Pros: What I like most is the ease of managing employee calendars and document security. The learning curve is very short, and after a few hours, employees can work comfortably in the system.

Cons: It is not possible to use automatic addition of absence information in Outlook automatic response for events that are billed (functionality available only for non-billed events, e.g. vacation)

Pros: Calamari has the best customer support team, and always open for suggestions. What I love the most is that they will make it happen for you, if you have an idea of what you would like to accomplish, they not just explain how to, they will even do it for you if you are not able to do it yourself. The system itself is super user friendly and easy to use.

Cons: Some features are still missing that would be really nice to have such as employee onboarding or applicant tracking system.

Pros: How convenient it is for PTO requests. I'm able to see all the employees request and that way I can choose days that don't overlap.

Cons: I can't switch from different accounts without signing out. As an admin but also an employer that has to put in her requests, this would make my work more convenient.

Pros: The platform has lots of customizations available, easy to use once it's set up, and integrates well with Microsoft Teams--staff can request and approve PTO right in Teams. Our employees have been very happy with the switch.

Cons: Because of the customization options, it was a little complicated to set up--we definitely needed support for that. But, the team from Calamari was very responsive and helped us get it set up correctly.

Pros: It is easy to use. Our employees say that it is not difficult to go in to clock in and out, or to add sick days.

Cons: It is not easy on the administrator side to add an employee's total vacation days for the entire year.

Pros: My company switched to Calamari from a competitor about two years ago, and the difference has been night and day. Managing leave for our 250 employees went from being a daily headache to a seamless, well-organized process. Calamari’s intuitive interface and reliable automation have saved us significant time and reduced errors. It’s been a dependable solution that continues to scale with our team.

Cons: While it took a few days to fully understand how to configure rules for more complex leave scenarios, the Calamari onboarding team worked closely with us on a daily basis. They not only helped set everything up correctly but also ensured we understood the logic behind the configurations, giving us the confidence to modify existing rules or create new ones on our own in the future.

Pros: I liked the perfectly crispy coating combined with the tender, juicy texture inside. The freshness of the ingredients was noticeable in every bite. The presentation was also very appealing and well thought out. Additionally, the dipping sauce complemented the flavor perfectly.

Cons: The portion size felt a bit small for the price. Some pieces were slightly overcooked, making them a bit chewy. The seasoning could have been more balanced, as it was slightly too salty. Additionally, the waiting time for the dish was longer than expected.

Pros: The overall experience is fantastic! There is no learning curve, have not experienced any "bugs" with software updates.

Cons: There are no cons about Calamari. I wish we needed more time management, but we don't. The platform is secure, and a great value.

Pros: Very good customer support. It was super easy to set up Calamari and we had great help and support throughout the process.

Cons: I think the platform is a bit pricy for what it is at first but we get more value along the way for sure.

Pros: We are a small (but growing) business. Calamari is a great value, easy to use, and makes tracking PTO simple.

Cons: I'd love to see a calculation that shows you how much you will accrue through the end of year. The way it is now makes you have to add up what's been used to plan out throughout the year.

Pros: Ease of use - super quick to get started and up and running. We use Calamari for leave and working hours tracking and have done for 5 years. It's perfect for our needs.

Cons: I wasn't impressed when they moved the emergency contact info behind the Core HR paywall, surely we could have kept that one field?

Pros: I am using the Team Management feature. Calamari excels in managing time-off requests, approvals, and tracking. The automated notifications and calendar integrations reduce manual work significantly.

Cons: Pricing is fair for small to mid-sized teams, but larger organizations might find the cost high relative to the feature set.

Pros: The implementation was surprisingly quick – we were up and running in just a few days. The Slack integration is a game-changer for our remote team; people can request time off without leaving their workflow. The interface is clean and intuitive, so we didn't need to spend time training employees. Plus, the support team is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we have questions.

Cons: Honestly, we haven't encountered any major issues. At first, I wished there were more customization options for reports, but the team actually added some of those features based on feedback.

Pros: Calamari is very convenient and easy to use. I like that it integrates smoothly with popular tools like Slack and Google Workspace, and its time-off and attendance tracking are very clear and flexible.

Cons: Sometimes the app loads slowly or syncing can take a bit longer when too many people use it at once. Also, a few advanced features may need more tutorials for new users.

Pros: Easy To use for the personal And it has many areas you can use; it’s a complete program. And finally, I think it’s a program I would recommend

Cons: Complicated To make changes by myself. It could be a bit more user-friendly so you can use it on your own and make all the necessary changes

Pros: Easy to operating with all parameters and options. Mobile application is very easy to start use and employes was exited when start with Calamari.

Cons: Import data from other application, but people from Calamari were very helpful and help us to fix this case.

Pros: It has a neat interface and an easy-going operation across all its sections. It also covers a significant part of our HR needs, such as time tracking and holiday management.

Cons: The billing process from them is a bit confusing, as is the determination/visualization of the holiday calendar.

Cons: not enough developed module with projects, lack of option to add detailed tasks - we need it sometimes for specific projects

Pros: As we have staff based in China and staff based in South Africa, it was important for us to find a leave system that worked for all staff across the board taking their different holidays and work days into consideration. Staff can now apply for leave and manage this directly, instead of having to ask someone in South Africa to do it.

Cons: Some of the functions we had during the trial period disappeared as different sections in the Leave Management Sections are paid for individually. It would have been nice if the subscription price could include all the available sections in the Calamari Leave Management system at a lowered rate and then have the sections available for those who wanted them individually.

Pros: Time tracking and reports. The platform is easy to use and provides accurate data for attendance and time management.

Cons: The integration options are limited, and sometimes the interface can be a bit slow when loading reports or syncing data.
