Pros: It's easy to understand and use. It covers the key things we need at the start - keeping track of employees, vacation days, opening a few job posts,s etc.
Cons: Not much at the moment. To be honest, we've been using it for the basics and have not delved into much detail yet.

Pros: The customer support team is helpful. There are a handful of features that are helpful for smaller non-profit businesses.
Cons: The pricing could be more competitive/lower to accommodate business (nonprofits) that are start up and don't have state /grant funding.

It's been really good, one of the best I've experienced. I've been in HR for about 8 years and worked with Oracle mostly, and in Nigeria, we worked with a few African based companies and TalentHR thus far has had the best customer service. Yes there, always room for improvement, but so far so good, and easy to use. So I know my team in Nigeria will have a great time working with TalentHR and have no problem learning the ins and outs.

Pros: While looking up HR platforms, I came across TalentHR and saw immediately that they had all aspects of HR for an up-in-coming company and as a HR team of 1. The customer service is really good and respond really quickly. I suggested some items to add or ask for help, along with their HR Assistant which is AI, if I want a live person, I can choose to email them, which also gets a quick response. I'm adventuring into the Recruitment portion and I love how easy it is to navigate and create jobs. Along with finding the candidates and looking at their information. I also love all the helps and "how to's" incorporated into each page to make it fast to learn how to do something.
Cons: As mentioned before, in the recruitment portion, I would love to see more automated emails once an employee is moved in the pool or disqualified. But I emailed TalentHR and they already implemented one of my ideas, which as a user, makes me feel great to know they take ideas into consideration to improve their work flow.

Overall, TalentHR is easy to use and makes managing HR tasks simple and organized. I found it effective for daily operations, though I’d love to see more flexibility in creating custom admin roles.
Pros: I really liked how easy it was to navigate. Everything I needed from requesting time off to updating my personal info was accessible in just a few clicks. It saved me a lot of time compared to traditional HR systems.
Cons: One area that could be improved in TalentHR is role customization. Currently, only the Owner and HR Manager roles can act as administrators, which limits flexibility. Adding the option to create company-specific admin roles with custom permissions would make the system much more adaptable.

My overall experience is wonderful. Quick, easy, and simple to navigate the portal. I would recommend this to businesses.
Pros: This is a fantastic program for small to medium businesses. It is a quick and seamless way to track PTO for staff members.

I enjoyed navigating the system and being able to create some custom flows. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend them to others.
Pros: I appreciate the user-friendliness of the system, the value for the money, and the fact that customer support is readily available. Straight-forward pricing is always a plus in my eyes and I really appreciated that they were willing to give me an extended trial run with the system without requiring any upfront payments.
Cons: Although the system is user-friendly, it does certainly have a learning curve, especially if you are used to another system. But again, the support that is available makes that less of a con.

As I said it has been a great tool in my school, my teachers know exactly where to go when they need help. and the way we manage the PTO is fantastic, now I can delegate and Just approve. thanks HR!
Pros: My staff works smoothly trough the App everything is easy very accurate very reliable The way it covers all my office assessments.
Cons: Non, I have to say that everything works perfectly with this app, at first my employees found it a little difficult regarding going to the process of registering, but after few minutes they were using it without a problem.

Everything works well for our organization using your platform. We just haven’t fully utilized all of its functions yet, but we’ll review again once we’ve explored the platform more completely.
Pros: It’s easy to monitor and track our employees, and it’s very helpful for creating job postings and managing candidates from application to interview.
Cons: So far, we haven’t encountered any major issues. The only challenge is that we haven’t had the chance to fully explore and use all of the platform’s features yet. In the future, there might also be some difficulty in scaling for larger organizations.

Excellent. We took our time to choose a tool that had most of what we needed and was significantly cheaper than the bigger players.
Pros: A simple, reliable HR tool for an SME that does all the key things that you need it to do. Helps to manage the team, skills, leave and feeds into capacity planning for a consulting business.
Cons: Some additional functionality would be nice, moving leave, handling retrospective corrections, timesheets maybe?

Amazing, I like that we have an HR Administrator who handles HR duties and can make tasks available for them and the staff, as we use student interns, and they learn fast.
Pros: I appreciate the ability to upload documents, such as the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, for staff access. This ensures they can review their workplace rights anytime, even via the mobile app.
Cons: We are using the free version. So I think the platform should be made available fully for small businesses with fewer than ten staff members. We are a small organisation, and having access to all the features would be great, then a growth upgrade.

We have used BambooHR Before. TalentHR is a better UX, the cheapest than BambooHR
Pros: a lot of things like time off, performance, and new features like surveys work for me
Cons: First is the permission. If you want to add some details to others, you must promote him/her to HR manager! Why? It is better to have an admin or manager role that allows customisation of permissions. Next is the directory. you can't create a sub-folder.

Used this app for more than a year now and besides some minor things it provides all we need in a modern style and intuitive frontend.
Pros: Clean, intuitive and flexible applicaiton that makes fun using.
Cons: SSO would be an advantage, but I think in another paid plan it is avaialble.

It's been very easy to use and implement and fits our needs without paying hundreds for other tools that do the exact same thing with maybe a few more bells and whistles.
Pros: It's so impressive how much value TalentHR provides with their free version. The org chart and PTO manager and the customizations are just what we needed.
Cons: It'd be great if they added a way to track equipment like computers, phones, etc w/ the free version.

Mostly positive. The managers really like the ease of managing leave requests.
Pros: Ease of use and that it complies with GDPR. Has all the basic features.
Cons: Some necessary feature development is missing with no indication that it will ever be added, for example there is no way to assign the inventory function to the employee responsible for that function, or the leave management function to the person responsible for leave management. Only the admin can do all the tasks.

Pros: Concise UI where information is easily accessible.
Cons: Could have more refined functions such as a more comprehensive leave and off tracking system as well as platform for adding HR policies and maybe a claims system as well

TalentHR is easy to navigate. Its features cover most of HR scope, from L&D, to leave management, personnel management, and other HR-related workflows.
Pros: Its ability to be integrated into the TalentLMS as well as its full HR function & features. Its free trial is also a sweet point for first-time users.
Cons: The cost can be a bit challenge to SMEs. There are HR solutions that offer basic HR functions & features at a lower subscription fee.
