct months on cost reports but they don't support it

We've significantly improved our governance model, reduced our overall cloud spend, and increased operational efficiency across our multi-cloud ecosystem.
Pros: DoiT enabled us to bring all our cloud expenses together under one roof. Their platform gave us the visibility and control that we needed to manage our cloud financials effectively. Leveraging their FinOps capabilities, we were able to consolidate our cloud costs and build a comprehensive toolkit to monitor and optimize our usage. Features like Flexsave and Spot Scaling made it easy to reduce costs without compromising performance, something critical for us and our workloads.
Cons: The forecast functionality in the reporting área of the FinOps console. It has a lack of accuracy.

Overall we have been very satisfied; we don't often need customer support, as we have our own DevOps team, but when we do need it, it's available promptly.
Pros: DoiT provides a valuable service that not only costs us nothing, but actually saves us money. They promptly respond to our queries, and proactively notify us about infrastructure problems, and they provide us dashboards and metrics to monitor our services and spending.
Cons: There isn't much to dislike. An API to export spending information would be valuable to enable us to create combined reports, so maybe that's something they can implement in the future.

Cons: Lack of integrations, for example with chat gpt. We can add automation to analyze costs automatically instead of getting notified all the time. Cost monitoring is a serious priority in our company

Pros: Their support was superior to AWS Enterprise support! Their dashboards are intuitive and very helpful. FlexSave saved us a ton of money. Their Rep and Tech team was greatly helpful with all requests, from creating budgets and reports to providing guidance on how to save money.
Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. Overall, it is a much superior product to AWS's comparable offerings.

I am very happy with DoiT. I would always look to them as a partner.
Pros: DoiT are supporting us as we migrate to the cloud. They appreciate that as we migrate, the more successful we will be, and the more profitable our relationship with them. They have gone above and beyond to support us.
Cons: Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to get specialist help. However, when you are setting up MongoDB Kafka Connect through MSK Connect, it's amazing that they have staff with first hand experience.

Easy to use, have a competent team that helps you in need. I think it is very good.
Pros: I like that things are getting done the way i want them to be.
Cons: I don't like that the time for answers to my questions is usually the next day(maybe because of the time zones?) and sometimes this causes problems

We are fairly new to DoiT, but they have been a pleasure to deal with so far.
Pros: More comprehensive and proactive tech support and cost management than we could get from AWS, at no additional cost to us. AWS is a complex and constantly changing environment, and DoiT provides us in senior management with expertise covering the potential "don't know what we don't know" gap.
Cons: Extremely minor point: we no longer earn credit card points on payment of AWS bills, since DoiT requires ACH payment.

Very positive experience, I have raised a a couple of support tickets which have had very fast responses and a good level of quality support.
Pros: The cost analytics dashboard it very useful as an easy overview of cloud cost.The support has been very helpful.In theory the Flexsave product, however we have not reached the minimum hourly spend to benefit from it, but we might soon.
Cons: It would be nice if the cost dashboard was integrated with Kubecost (or alternatives) to include Kubernetes spend.
